Our family of four adults stayed here for one night, and we thought the hotel was GREAT! There was enough space for all of us in one room, the beds were comfy, the location was excellent, and the staff went WAY above & beyond in providing helpful service. The hotel is right near the metro station and an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe. When we return to Paris, we will definitely be staying here again.

The room was extremely cramped, even more so than in the photos. There was no soundproofing; you could clearly hear the next room and the footsteps on the very dangerous stairs.
It's very expensive for what it is; I do not recommend it.

Nice little hotel in a charming arrondissement (17th). Solid and clean rooms. Simple breakfast. Close to public transport and plenty of restaurants.
We commend Mr. Pierre for his helpfulness and providing various information.

Everything was very clean, just the room was very small and it didn't have a fan or air conditioning. I couldn't sleep because of the heat.

Communication with the staff was difficult. They don't speak Spanish. Other hotels offer tourist information, but here I missed a map. The room was very small, without air conditioning. Clean. They let us use a hairdryer upon advance request. The facilities were uncomfortable. The elevator stopped on the third floor, on a mezzanine floor, so you had direct access to the stairs upon exiting. You only get one key. The breakfast was sparse. Every day they serve you a piece of bread and a croissant, but there was no variety of cold cuts, fruit, or juices. It was very limited, and I never saw them replenish anything if something was missing, such as sliced bread or cold cuts. The location was close to the metro, which helped us a lot in getting around the city. We were grateful that they kept our bags free of charge upon checkout so we could continue exploring the city.

The property was quiet and in a good location. We did have an issue where the shower drain backed up and flooded the whole room. The properties suggestion was to take a shorter shower or not have it turned on the whole way. We took less than a 2 minute shower and it began backing up within 30 seconds.

Great Hotel, comfortable place, close to Parc Monceau, the Cernuschi Museum and the famous Arc de Triomphe, very good location. Pierre, the owner, will be your guest, he speaks several languages and tries to make you feel at home. Thanks to all the team, see you next time.

The hotel is very clean, the service staff is friendly, and they actively chat with foreign tourists!
