Every morning, we saw people coming out early just to "claim" sunbeds with towels and then going back to their rooms

The location is absolutely beautiful — right by the sea, with direct beach access, and just a short 8–9 minute walk up the stairs to the town center, where you'll find plenty of shops and traditional tavernas

That being said, future guests should know that the beach is quite rocky — some people even spotted sea urchins — so water shoes are definitely recommended. One of the highlights for us was the sunrise

However, we found the beach bar cocktails to be a bit overpriced, especially considering the slow service. Even when it wasn't busy, we waited quite a while to get our drinks

Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Fantastic interior design especially the restaurant area. Everything is maintained permanently and therefore the hotel is looking like brand new

However the management is aware and eager to solve the issue. What is special about Margarita Sea Side is their unique concept around their guests

All in all it is exceptional experience to be in this hotel. We were a family of 4 with two litle kids and everything went great since the beach is infront of the hotel, the beach as well is clean and the water is great

Especially during holidays and on weekends the beach is packed and noisy hence privacy is limited. All in all I can fully recommend this hotel if you want to experience a remarkable concept which truly stands out

As a guest you are keeping your space throughout the entire stay which avoids stress in the morning to secure your spot. Only downside: you are not alone on Kallithea Beach

The freddo espressos and cocktails were fabulous! The location is stunning, being right on the beach with beautiful clear blue sea, however, the road access to the hotel is down a steep winding road

Bar man Valeriy is very attentive and open to talk, provide nice service. Restaurant Greco’s Mediterranean Food is good with its meal. Stephano is working there, nice guy

We chose this hotel due to its location by the beach. The beach was amazing, it was exactly like the photos. The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants and small shops, which was also a plus

The sea facing side offer wonderful views. Entertainment at the pool is quite good and on the beach they have umbrellas and sunbeds

I really enjoyed my stay despite the downsides. But for dinner, only water is free. By the pool sunbeds, umbrellas for free, on the sea for a fee. The room was simple, but everything is fine

The food was delicious, the meat was normal, and the dairy products were delicious. We were immediately upgraded from a regular room to a sea view room

The only negative is that our sink and shower drain was constantly clogged and no one came to fix it

Air-conditioning was working, but it was noisy, luckily we didn't have to use it as much. The people who work in the hotel are definitely the brite side of it. Tip for the room, avoid ground floor semi-basement ones

We booked it because it was available at our desired time, however when I red the reviews I honestly got a bit scared. But then, day after day our impressions got better and better

I have to say there weren't no bugs in the room. There are a lot of stone walls in the complex that only need a power wash and it would be perfect. Generally we had great holiday!

Some rooms have great views at the wonderful garden, however our didn't have that view, it was close to the main road but it wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be

You need to pay to use the beach sunbeds and umbrella. However the beach is big and there is a lot of room between sunbeds, they are not cramped up. You don't feel like its crowded

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach

With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle

Just back from a fantasic 2 weeks at zeus hotel. Rooms were really nice ,comfortable bed,nice shower. Very clean with towels changed every other day. Went self catering so cant say what the breakfast was like

Achtis hotel is a beautiful and peaceful resort very suited to couples. I came alone for some rest and relaxation and it was absolutely perfect. There are outside lounges where you can have a drink or snuggle with a book

The hotel has 35 rooms I believe and plenty of sun loungers, sofas and cosy nooks to relax. My room was clean and very pretty

The staff are absolutely wonderful, warm and friendly and they really do their best to make everybody feel at home. The breakfast changed every day and it was always very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to return in future

The sun beds were just so comfortable and one could always find somewhere to be whether it be by the pool or in the very beautiful gardens with the peacocks wondering around and the Koi Carp swimming in the Japanese styled pond

just had another fantastic week at evripidis hotel. 3 star hotel with 5 star plus service. at evripidis you are not just a guest you are family and treated as family. the rooms are spotless nice balcony food lovely

The rooms were cleaned every day,our beds very comfortable fresh linen & towels every other day. we love our early tea & coffee on the balcony watching the sun rising, overlooking luscious Olive trees

Then there is the main man, Evripidis, who runs the bar and never seems to be off duty! He was on the go the whole time, serving drinks, mixing cocktails, taking food orders, wiping tables, always with a smile

Breakfast has an assortment of scrambled eggs, omelettes, cereal, continental, delicious pastries and cakes. Highly recommend ordering food here for lunch or dinner, burgers and souvlaki are amazing
