Affordable hotel with good food, cozy rooms and friendly staff. Location is a bit of a struggle, not much to do nearby, just a small village. Ideal for families or couples who want to escape daily troubles.

The room which we received looked exactly as in the pictures, clean bedsheets, there is WiFi available however it's pretty slow outside the room, the towels are changed every other day, while the room is cleaned everyday. Our reservation had breakfast included which although seems to have enough variety the quality could be a lot better, the biggest downside being the fact that it's the same breakfast...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place looks very well, lots of flowers and trees. The pool area is clean and the drinks are good. The rooms are also clean. The breakfast needs serious improvement. The food selection is extremely limited and some of the dishes don't look good at all. The beach is 10 minutes away but it's always very crowded.

Excellent hotel at the entrance of Siviri. Large and lovely maintained yard with lots of olive trees. The pool is clean and the bar offers nice refreshments. Rooms are tidy and big enough. Food is delicious with a variety if dishes to choose.

This place is heavenly. Only two things that need improving stops it from being absolutely perfect. 1. The mattresses are really hard and not comfortable to sleep on 2. The alcohol in all inclusive is very weak, i would rather pay extra for better quality drinks. Other than that the place is awesome and would most definitely recommend as one of the best places in Greece

Hotel looks very nice, especially the pool, the garden with olive trees and roses. Rooms have big terraces with pool and garden view, decent food, excellent staff. The only problem we had was with pillows and mattress, they were too firm, we did not sleep so well. Location is also fine, not that far from the beach, about 10 minutes walk and near big supermarket Masoutis. I think it deserves 4 stars

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die.The hotel even had a pool!Overall the hotel was nice

Best hotel in Siviris, especially newly renovated rooms. Front location, acceptable price. Breakfast is not bad, but there is a poor choice of food. If don't ask they will not refill.

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

Lovely beach it's a bit stoney getting in the sea but sand after that and really warm. You can get food from the restaurant takeaway too. Car parking is a bit small not very large so come early.

We stayed for a week, an extended family of 22 people, we took five rooms. The place was perfecto for us. The Beach is wonderful there, the Beach Bar is nice, the local taverna is okay if you dont want to Go outside for eating (10 minute drive in Siviri wonderful tavernas). I just spent one amazing week with my family in the hotel, the location is great, the beach is amazing. Nice location, near the beach, big apartments, but smaller studios, two parking lots, always free space for parking, good size swimming pool, pool bar, very expensive and good technique, kitchen and bathroom appliances... But, not good hygiene, one old lady is doing all the cleaning in the facility!

Very nice, clean place with great backyard for kids. Very pleasant hosts open for every question and more than helpfull. On the other side, beach is small and can be very crowdy especially during the weekends and that is the only remark that we had during our stay.

The hotel is good on an investment-return basis. ALL inclusive concept. There is not a huge amount of food, as in some other hotels, but it is very well prepared and tasty. We are currently staying here and we love it! Such an amazing property. The host is lovely...the breakfast as well. It's peaceful. The rooms are close to a pine tree forest so you smell that all the time. The pool is also great...the whole thing has an italian vibe.

The big pool is in my opinion too deep, not everyone can swim so my sister and mum were afraid to go into it because it's getting deep very fast but still it's a very nice place.

We had a lovely 6-day holiday at Julia Hotel, I really recommend it for couples and families. The location is really good, as it's on the main road with inner parking. It's comfortable for driving around, but it's 10 min. walking distance from the beach or the center of Fourka. The yard is amazing: green grass, olive trees, and flower bushes all around. Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards, forests and fields, Simantro Resort is a true oasis where you can escape from everyday life. The house was very nice. The pool was great. During our stay of 10 days the pool and the garden were maintained twice without real disturbance to our activities. The outdoors furniture was more than sufficient for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was also very comfortable.
