Bonjour! I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa Berlioz.
All the staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and kind.
With a special thank you to Alexia at the front desk for breaking stuff down in english and being so helpful.
My room was very clean, tidy and just perfect for my needs.
The hotel was easy to find and very central to many places, restaurants, metro and bus station.
If I am ever in Lyon again definitely would look forward to visiting Villa Berlioz again. A lovely bunch keep up the good work.

I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful; especially Ali, who was incredibly kind and helped us a lot during our stay. The hospitality was excellent. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Though the room was small, it had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The little courtyard in the back was a lovely touch. The overall atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the location offered fantastic access to public transportation.

The Location is perfect, near train station and less than a minute walk to tram station. Clean place to stay with very good breakfast and Cozy yard. All in all, It offers a fair accommodations for the price. I would surely choose it again next time.

The location is good and the transportation is very convenient. Because it is an older hotel, it is a little small, but at this price, the cost performance is very high. The hygiene is good and it is still recommended.

The location is perfect, very close to the main station and lot of activities and well connected to the city center.
The room is very nice, super clean and comfortable (especially the bed and the pillows) and it has all the necessary.
The breakfast is good with a good variety and quality and the staff has benne very kind and polite.
It is a perfect 3 stars hotel with a good quality-price.

Great location- the hotel is quite clean but rooms are very tiny you can't even be 2 in a double room. And there was an isolation problem with our windows- in February- the air in the room was so cold and the humidity get us sick the last morning.the direction hasn't done anything to apologize.
It's such a pity because the location is cool, and the design of the rooms are ok :)

The breakfast was tasty and varied.
I had a pain au chocolat, coffee, and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sonia, and Rabi who were very cheerful.

First of all the staffs are very friendly and kind! And the room was very clean and cool!!! And it's really near with bus and train staion so it's really good! If I back to lyon I'll choose this hotel again
