Hôtel du Jeu de Paume

The poorest customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. My daughter slipped and fell in their room number 25, a handicapped room with no shower door. I called the night shift receptionist for more towers and told him about the incident, my daughter was crying ame injured in the bathroom with a bloody nose at that moment. The No-mercy-devil told me that this could be happened in my home. Not offering any help or sympathy. The rudeness attitude I have ever experienced.
Plus the fire alarm went off because of the shower steam. Poor ventilation. A broken window, a non functioning moldy sliding bathroom door. This room does not worth over $250/ night.

Hotel looked nice from the outside and location is perfect for visiting Versailles. However that was my only experience of the hotel as they did not honour my booking (presumably they found someone else who booked at a higher rate) and attempted to move us to the much inferior sister hotel across the street.

What made it worse is that they attempted to blame me/the travel agent as if I had made some error in the booking even though it was all paid for in advance. They made it seem they were doing me a favour in giving me a room at the stuffy 2* place next door without refunding any portion of the stay I had paid for. Dishonest place, did not expect this kind of behaviour in a supposed first world country.
