Wonderful Resort. Service level was amazing a few years ago and went down a bit but is still fine. The only thing they never figured out is the reservation system for the restaurants and the e-concierge. These simply don't work. If you can put the frustration around those aside, you will have a great holiday.

The hotel complex is truly gigantic, offering vast amounts of space for relaxation and enjoyment. The entire grounds are beautifully maintained and allow for a very peaceful atmosphere. The friendly staff and great service perfectly complement the excellent facilities.

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming. Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards, forests and fields, Simantro Resort is a true oasis where you can escape from everyday life. While the whole our family enjoyed it a lot, it is most suitable for families with small kids. Food is excellent and everybody is very kind! The whole beach is covered with fine sand and is very kid-friendly.
