Kyriad Villefranche Sur Saone

The hotel is in a great location and the receptionist was lovely, hence the 2 stars. But the rooms are so small that you can't even open the door fully to get in, as the bed is in the way. There is about 40cms of space around the bed, and maybe a metre square in front of the bathroom which is about the size of an airline toilet. I wouldn't mind if this was a €40 budget motel, but this is nothing like the other Kyriad's I've stayed in, which are all usually very good.

I had bad experience in this hotel. One of my bags disappeared. And the most weird thing is that in bag were just some food, stuff like plastic cups and spoons… tea bags, not super important things, but didn’t look like garbage… and it was not near garbage bin…. :(
I’m so sad and wordless. Be careful with things.

During our travels we stayed in different hotels of all kinds. We have never experienced such a bad hotel as Kyriad, this is definitely not 3 stars. Very small room, bad beds, poor breakfast, tight parking space in the garage and that for eur 121, a really outrageous price! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
