I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful; especially Ali, who was incredibly kind and helped us a lot during our stay. The hospitality was excellent. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Though the room was small, it had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The little courtyard in the back was a lovely touch. The overall atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the location offered fantastic access to public transportation.

The Location is perfect, near train station and less than a minute walk to tram station. Clean place to stay with very good breakfast and Cozy yard. All in all, It offers a fair accommodations for the price. I would surely choose it again next time.

The location is perfect, very close to the main station and lot of activities and well connected to the city center.
The room is very nice, super clean and comfortable (especially the bed and the pillows) and it has all the necessary.
The breakfast is good with a good variety and quality and the staff has benne very kind and polite.

Great location- the hotel is quite clean but rooms are very tiny you can't even be 2 in a double room. And there was an isolation problem with our windows- in February- the air in the room was so cold and the humidity get us sick the last morning.the direction hasn't done anything to apologize.
It's such a pity because the location is cool, and the design of the rooms are ok :)

The breakfast was tasty and varied.
I had a pain au chocolat, coffee, and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sonia, and Rabi who were very cheerful.

We booked this 3-star hotel and were contacted just the day before departure to find out that this hotel was finally closed ...and that they could offer a room in their second hotel instead (5 min away by foot - true, same level of service - false!). We stayed in the 2-star hotel Victoria and could not sleep at all because of the yelling in the street till 3am and no A/C in the oven-hot room. More than disappointed as we were charged the 3-star price and impossible to get in touch with the hotel since then.

Nearly Perrache station (also Flixbus station) , helpful stuff, quite clean rooms , you can go sightseeing places by walk to hotel. Have to choose it ;)

The staff was friendly, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The floor in our room un-level and as a result we slept on a slanted bed. The walls are extremely thin and you will hear everyone coming and going during your stay. The hairdryer in our room sparked and made terrible noise when we tried to use it. Everything is small. The lift barely accommodates one person and one bag. Be prepared to leave the key to your room while you leave the hotel and pick it back up on return.

Worst hotel experience. They lock the door on the ground floor all time and don't allow guests to bring their own room key. Horrible. Don't recommend at all!

Viable solution if you are in desperate need of a not too expensive place to sleep in Lyon city center. It's very close to Lyon Perrache TGV Station and underground parking. Price was around € 80 without breakfast which you can add for € 9(don't do it, have a nice breakfast in the nearby confluence shopping mall).
WiFi on my floor didn't connect and the one on other floors kept disconnecting, unusable.
Photos speak for themselves, rooms are damn small and the restroom is hardly usable. If you plan to spend the night can be ok...
