Thanks to the location, really friendly staff and quaint architecture, this three star hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay. Great location. Rooms were decent enough — only I would agree with over reviews that this isn’t a four star hotel. We had limited interactions with the staff. We didn’t take breakfast. So for us, it was an easy trip with no surprises.

Wonderful service and the most comfortable of rooms. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful.

Honestly the hotel is qualitative but the room was small, there are no or very few common areas, it is tight and cramped, the breakfast is really not extraordinary, but otherwise very nice indoor pool and unbeatable location. The value for money is therefore average.

This hotel is very well located in the city center. There's an excellent grocery store directly across the street which was helpful for buying water, wine, and some snacks to keep in our room. We stayed in Room 204 and it was at the end of the hall, away from the elevator. Even though it was street-facing, it was very quiet and we had a mini fridge which was great. Good, traditional hotel—just what we were looking for—and within walking distance of the metro and the Old Town. Quiet neighborhood, but few restaurants nearby for dinner.

The hotel is in a great location! You can easily walk to all the major attractions! There are great transport connections as well (metro and bus). It's fairly easy to get to from the airport. The rooms are ok but VERY noisy. We've only slept for 3 hours because we could literally hear our neighbour's telephone call and the chairs of our upstairs neighbours at 6am. We only got a small and a large towel for two adults. No extra towel to dry your hands, so I ended up using my small towel for both my hands and to dry myself off after showering.
