Hotel is clean the staff are fantastic overall it's better than the 4 stars it has but not quite worth 5 stars

The hotel is very nice, very relaxing, but is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is between 2-3 star. The furnitures in the room are old but very clean. The breakfast is ok, but not in the level of 5 star

Great choice for quiet and relaxing vacations. It offers amazing sea view and is just five minutes from the beautiful village of Afitos. It includes private beach, pool and spa facilities.

The best of this hotel is absolutely the location. Very nice and clean beach, swimming pools with a stunning ocean view. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great hotel, great view, thank you Ekaterina for making us feel like home! Missing 1 star because there’s always a possibility to improve ;) like in food and also the ginger cat looks always hungry so I hope the hotel will take care of him!

If you use Google maps to find the place when driving from the airport - be aware that the "new road" is not well known to google, neither is the old road! You may pass the Afitos sign as you whizz past the junction but keep going and go left at the big roundabout

We spent two days in Eden Apartments and wished we could have stayed longer! - The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and the rooms, very comfortable and clean. Truly nice!

If you do hit the signpost and exit correctly, google shows the coast road as closed - it's not! Just keep going :-) Lovely village and nice hotel with a lovely, helpful and friendly owner and staff

Excellent little hotel. Great staff, good, clean rooms and brilliant location. In my view the beds need replacing (can feel spring) but still managed several good night's sleep.

We enjoyed our week at the Eden Hotel. The rooms are simple but clean, a little tatty in places and with three of us was a bit crowded but it was fine for this type of hotel

The pool area is lovely, the bar not used much and the village just walking distance away. Looking around the village I could not see anywhere else I'd rather have stayed

The location is good, the place is quiet The beach is good but not awesome Only if you are from North Macedonia you are not welcome and your car can be damaged in some way Like our car. And your vacation can be ruined

Such lovely stuff (Froso and Daphne), very good breakfast, very tasteful designed rooms with sea view. Clean and tidy, good location (50 m to the sea).

Best place to be. The hotel is very nice and the beach is the best around the area. The rooms are big and very nice. They clean the room every day. Bathroom big and also the balcony very nice view. I would come again.

One of the best hotels I've been. Yes, it's small, but location is perfect, service is perfect in hotel and in restaurant as well (you don't need to be guest of hotel in order to get proper meal on the beach)

Excellent small hotel right on the beach. Beach has blue flag, kitchen with beach bar is more then expected and plus was that you can charge everything on room and pay after with card.

We had such a wonderful vacation at Margarita hotel. Towels are changed daily, rooms are cleaned every day, everything inside is brand new and very well maintained

Great hotel with friendly staff in the heart of Kalithea Halkidiki. Rooms are spacious and modern. Food menu is quite compact but very delicious. Sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for hotel customers

All the team members are really, really friendly by heart. Excellent dinner with changing dishes every evening. Wonderful sandy beach, perfect for swimming. Come after the main season and adults will have a relaxed time

We stayed the first two weeks in September and it wasn't too busy, there were always sunbeds available by the pool and on the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent with good choices

The beach/sunbeds are private use only (for guests) but definitely get used more than the pool. I’d only note they lack shade

We chose this hotel due to its location by the beach. The beach was amazing, it was exactly like the photos. The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants and small shops, which was also a plus

The freddo espressos and cocktails were fabulous! The location is stunning, being right on the beach with beautiful clear blue sea, however, the road access to the hotel is down a steep winding road

Lovely hotel, right on the beach with a little garden area out front with pomegranate and olive trees. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful

The sea facing side offer wonderful views. Entertainment at the pool is quite good and on the beach they have umbrellas and sunbeds

I really enjoyed my stay despite the downsides. But for dinner, only water is free. By the pool sunbeds, umbrellas for free, on the sea for a fee. The room was simple, but everything is fine

The food was delicious, the meat was normal, and the dairy products were delicious. We were immediately upgraded from a regular room to a sea view room

The only negative is that our sink and shower drain was constantly clogged and no one came to fix it

The Internet is only in lobby and public areas, and then works intermittently. During peak hours the Elevator to wait a long time. Paid of sunbeds and towels for guests. Large well maintained green area

On the beach, this particular hotel was not even once, since then immediately there is access to the beach of the neighbouring hotel, the deliciously clear waters and white sand

A fantastic hotel with beautiful scenic views, great beaches, brilliant service, brilliant food and in a great location. The only issue is that you share the beach with other people from different neighbouring hotels

I had a great stay in Aug 2019. Breakfast and dinner are included and are very good. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on a very good beach to swim and relax

For fans of noisy rest will not work. The staff speaks Russian badly, but lack basic English

Great place to relax ! Suitable for families , couples and individuals. Great services and facilities. The beach is very clear and warm!

