The location is absolutely beautiful — right by the sea, with direct beach access, and just a short 8–9 minute walk up the stairs to the town center, where you'll find plenty of shops and traditional tavernas

We woke up early every morning just to watch it. The colors were magical, and if you have a sea view room, you can even enjoy it from your balcony. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety to choose from

That being said, future guests should know that the beach is quite rocky — some people even spotted sea urchins — so water shoes are definitely recommended. One of the highlights for us was the sunrise

The toilet had 2 flushes but only one worked, it also wouldn’t stop flushing and the shower drain must have been clogged because it was incredibly slow draining and you had to keep stopping the shower water as if you didn’t the shower overflowed into the whole bathroom and the shower head was broken it had a crack in

We stayed half board and were very happy with the food. We did eat out one evening just for a change. The menu didn’t change during the week but every day there were 2 specials- 1 starter and 1 main

Twice we bought milk and both times it went off and solidified within 2 days! Also, the button on the shower which transfers the water flow from the handheld part to the overhead shower would often not stay in

We ate in the Hotel for lunch most days - but had to share the sandwiches, wraps, as portions so generous & large. We ate also a couple of times in the evening - food again exceptional & large portions & so delicious

Portions are large, I was constantly apologising for not eating everything! There is a kettle in the room but teas and coffee are not replenished. 4 coffee pods are provided free for the machine

Cons - First Con I would mention and i would state this is Mainly in Hindsight, if i was too stay again i would 100% pay the extra and have a sea view room

Air conditioning is available below bedroom or bed is upstairs. It is not air-conditioned upstairs as it is under a wooden roof, this heat is unbearable. It is nevertheless in a beautiful location and right on the sea

At 35 degrees plus this was very, very exhausting. We would come back but prefer to stay in a hotel in Afitos town. Wanted to book a tour on the sea, unfortunately fully booked

The food in the restaurant is varied and excellent and offers something for everyone. When we are on vacation, we rarely go back and visit the same places again, but we will definitely come back to Limna beach again

We have wonderful experiences and beautiful memories from all the staff. The owner accepted us so warmly, we felt at home! Big compliments to the chef in the kitchen

Cleaning staff and lady who does the breakfasts are great. The room we booked had an outdoor area with a plunge pool - really good for the hot days! The only thing that let down the room, was no sunbeds or beanbags etc

Overall a great hotel to stay at. The location is a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurants, and a few minutes more to the town centre

There is a bakery nearby which does the most amazing pastries and sandwiches! Note, there is a children's play area across the road, so if you're trying to escape the sound of children screaming, this might not be ideal! Rooms are a great size, with comfortable bed, small kitchen area, coffee machines and nice bathroom with plenty of hot water

(We noticed at the end of our stay, we could possibly have had giant beanbags to relax on)

The pool by the end of our stay was pretty slimy and had what looked like green algae in it, it wasn't very inviting it was just cleaned by a little machine most days but it wasn't doing a good job

No shelving at all in the bathroom and just a small shelf (which needed a clean) above the hand basin which was in the bedroom. Didn't even have any hooks to hang jackets etc

Best place in town for visiting the centre and going to the sea. Great hosts, good service and spacious rooms with a beautiful view. Great value for money!

The suite has parking, excellent air conditioning and a nice large balcony. I give the 4 stars because I would like something more for a suite. Awesome service and an excellent person who has it !!!

There is a lovely little town around 15 minutes up the hill as you leave the hotel and turn right (one straight road). The beach is very difficult to get to from the hotel and has very steep steps down to it

Kalithea is nice but Afitos is beautiful, especially at night. Bit of a walk, but only 5 euros for a taxi which is worth every penny. We met some lovely people and had a fab time

We stayed in October 2021 and the hotel was lovely. The rooms and general grounds are very clean and well maintained. The meals and hospitality are excellent and reasonably priced

What an amazing 9 days at this lovely hotel. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily by the lovely cleaning lady who works so hard and always said kalimera every day

Nice place, clean, it's quiet, the towels and bedsheets we're changed often. The pool is a plus if you look for this. Close to the beach, town and supermarket. The only issue was with hot water

One thing we did not like and would wish for the hotel to address, is the mattress, which is simply awful. Didn't really got a good night sleep during our 6 night stay

After 21 they are closing the thermostat and say that it's a general problem. They lie after a short talk the water was running fine for the rest of your stay

Especially during holidays and on weekends the beach is packed and noisy hence privacy is limited. All in all I can fully recommend this hotel if you want to experience a remarkable concept which truly stands out

All in all it is exceptional experience to be in this hotel. We were a family of 4 with two litle kids and everything went great since the beach is infront of the hotel, the beach as well is clean and the water is great

Best experience in whole of greece. Super quiet, relaxing and classy. The beds are super comfortable (from someone with back problems). The breakfast is amazing as well. A lot of fresh fruits cut that morning

The location isn't ideal as it's on the very corner of the town but you can get to any interesting place in the town on foot in 10-15 minutes

Air-conditioning was working, but it was noisy, luckily we didn't have to use it as much. The people who work in the hotel are definitely the brite side of it. Tip for the room, avoid ground floor semi-basement ones

We booked it because it was available at our desired time, however when I red the reviews I honestly got a bit scared. But then, day after day our impressions got better and better

You need to pay to use the beach sunbeds and umbrella. However the beach is big and there is a lot of room between sunbeds, they are not cramped up. You don't feel like its crowded

I have to recommend getting a Manicure or Pedicure in the Spa of the Hotel. The service is perfect. I especially recommend getting your nails done by Florida. She is lovely.

So for the hotel, great view, good and tasty food, nice bar and pool area. There is a massive chess and a table tennis, oh and a snooker table. The rooms are great with a big balcony and perfect view to the sea

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant stay with my wife and my kid. The guy who works at the bar is the best, his name is Kastriot / Sina. He absolutely deserves a pay rise

The girl who is the manager of the hotel is also very good, so is the other one at the reception too. The hotel was very clean, the food was good. There are many acitivty to play for kids

It must be said that there are many stairs, the place needs an elevator. Also the internet doesn't work in the rooms only at the restaurant so it must be improved

Hotel has older buildings but its nice and clean, staff is really frendly and food is good. Bad thing is there is no lift and our room was on second floor so geting to it with bages is not pleasent

No beach facilities, hard to get there, you have to run across the road, which is very busy and hard to see cars from both sides, no pedestrian cross. Lots of walking along that road without footpath
