Very comfortable & very clean hotel with delightful continental breakfast, kind and helpful staff, parking was near (extra cost). Hotel location on fantastic site, view on the Euboeian Gulf was fantastic as the evening walks along the sea

Robust place to stay if you have to stay in the area for work. The rooms are clean and the service just decent. The Shower hat no holder so I had to hold my own the shower head during showering my self.

We paid 79€ for 2 people in off season (1.12) , everything was OK . The room was small but normal and ok, the breakfast was boring and average . The location is great ! On the beach, in the city centre There is NO PARKING in the hotel, even though in booking they said there is. So it was nice, but I see no reason to come back

Lucy hotel is the best in the city. It is central located just over the sea, where you can see of course the sea, the famous "Evripos bridge", the north and south "evoikos" bay and of course the "Karababa" castle. We stopped in Khalkis or Chalkida in our way from Piraeus to Thessaloniki. Our trip started very early in the morning so around 7am we were in Khalkis. The Lucy is lovely hotel in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good - everything was spotlessly cleaned.

Have stayed here twice and cannot praise the service enough, from allowing an early check in if the room was prepared to late checkout to accommodate a late flight, the reception staff have been exceptional. Together with a perfect location, room with a sea view, and good breakfast included in a reasonable room rate, this place is hard to beat.

This is the fifth time that I have stayed in the Almira Mare and I was welcomed as one of the family by all the staff. Great little place hidden away from the hustle of Chalkida and Athens! The staff was fantastic and always helpful. Spent three weeks and will definitely be back. I was there in the off season so not a lot of visitors while I was there. The hotel manager, Georgia, was a pleasure and we had morning chats while I had breakfast. She was definitely a highlight of my stay.

I am glad to recommand this place. The room has all that you need. Not very big but spacy enough and kleen. George at the reception was so nice, caring and allways ready to help. It is located perfectly if you are with a car. Has free parking and within an easy ride to the center of Chalkida. Good value for money.

I just spent 7 days in this hotel, this was my second time and it was great, the location is amazing if you want some quiet time but also the city is 10 minutes away. The pool area is excellent, very clean and great service. The beach and the tavernas are 2 min walking. But the strong points is the staff, the ladies at the front desk will do to make you feel at home and treated as family. Thanks again...

The room was renovated and clean. Towels changed every day. Breakfast very good, and with great variety; some local dishes,too. Personnel quite friendly and polite. Furthermore: Very handy central location, a few minutes walk from train station. All-in-all: Much recommended!
