The hotel is very nice, very relaxing, but is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is between 2-3 star. The furnitures in the room are old but very clean. The breakfast is ok, but not in the level of 5 star. The serving of the breakfast (fresh juices in a different and broken glasses is not a 5 star standard). The reception staff are good but not professional for a 5 star. They made us pay 30€ for gov taxes...

The best of this hotel is absolutely the location. Very nice and clean beach, swimming pools with a stunning ocean view. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We first stayed at Afitis in 2022 and had an amazing experience so decided to choose Afitis for our yearly holiday again this year. The hotel occupies a very privileged spot right at the beach, has a gorgeous swimming pool and is a short walk from Afitos city centre. Unlike other hotels in the area, Afitis has a very relaxed vibe to it, even in peak season. We even loved the steep walk up the hill...

Quiet, calm hotel, in a great location on the shore, that aspires to be 4*. Large, clean rooms, good breakfast. At this level, however, the staff could be more attentive, Wi-Fi should be in rooms rather than just the central areas, there should be more international TV chanels and more activities. If you're looking for a peaceful "get away from it all" break, this might be the place for you.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly. Olga provided an amazing massage which left me feeling totally relaxed. The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk into the centre of Afytos which is a beautiful traditional Greek village which comes alive at night. The only thing I would have liked from the hotel was a little bit of entertainment on an evening. Rooms were very nice and cleaned daily.

The parking fee is not included in the price and offers no shade for cars. Payment by cash or card results in significant price differences. There were electrical issues in the room when using the air conditioning and bathroom fan at the same time, with staff repeatedly asking if personal appliances were being used, implying fault. The breakfast selection lacks variety and is nearly identical each...

Spotless rooms, very large and airy. Pool is nice specially for the families with kids. Close to the centre and all amenities around. Safe for the parking but they charge €5 for a day which is a reasonable price but why would you pay if you already a customer

Stayed here for a few days in July with my grandmother. We had a great experience at this hotel and the hospitality and customer service was excellent. Pool is gorgeous and it is the perfect distance from town. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel Witz excellent staff very nice rooms and very clean. Only minus is the breakfast quality, which doesn’t come close to a 4 star hotel in Greece quality, and selection wise. A la cart restaurant is very good.

The only thing I didn t liked is the beach bar. Indeed it doesn t belong to the hotel, but requesting 15 euros per person, everything in the first order and if you leave for lunch you need to pay again...the hotel should pay for the sunbeds of their customers if they want high standards

Great hotel, located on a hill with a superb view of the sea. The hotel has a nice buffe breakast, it has two good pool areas and excellent staff. The small town Afitos is a gem with a 10 min walk from the hotel. The access to the beach below is reached by walking 155 stairs where u have to be in a little bit in good shape.

Amazing locations with easily one of the best panoramic views I've ever seen. Very generous breakfast and tasty dishes (and the cafe and restaurant both have the best view). Comfy and tranquil, with 2 pools, ideal for a few days of relaxation, and Afytos is really close if you want a more crowded night out. Would recommend 100%!

Last year we booked this hotel and needed to cancel last moment because of covid. The staff was so polite and understanding that they even refunded us the 100€ we were charged. We stayed in the Rigas Boutique Hotel for 6 days in the late September. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel and have already booked to return next year! Have been coming to this hotel since 2015. It is an amazing hotel, with boutique rooms, all slightly different decor, but decorated to a high standard. A very nice hotel in a wonderful traditional Greek village. I am not sure what is best: the rooms, the staff, the service, the breakfast, the pool. All are at the highest level. This 3 star hotel, definitely deserves one more star. In terms of cleanness, the hotel is exceptional - all areas are cleaned every day, including the pool, rooms, and common areas. Lovely place in Afitos close to the beach. Clean and big rooms with towels and sheets changed everyday. The hotel also has a small pool where you can sit. Very nice host, guided us to the beach and towards the local bus.

This is the best family hotel we've experienced in over 20 years of travelling to Greece. It's simply beautiful with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Cassandra. Makis and Helen have made Nostos a lovely oasis and the team are so friendly. The food is INCREDIBLE and such good value. We had an amazing time.

Rooms are cozy and clean, the staff are fantastic and the food is stunning and at great prices. Everywhere you look there are little nooks and crannies where you can relax, and with 2 pools that will be beyond easy. A short stroll down to the private beach is well worth it; the azure water is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Truly fantastic.

It was an unforgettable experience. In the center of the village, for the night walk next to all the taverns, small shops & traditional narrow streets, and next to the beach. Crystal clean and great view of the sea in the spacious balcony. The hosts are a great family, so warm and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. I will definately come back!

We were there for a delayed honeymoon due to corona. We stayed in a villa on the recommendation of my wife's friends. The photos on the social networks do not correspond to reality... Air conditioning is available below bedroom or bed is upstairs. It is not air-conditioned upstairs as it is under a wooden roof, this heat is unbearable. The room I booked was a suite. It was beautiful just for a suite I would like a little more lux room. But overall it was a fantastic place and everything was new and tidy. Two night in Afitos. The location of the loft is in the perfect center of this amazing small town. The onwer and reception are really nice persons, they support you in everything. All was perfect, but the view in particular during the sunrise was amazing.

Very nice location, close to Kalithea (walking distance), nice room, clean and with comfortable beds. A/C and TV need to be improved. The pool is clean and the hosts are very nice persons. We had very good breakfast - divers and plenty.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff! It is a 5 min walk through the forest to get to the beach and a 10 min walk to get to the center of Kalithea. It is a great place for couples woth small kids. We will definitely come again!

Decent location, not very far from the center. The rooms are a bit outdated, but nothing major. A bit more care for cleaning the rooms would be apreciated - the bird nest on the staircase and the birds flying in the breakfast area were an unwelcomed surprise. Be carefull about the pool if you have kids - it goes very fast from 0.9 m to 2.1 m.
