Nice and friendly staff at the hotel. The hotel is clean and the pool area is nice and relaxing. Location is perfect. Its a great stay for a really friendly price

We stayed for a total of 7 days.
Everything was ok, the biggest plus is that the hotel is pet friendly so our dog could come with us for no charge.
Also the location is more than perfect since its in the town centre and close to all the stores, bars, restaurants, beaches and more, and it feels very private and "away" from everything.
The room we got was ok, but the kitchen in the room didn't have any pots or pans, so we couldn't cook even though there was a stove. Nevertheless we had a balcony, a big bed, TV and an ok bathroom.
The breakfast was great, all a person could wish for.
The service in the bar was also fine, it was nice that it wasn't too crowded so we always got a seat by the pool, which was also nice.
Everything was cleaner than we expected because of the booking reviews that said cleanliness wasn't something to be expected, and to our good suprise everything was very clean, the cleaning lady came to make up our room almost every day.
Overall a great experience, would definitely book again when coming to Afytos, mostly because of the location and pet friendliness.

They Push us to cancel the apartment we Booked included braskfast. Probably overbooking and they offered one which we do not like. So i told them that i will cancel the apartment i'll take one more expensive. So i have asked them to offer the breakfast to us at least so we do not have to pay also for breakfast outside and they refused. i do not like this attitude. By the way there were rooms available in their hotel but more expensive that's way they did not want to give us. Not correct!

I would give 2 stars but I believe these young people running the hotel should get some credit. When I arrived I was disappointed. No one at reception or around for checking in. Although nobody was around , pool was not clean, ashtrays on tables were not emptied of the day(s) before. A friendly girl ( cleaning staf) I found didn’t speak any other language than Greek gave me the key. When the young manager showed up he did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I believe they recently took over and there is a lot of work to do. Rooms are simple but the patio is nice and it is closes to the centre…with some hard work, more people , investment and determination it could be an Eden.

We enjoyed our week at the Eden Hotel. The rooms are simple but clean, a little tatty in places and with three of us was a bit crowded but it was fine for this type of hotel. The pool area is lovely, the bar not used much and the village just walking distance away. Looking around the village I could not see anywhere else I'd rather have stayed. There is parking and WIFI too (parking is hard in the middle of Afitos so that helped a lot). If you use Google maps to find the place when driving from the airport - be aware that the "new road" is not well known to google, neither is the old road! You may pass the Afitos sign as you whizz past the junction but keep going and go left at the big roundabout. If you do hit the signpost and exit correctly, google shows the coast road as closed - it's not! Just keep going :-)

Excellent little hotel. Great staff, good, clean rooms and brilliant location. In my view the beds need replacing (can feel spring) but still managed several good night's sleep.

We spent two days in Eden Apartments and wished we could have stayed longer! - The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and the rooms, very comfortable and clean. Truly nice!
