Our room was not huge but it was comfortable with a door separating the hall and the bathroom, something that I always appreciate and the sound-proofing I think it was fine

Hotel was great even though it has only 4stars rating. Accommodation ok, room ok, cleanliness ok, quietness great, amenities and facilities ok, price reasonable

We spent 2 wonderful nights at the Historical Lucy Hotel of Chalkida. I find its location the best, so close to the amazing waterfront and the old bridge of Chalkida

Stayed at Lucy Hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We booked with breakfast and dinner and we are happy with the dinner being served from 2:30 to 10 pm

Most important is it is facing with the water, you can enjoy the beautiful scene outside the room balcony

Lucy hotel is the best in the city. It is central located just over the sea, where you can see of course the sea, the famous "Evripos bridge", the north and south "evoikos" bay and of course the "Karababa" castle

The location though is amazing, you are in the centre of the main area, where you can find countless restaurants and bars

The location is great ! On the beach, in the city centre There is NO PARKING in the hotel, even though in booking they said there is. So it was nice, but I see no reason to come back

Abundant and varied breakfast, both salty and sweet. Both check in and check out were quick with helpful staff, fully confirming the agreed prices. Not particularly lucky with the weather, but the view is very beautiful

We stayed at John's Hotel for three nights and it really was the best hotel experience ever! The staff very friendly and polite, willing to serve us in anything! The room was renovated and clean. Breakfast very good, and with great variety; some local dishes,too. Personnel quite friendly and polite. Furthermore: Very handy central location, a few minutes walk from train station

The hotel itself was recently renovated and the rooms and common areas were very nice and the hotel bar/restaurant was one of the coolest in the area. Amazing coffee, food and aesthetic. Finally the location is perfect

Nice place for It's price in the centre of Chalkida. Make sure you have hot water before you enter the room. The flash of the toilet doesn't work in my room, I had to call the water manually

Budget Hotel, nice people, friendly!.

The room was basic, but clean and tidy. The bed was good and the service was excellent. On the cons would be the the wooden doors that provided no sound isolation and the sub-par view from the room

All in all a great experience considering the price and location. Good for short stays, or if you just need a place to spend a couple of nights

Kind and available staff, ready and open for everything. The hotel has got all the basics, including a fridge and air conditioning. It is. Also possible to. Give them the laundry for washing the clothes.

There was no provision of breakfast. Windows have absolutely zero noise cancelling features & our room was ground floor right on the foot path. If needed to continue l won't extend in this hotel

Ask for the large room facing the sea with a great view of Chalkida and don't miss the breakfast on the top floor with an outstanding view. Simple hotel but good for both a long and short stay

No parking but car space can be found on the street. There is a small beach within walking distance if you are dying for a quick swim

Great views. Pets allowed, which is rare. Fantastic bar and breakfast area at the top.

There are beautiful gardens and the location is good - away from the amenities in the village but an easy walk into the centre. Would definitely stay here again

Very friendly staff who do there upmost to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. They keep things very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of every thing you need. We had a great time with 3 teenage kids

5 years now we take a breth from Athinian life at this small family hotel. You can not have more attention from staff and best cleaning of rooms and pool. Persect for sumer but winter vocation also

Very nice apartments, a bit outdated but surely very clean. The pool area is great with kids and love that you can have drinks and a bite to eat at the swimming pool. Just a small walk into town

An excellent choice for short vacations. very friendly and helpful stuff. Rooms were huge but a little dated. A very nice swimming pool with an additional kids swimming that was quite big

Very beautiful little two stars hotel. The garden is so pretty. We stayed three nights in a comfy and very clean apartment. The staff is very very kind and helpful.

We were in bungalow 426, a clean, comfy base. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, as were all front-line members. The hotel was quiet - certainly not much more than one-third full - and this was to our advantage

With so few residents, there were plenty of free sun beds around the pool and on the beach; whilst the music was non-stop, the volume was appropriate, unobtrusive and from our era - the ‘60s and early ‘70s!! The town is a twenty minutes stroll away along the beach front with a wide range of shops and restaurants

There were no queues at meal times, no dishes ran short, and most were warm, if not always hot. Served buffet-style, the menu was pretty stable but we managed a different combination on six occasions

This hotel is great for a relaxing break. The staff are so polite and courteous. It is very clean and comfortable. We are here in October and the weather is in the high 20’s

We did not book this hotel but, like a number of English holidaymakers, were transferred from others we presumed were closed as the season staggered to an end

I stayed in the lovely Avantis Suites Hotel with my mum a week ago. We were both so happy that we found this hotel. It's a real gem and we'll definitely be back! I can't stop raving about it to my friends and family
