Some sunbeds a few yards along on a sandy beach - all included but you have to get up early and a good idea to tip the staff. The beach bar and restaurant was very good food and service

The hotel speaks for itself, deserving of all 5 stars! It is amazing every where you walk, spacious, unlimited delicious breakfast, large pools with comfy sun beds and a beach and pool bar, along with their own private beach

Loved the pool and small beach where the waves splashed on you. This breakfast was by far the best breakfast we had in all of Greece

The pool area was stunning, overlooking the beach the perfect place to relax and unwind

The pool staff were all amazing, but Christos especially made every day unforgettable with his warm personality, big heart, world-class service, constant attentiveness, and genuine smile that lit up our vacation

We genuinely had an amazing time on this property and would recommend it 100%! My only (minor) complaint is that the bar didn’t open until 11:30 but that’s hardly enough to take away from such a fantastic experience

Ten out of ten! Best place to go if staying in Mykonos.

The service level is perfect and staff a credit to the hotel. It is coming to the end of the season so I imagine a little quieter than usual so if you like that then the beginning of Oct is a perfect time to come

The hotel flows down the hillside on 5 levels including an amazing starlit infinity pool moving down to 2 levels of private beach but don't let the stairs put you off you can ask for a golf cart type thing to run you up and down with a few seconds notice

The hotel is very close to Mykonos town and a really nice private beach with sunbeds. The staff is very friendly and helpful! They try to fulfill any wish. The pool and the whole area are in very good condition.

There is a direct access to the sea and some chaise lounges are there. At night their pools are getting sparkling- it’s so beautiful! Fitness room and spa area I really liked. Breakfast was very good cannot complain

Usually I book everything around 3 months before the flight date but this hotel I’ve reserved in the last moment. It was almost full in end of September but I was lucky to get a nice room with a whirlpool

It wasn’t fully private but the whirlpool is on kind of balcony, this balcony is on the ground thereby in front of it there are chaise lounges, which are often occupied by guests

And finally, when you make your way down to the beach, you’re welcomed by an endless stretch of stunning turquoise-blue water

They collected us from the airport and from the beginning you could see this stay was going to be good, the 2 members of staff drove us from the hotel giving us a mini tour of Mykonos on the way, filling us in on all the vital information, also I would like to add that they were both very well presented

Very quite side of the island with amazing views. If you want to party and the hustle and bustle of the town it is accessible by taxi or bus. Recommend renting a vehicle at least for part of your stay

We were provided with recommendations where to go in terms of food and beach locations and Marios even offered his help in booking a nice restaurant for an evening meal! Breakfast was also very good and filling

It starts with the introduction of the island and help with making plans at the check-in, continues with small things like getting water at the pool without asking and ends with a fantastic cake for my girlfriends birthday

While all "standards" of a very good hotel are met (very nice view, a very very good breakfast, nice, spacious and "fresh" rooms, top service, super location - Agios Ioannis has a small nice beach, restaurants, etc

Great place to stay! Great rooms exceptionally clean and new, great prices. Marios is lovely and gives great advice and recommendations. Bus to mykonos town is right outside, so very conveniently located.

I didn’t expect the pool water to be sea water. It would be nicer if it was clean water. Of course the staff was nice and feel welcomed. I will consider visit there again

Breakfast is very good, though a tea pot would have been a welcome addition (they had them at the bar but not in breakfast area), the pool area is absolutely stunning with Bali beds, or sun beds in the pool - there is am awful lot of posing for social media going on as both the area and the sea view beyond is amazing

There’s these cool windows that you can look up into the pool too! And a gym! The included breakfast was expansive and delicious, fresh buffet! Was a great spot to explore the island! I will definitely be back!

I worried to get old room, cause i read some reviews that there is old room and new room. Luckily we got a beautiful room and had a great time there. The access to beach was super close

This resort is so clean and beautiful. The pool has such a vibe- amazing design, view and music. The green juice served by the pool was so delicious, we were getting two a day

Had a few ants in the room but I was able to get rid of them quite easily. You can relax pool side but they should have umbrellas out for people who don't want to be in the sun

We have never had service quite like his. He offered great ideas for daily adventures and then helped with all the details of executing them. He even found out that it was my wife's birthday and brought a cake

The owner is very nice and with great hospitality who offered to drive us to airport. We stayed one night and left early in the morning. It was a pleasant stay. There is a private parking space I the hotel.

Gorgeous little self catering little place. The owner, Leo, is friendly and helpful and personally greets the guests. The studios are well appointed and clean with super views of the sea and island.

Absolutely loved staying at Leonis Summer Houses. We were in 2 bedroom house #3 and it was perfect for our family with two teenagers

There are plenty of gadgets too - phone dock, Bluetooth speaker, smart tv and WiFi at your house and at the pool and bar. There is also a library/book exchange at reception with some excellent tabletop coffee books
