The serving of the breakfast (fresh juices in a different and broken glasses is not a 5 star standard). The reception staff are good but not professional for a 5 star

The best of this hotel is absolutely the location. Very nice and clean beach, swimming pools with a stunning ocean view. Very helpful and friendly staff.

On the bright side, the cleaning service was excellent. Please bring the old Afitis back!

It's only a 5 minute walk in to the village, with good choice of restaurants, snack bars and bakeries. I would really recommend this hotel. Excellent place to stay for a relaxing holiday

We were on the ground floor and had a spacious patio. Pool was clean and the sunbeds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods. The pool bar served food, too, which was good

My only slight gripe was that the hot food at breakfast could have been kept warmer, but other than that food was very good with plenty of choice

All the staff were very polite and helpful from Katia on reception to the waiting and cleaning staff. They were all a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable

Only for me not knowing individuals names makes it difficult to praise them in this review. The rooms are terrific, modern, spacious and all with great views of the bay/sea and peninsula

This hotel is the right example of a true 4 stars hotel and sometimes over those 4 stars. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily, the restaurant’s food is delicious and always done right

From the parking, the position of the hotel, the 2 swimming pools to the services provided by the receptionists, the cleaning lady and the kitchen, everything was without a flaw

Last year we booked this hotel and needed to cancel last moment because of covid. The staff was so polite and understanding that they even refunded us the 100€ we were charged

The most luxurious room we have stayed in whilst visiting Greece. Every single member of staff is a credit. Nothing is any trouble to them at all. Room cleaned and beds and towels changed everyday

All the staff are very efficient , very good choice at breakfast , our room was cleaned well. Air con was included in the price but the safe was an extra charge. We would happily return to this hotel

Stratos is a lovely hotel set in a fabulous part of afytos just a short walk to plenty of restaurants that are simply fantastic local food is stunning hotel itself really clean pool area very calm with plenty of sunbeds and little bar that has everything you'd need to relax drinks and snacks, room was great to comfy bed with a balcony ours was at back which got the sun in late afternoon ps very hot...

Another successful, relaxing and delightful stay at "The Stratos Hotel" in the beautiful village of Afitos. The stratos Hotel was everything you could want on a holiday

The breakfast is included and I would defy anyone not happy with the choice, there is a warm selection, a healthy fruit selection a sweet selection with a very good choice of breads eg sliced, uncut white, brown, Dutch crispy etc

A pool bar to serve reasonably priced drinks and food and staff that are always on the move taking care of everyones needs

Cold meats and cheeses and the best honey I've ever tasted as well as top class Greek yoghurt. More than enough to please all appetites. The staff and management are absolutely superb and really can't do enough for you

Food is great, compliments to chefs. But what most positive about the place are the ladies in spa. The massage center is a place to really relax. Very knowledgeable and with strong hands helped my back pain

I had a prenatal massage with Maria and it was very relaxing and nice. Everything was clean and wonderful smell in the spa.

Anita SPA - I just had a feet massage from Anita - it was an amazing one ! Very professional, very relaxing. The service was amazing - she was very kind & gentle. The SPA zone is also very nice as a feelingz

Hotel was great, right on its private beach, MARIA & ANESTIS made our stay even nicer, great people, great energy, amazing service from especially these 2 kind souls. Sad we had to leave, we will definitely miss them.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant stay with my wife and my kid. The guy who works at the bar is the best, his name is Kastriot / Sina. He absolutely deserves a pay rise

The food? Best thing 😁 amazing food and stuff, very frendly and cooporative, they will help you whatever you ask. Only bad thing is that, there is no lift so you need to cary bages on stairs

The girl who is the manager of the hotel is also very good, so is the other one at the reception too. The hotel was very clean, the food was good. There are many acitivty to play for kids

Nice stay and lovely staff! Classic room in the inner court was very small and they changed our room with bigger one first 2 days of our accommodation.

all the rooms on the ground level are with private yard so it makes an excellent stay with kids

Hotel rooms are a bit smaller than expected but ok, it's anyway just for a good night sleep, and a good night sleep is what you're getting - there's no traffic no clubs, nothing to disturb you

