⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful stay at Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort

We stayed as a couple with our 12-year-old daughter, and our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

The entire staff is incredible – friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome from the first moment. The pool staff were all amazing, but Christos especially made every day unforgettable with his warm personality, big heart, world-class service, constant attentiveness, and genuine smile that lit up our vacation. ❤️

The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxation.

The overall service is truly exceptional – every request is handled immediately and often anticipated before we even ask.

The shuttle service to Mykonos Town and the Old Town is always on time and makes getting around the island easy and stress-free. My wife had a knee problem that made walking long distances difficult, but thanks to the buggy service available anytime, we had no issues moving around the hotel comfortably.

And we cannot forget the breakfast – a real gourmet experience, rich, flavorful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

We enjoyed every single moment, felt like royalty throughout our stay, and we will definitely return to this amazing hotel. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Christos, for making this an unforgettable holiday! ❤️

We stayed here this past July. Had a 2-bedroom ocean view with pool. Nothing is really ocean front here because everything is on the mountain. The wifi in our room was VERY spotty. In some areas we didn't even have any connection at all. It took us several days to understand how to get to the lobby - it's not very logical and they haven't made the signs in the elevators easy - we met several other ppl that were lost just like us. The staff are the greatest asset here. The view is stunning but know that this island is VERY windy at all times! It's a hike to go anywhere - not far away but not walking distance especially considering the crazy narrow roads and traffic. Mykonos was beautiful but def much younger crowd with tons of party people. The hotel restaurant at the pool doesn't open till 7 pm and if you're like us not a party person, you'll find yourself at the restaurant alone. Most ppl goes out for dinner around 9-9.30 and stays up late we were told. I give 4 stars because of the SPA experience although I grew up in Europe and know that Europe is not about customer service (compared to the US) but it was just not nice since we were the only guests they had and they kind of chased us out and made us feel rushed out of the SPA lounge.

We have been coming to the Mykonos Grand Hotel every summer for the past five years, and each visit somehow exceeds the last. The facilities are beautifully maintained and always look brand new. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are spotless, reflecting the hotel’s dedication to high standards.

The beach service is fantastic, making every moment by the sea enjoyable and stress-free. Breakfast offers plenty of delicious options to satisfy all tastes, and the spa is truly top-notch — a perfect place to unwind and treat yourself.

The bar is also worth mentioning, with a knowledgeable bartender who creates excellent cocktails to suit any preference.

But what truly makes the Mykonos Grand stand out is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Their genuine hospitality and care create an unforgettable experience every time.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Mykonos.

The shuttle service to Mykonos town is a great facility that we used almost every night.

The service at this hotel is some of the best I have ever experienced. The adjoining rooms for my wife and two kids were ideal. The master bedroom is lovely with a large bath and outdoor shower. There is also 3 balconies. Including a rooftop area to relax sunbathe and jacuzzi. The pool and beach access is ideal. This place was a 10 out of 10 for us. Also the hourly shuttles to Mykonos Town made it easy for us to come and go for dinner and shopping. This is not a beach party hotel, but ideal for a quiet vacation with a lover or your family. The food is also delicious and the gym and spa are good enough. I highly recommend!!

I CANNOT LOVE THIS HOTEL MORE...FIRST, BIG SHOUT OUT TO STAVA (STAVROULA), SHE WAS THE MOST AMAZING PERSON/AND NOW CONSIDERED FRIEND THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH AT A HOTEL! THANK YOU STAVA! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed with our 22-year-old and 18-year-old kids in the rooms/suite 333/334! Our mouths dropped open upon seeing the beauty and comfort of it all! Stay of a lifetime! Our dinner there at Nama was unmatched and the whole experience was magical!!! Every person there goes above and beyond in customer service...from Stav, to Themis, to Goerge, to Maria, to Cristos, to Stefanos...the BEST customer service we have had in our world travels! Outstanding hotel. What a fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and worth 5 stars and more. We had an amazing stay and from the minute we walked through the door it was exceptional. Fantastic bar and pool area and the breakfast each day was truly amazing. So many staff making sure everything was ok and they are so kind. The room was amazing , so much room and we had a pool with terrace and large swing chair. They made our anniversary and birthday so special. Having the private coach daily from the hotel to the town an back was very helpful. Also calling the hotel to book a taxi was so easy. Will 100% return.

5/5 a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and a great location. My room 338 was comfortable and had an amazing view- I think my friends room ana which was a lower category was better as it had a pool access and two loungers in the patio with more room. The breakfasts were great a staff so kind a friendly on the beach. Everything was immaculate! I can’t wait to return

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Mykonos Grand Hotel and Resort. We stayed for 7 nights, travelling as a family of 4, including two young children. We stay at many nice hotels, but the staff here were a level above what we typically experience. They made it feel very personal and special. Our youngest daughter was ill, and the staff called a doctor and twice went to the pharmacy for us. Too many amazing staff to name them all, but particular thanks to Stavroula, Eleni, Mara and Themis. We stayed in room 213, which had two separate rooms that worked well for 4 of us. Our balcony was very large with a lovely view. The steam room in the shower was a nice addition. The toiletries and products are all good quality. The large pool is nice for children. The beach was nice too. Staff at the pool and beach are great. We were well looked after. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk along the beach if you want to try somewhere else to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent - a mix of a la carte and buffet. The hotel is just a ten minute drive from the airport. We also used the free shuttle bus to and from town in the evenings, although dinner at the hotel is good. The children’s menu for lunch and dinner works well. The gym is well- equipped. We felt like the website undersold how nice the hotel is, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended and we would love to come back. Thanks again to the lovely staff.

Five star service from top to bottom! The nicest hotel I e ever had the pleasure of staying in! Beautiful views, the friendliest staff, fantastic amenities, delicious food, and a breathtaking pool and beach! Would stay here again and again!!
