The stay was overall OKAY but there were some slight inconveniences. First of all, the location of the hotel is in an area of Lyon that reduces your comfort. Lots of men staying in front of the tram station yelling stuff at strangers, and each time we passed at them, they tried to sell us cigarettes. In the end, they didn't do us any harm, but we definitely felt uncomfortable at times. Second, my friends were given a room in the basement of the hotel only to find ants and a cockroach in the room. The other rooms were totally fine. I thought I would write a review so other people are warned. Besides these two points, everything was fine.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Opera Garnier. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A perfect choice for a romantic getaway

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and nice staff but the area around the hotel is very unsafe. We didn’t like the breakfast too. And we were trying to call hôtel about 30 minutes to get some additional information but nobody answered the phone

The room was far from clean, dirty walls, dirty bed, dirty toilet and also the toilet seat was broken, you couldn’t sit properly on the toilet…

Overall, the hotel was ok. It was in line with our expectations of a 3 star hotel. However, the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is a very bad one. It is close to the center but it felt unsafe at all the time: people pickpocketing, people following us to the hotel. A very poor experience.

The hotel is quite nice and cheap. The room was quite small. Somewhat has disturbed the fact that there are no drinks or snacks for sale.

Nice hotel with parking and if full ample free parking on the road overnight. WiFi worked well in he room also. Staff very helpful and friendly