We booked 3 month in advance to get good rooms for kids with multiple families but did not and had to carry the strollers multiple stairs every day and no elevators in the hotel, which was the most disturbing thing because it needed two people every time we wanted to go to the rooms

Not a 4 star but more of a 3 star hotel. Service and food in pool bar stands out as really good, 5/5. Pool area is cosy as well, little short on sun beds though. Poolbar opens a little late for food, 1pm

More like 11-12am would be good. Daily cleaning is ok but needs a proper ground cleaning with mold in shower areas in rooms etc

The hotel was in such a lovely location overall and the service was so amazing! I loved the poolside and the bar staff were always swift and kind - I also really loved their choice of music too! The restaurants nearby were unreal, and the breakfast/dinner served in the hotel was always really great

Food is fresh, good and not repetitive. Each day can choose some fresh fish, shells, or some great Greek dishes. There is a free ice cream for kids. Animation team, girls from Poland and masters of their job

If you come by car, there is a free parking so you do not need to worry about your car. I can recommend a day trip, cruise to Sithonia and Toroni beach, etc. Thanks to manager Nikos who upgraded your room

Affordable hotel with good food, cozy rooms and friendly staff. Location is a bit of a struggle, not much to do nearby, just a small village. Ideal for families or couples who want to escape daily troubles.

The food selection is extremely limited and some of the dishes don't look good at all. The beach is 10 minutes away but it's always very crowded

We had a lovely stay at Iris Hotel in Siviri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to local tavernas

Excellent hotel at the entrance of Siviri. Large and lovely maintained yard with lots of olive trees. The pool is clean and the bar offers nice refreshments. Rooms are tidy and big enough

The alcohol in all inclusive is very weak, i would rather pay extra for better quality drinks. Other than that the place is awesome and would most definitely recommend as one of the best places in Greece

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

Lovely beach it's a bit stoney getting in the sea but sand after that and really warm. You can get food from the restaurant takeaway too. Car parking is a bit small not very large so come early.

They fixed everything we told them very quickly and always with A smile (Futini and Yorgos were increadible). It is true that this hotel does not fit you if you dont have a car, but having a car it was located great

The Breakast is nice,although almost the same everyday, due to a ber-problem there most people take their Breakast to the balcony in their rooms which turns out to be very comfortable

The hotel has a large garden with a dreamlike decor – palm trees, many olive trees, beautiful flowers, a pool for adults as well as one for children, and a very well-maintained private beach with turquoise water

Summer Dream Hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was great, the rooms were spotless, and the pool was amazing. The beach is close by, and everything you need is within easy reach

The balconies were smaller, but nice. The food is a regular hotel-breakfast food, many varieties, except fresh fruit and drinks. They have 5-6 cats at the place and they were so cute, but very boring during breakfast

We stayed at Summer Dream Hotel during our holliday. The staff was very helpfull, our room was ready at arrival, on the ground flooer. The room was large and clean. There is a stove and fridge, but no oven or microwave

You can also sit by the pool at the bar and you can serve coffee or cocktails from the bar or from your room. There are also restaurants, fast food, taverns , coffee shops, supermarkets nearby, walking distance

Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Breakfast: The breakfast was outstanding

The lady overseeing breakfast did an excellent job—everything was replenished immediately, and she was very attentive. The rest of the breakfast staff was also efficient, clearing tables quickly and keeping them clean

What a fabulous Hotel this is, from the location, to all the best staff you could wish for, from reception, cleaning ladies, all helpful and friendly people

There was a wide selection, including freshly squeezed orange juice, and the quality was excellent, except for the coffee from the machine

Conclusion: The hotel has several strong points—particularly the friendly staff, the excellent location, and the overall quality of its offerings

One thing I didn't quite agree with, if you stay at this hotel the sunbeds on the beach should be free, they cost 20 euros, include towels a drink of coffee or tea and an umbrella, if we hadn't got our own sun loungers on our terrace this could have been expensive for 14 nights, this is the only downfall
