The front office and reception staff were very kind, responsive, supportive, and welcoming, especially Mr. Stefan and Mr. Joseph. The hotel was conveniently close to the Metro stations, making transportation easy. The area was quiet and suitable for families, with several supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay at, particularly due to the convenient transportation, pleasant area, and friendly staff.
There were space constraints in the room, and the breakfast could be improved. Additionally, there were some difficulties with carrying big luggage to the room as there was no lift to the first floor but the staff were very helpful.

4 stars deserved to this interesting hotel.
Old building, better “vintage”.
Rooms are small, but cozy and clean.
Maybe lift access should be improved. Better to take it when sober 😉.
Close enough to a nice bakery and to public transportation.

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is very convenient, with 2 metro stops being less than 5min walk away and a 3rd stop less than 10min walk. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel at night. The area is quiet with a few bistros and bars nearby, plus the windows are pretty soundproof so we weren’t bothered by any outside noise anyway. Although there was wide-spread fear of bed bugs in Paris while we visited, this hotel was very clean and we didn’t have any issues. The bed itself was very comfortable, with a plush mattress and soft sheets. We booked the comfort balcony room which was a bit tight space-wise mainly because we had lots of luggage, but we were quite comfortable and it ended up being enough space for the 2 of us. The balcony is a must if you’re able to get it; we enjoyed eating our breakfast out there in the mornings. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and we’d love to stay here again next time we visit Paris.

This hotel was absolutely perfect, and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place to take my mom. The staff is friendly & helpful, the rooms were comfortable & clean, and the location was great. It was close enough to everything that we wanted to do but not so close to the city center that it felt busy. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning which was a delicious way to start every day. If we ever make it back to Paris, we’ll be sure to stay here again! Merci beaucoup.

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Rooms are exactly like in pictures. Bed was unbelievably comfortable, I slept like a baby. Staff kind and welcoming.

The proprietor is charming, and I loved the neighborhood for musicians. The hotel is sized & laid out in the old style with eccentric narrow spiral stairs. Had a wonderfully romantic but compact room with cute balcony. A boutique hotel with all the fundamentals and no fluff!
