We absolutely love this little hotel! After getting stranded in Versailles because of a snafu with our rental car the Roy was so helpful and kind. Their staff are great and go above and beyond in help you. The hotel it's self is clean and very cute! It is a short walk from Versailles and is surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location is excellent for visiting Chateau Versailles with it being right down the street. Also a short walk from the Rive train station. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The front desk personnel were very professional and friendly.

This hotel seems pretty tired. The physical nature of the property could use some attention & sprucing up. And whoever manages/directs the remodel ought to be someone who understands that doing something cheaply isn't necessarily better.

I needed a room for one night as was attending a wedding in a nearby venue and wanted to find a friendly independent hotel i.e not a big chain. The hotel is very conveniently located around the corner from Versailles Chateau train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated.The staff are helpful and attentive with information and services. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices including freshly made eggs

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is animal friendly; even my cat felt very at home. Standard hotel breakfast can be had, and they offer espresso at any time of day! The water pressure in the shower was very low; which would be my only critique. Highly recommend for quality to price value.

Lovely and very tastefully decorated, close to underground train system and the palace of versaille. Lovely friendly staff and smashing breakfast. Freshly sqeezed orange juice, yummy!!

Hotel was being painted which we were not notified about. Room smelled terrible gave us a headache and nauseous feeling....no sleeping well that night. Asked for a room away from the elevator. Talked into room 102 next to elevator. This room had a step down that everyone fell over. Thin towels, no tea in room or tea pot. TV faced more towards the wall then the bed, shower door opened on the sink....Husband asked for ice. He
was told he would get it in 1 hour or 24 hours...ice never arrived....recharged credit card after account was listed as paid on our bank statement....Held our bags and assisted with local,metered parking then when we asked to use the toilet just before we left told "Sorry, No" the downstairs toilet was off limits due to painting....Bare minimum in amenities and staff was not helpful. Would not stay here or recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms small and old, got bitten a whole lot, real nasty, over night (bedbugs? hotel said no, hard to tell, we were lucky to not bring any). Ok breakfast, nice concierge. Very central (chateau, restaurants). Parking (public only, pay-by-hour, overnight free) closeby.

Staff were friendly (Otherwise it would be 1 star) however the room itself was a tiny box that you could only walk around sideways in. Could get a decent wifi signal as the coverage is good, but the actual internet connection was terrible and had to rely on roaming data, which received a really bad signal so was also very unreliable. Won't be back.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk from the castle. Cleanliness could be improved in the bedrooms. Good for a one-night stay only.

The hotel has been/is being remodeled and the rooms are very nice and tidy. No space is wasted, and I appreciated that. The shower was roomy by Parisian standards and the water was hot- what could be better?? Staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. Easy access to the metro and an excellent deal when visiting Versailles!
