My family and I had a trip planned to visit this place but unfortunately while we were in Santorini my wife kidney stent started to cause issues and we had to rush and buy new plane tickets to take the 4 of us back home so she could be seen by her doctor. I immediately contacted the booking company and the hotel to explain the situation in hope that they could show us some compassion and understanding. From the moment we started chatting the person responsible for their customer service was so rude, impolite and beyond disrespectful. Nobody goes on a vacation after working hard to make this happen wanting to deal with a medical emergency or to have their plans ruined. I want to make very clear that while I understand cancellation policy I also understand the statement above about medical situations. I was called names ( yes you read that right), I was called a liar ( when I had documents proving the situation was real), I was disrespected in ways I can't even start to explain. Then after all of this they offered me a voucher and I tried to explain that I was with the armed forces and scheduled to return home next year therefore I couldn't say with certainty that I would be able to use the voucher. I wish I could post the messages exchanged so everyone could see the level of customer service offered by this place and after reading reviews I know understand why.

I would never EVER come to this place not even if they offered me a free stay because of the low level of customer service they offer. If you are going to work with people you need to treat them with respect. Nothing less.

We will lose the money. Ok. But at least we will go ahead knowing that we aren't bad people (as suggested by them) for trying to get help because of a situation beyond our control and knowing that we know how to treat people with kindness and respect while this place's customer service will continue to be less than acceptable.

Terrible experience. Unfortunately i wasn't able to stay at this hotel cause my reservation thru *********** wasn't held by the hotel. They gave me some bad excuse that the reservation system was down and booking was not sent to them. Immagine what a surprise would have been if i just went directly to the reception on my arrival day and they would say simply " i appologise no reservation" :/ Well bad news guys: i know how that works and i also know that *********** did everything they could, and more, to get in touch with the hotel and try to solve this issue. So my advice is avoid this hotel and try your Naxos experience in another hotel.

Stayed 11 nights in August. The location is also nice, beautiful pool and kind owner but the rest failed! The room had a rusty plate, mismatched dishes, counted toilet paper, tiny bathroom with a shower mounted in the middle of the wall, very thin mattress, old air conditioning mounted in front of the bed, irregular cleaning, transport to the port for a fee. . It would take very little. . . Also because it is not cheap! Highly not recommended