Air-conditioning was working, but it was noisy, luckily we didn't have to use it as much. The people who work in the hotel are definitely the brite side of it. Tip for the room, avoid ground floor semi-basement ones

We booked it because it was available at our desired time, however when I red the reviews I honestly got a bit scared. But then, day after day our impressions got better and better

I have to say there weren't no bugs in the room. There are a lot of stone walls in the complex that only need a power wash and it would be perfect. Generally we had great holiday!

Some rooms have great views at the wonderful garden, however our didn't have that view, it was close to the main road but it wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be

Rooms are cleaned daily, staff is very friendly, food is aboundant, tasty and it is always refilled, common spaces and pool are nice too

absolutely stunning!! Vast beach with flour-like sand and crystal clear water!! Although the weather wasn't ideal during all our visits there, we enjoyed it to the fullest!! If you can afford the hotel, don't think about it twice!!

You need to pay to use the beach sunbeds and umbrella. However the beach is big and there is a lot of room between sunbeds, they are not cramped up. You don't feel like its crowded

The sand is white and small, the water is clear and turquoise. There is a bar at the beach, and a restaurant at the hotel from which you can get food and eat it outside by the sea

Recently spent a few days of vacation at Kriopigi with my wife. Although we didn't stay at the hotel, we preferred to spend most of our days at the beach in front of the hotel

There are steep winding steps down to the beach, not easy to manage for anyone with mobility difficulties, main pool could do with more sunbeds, as not always easy to secure one

The only thing I didn t liked is the beach bar. Indeed it doesn t belong to the hotel, but requesting 15 euros per person, everything in the first order and if you leave for lunch you need to pay again

Fabulous place with great views and lots of sunbathing either at pool or beach. Small ish local village busy at night lots of tourist shops bars and eateries. Food at Blue Bay excellent with loads of flavours

The access to the beach below is reached by walking 155 stairs where u have to be in a little bit in good shape

Great hotel, located on a hill with a superb view of the sea. The hotel has a nice buffe breakast, it has two good pool areas and excellent staff. The small town Afitos is a gem with a 10 min walk from the hotel

Far too steep and too many steps. There is another beach however that is in the next village which only costs 7 euros to get to with instant access to the beach. Ask Christina she will give you all the advice you need

We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel and have already booked to return next year! Everything about the hotel is special from the rooms, the amazing pool and garden (including peacocks!) and the restaurant

The most luxurious room we have stayed in whilst visiting Greece. Every single member of staff is a credit. Nothing is any trouble to them at all. Room cleaned and beds and towels changed everyday

The food is delicious, and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had, the chefs are brilliant. The grounds are like a little oasis, and the peacocks, ducks and fish add to the entertainment

You will get a 5 star experience in a smaller boutique hotel with some of the friendliest and best staff we have ever come across in a hotel - we love it here and will be back next year!

Lovely place in Afitos close to the beach. Clean and big rooms with towels and sheets changed everyday. The hotel also has a small pool where you can sit. Very nice host, guided us to the beach and towards the local bus.

First of all five star for cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in the room and in the common areas of the hotel. Hotel is very close to centre and also to the beach. Private parking space for guests is available

Me and my boyfriend went here for a week and considering the price we paid, it was incredible! Service: The staff was possibly the friendliest I've come across: we were always met with a smile by every single staff member

The food in the restaurant is varied and excellent and offers something for everyone. When we are on vacation, we rarely go back and visit the same places again, but we will definitely come back to Limna beach again

Unfortunately, despite the fact that you are a hotel guest, you have to pay for the loungers on the beach, which vary greatly in quality Unfortunately, the mosquito screens are very spartan, which means mosquitoes still get in

My family and I have stayed in the Evripidis Hotel for 4 times already, and we’re planning to come here again this summer! We are totally satisfied with everything here: location (in the very picturesque place, just 5 minutes from the beautiful and clean beach

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff! It is a 5 min walk through the forest to get to the beach and a 10 min walk to get to the center of Kalithea. It is a great place for couples woth small kids

The view from the terrace is gorgeous!); service (rooms are clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities, the personnel always nice and friendly); breakfast (simple but really good: local Greek yoghurt, eggs, fresh bread, homemade pastries, fruits, flakes and muesli)

You can easily walk to the city center by foot (it takes 10-15 minutes approximately), where you’ll the local restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and a good supermarket

The best place for relax. And the owners are so good people and friendly. I will cam here again.
