The Lucy is lovely hotel in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good - everything was spotlessly cleaned.
The hotel deserves better comments than the one I have read. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Chalkis, right by the water
Have stayed here twice and cannot praise the service enough, from allowing an early check in if the room was prepared to late checkout to accommodate a late flight, the reception staff have been exceptional
Great hotel and fantastic location! I recently stayed at the hotel with a group of friends and I had to say it was pretty good. The rooms were nice and the bathroom too
Together with a perfect location, room with a sea view, and good breakfast included in a reasonable room rate, this place is hard to beat
The hotel is located in the best area , right on the promenade. So location wise is a big yes but comfort wise is a big big NO. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect and the view of the water was breathtaking as well. Special mention to the young lady Maria at the reception desk
3 stars correspond to the great location, seaview and the fair rooms. Apart from that, the staff wasn't that much polite. As for the breakfast, just stay away from it
My stay was in February of 2021 for work reasons. Especially, Stamatis and Maria (employees of the hotel) made everything in their power in order to make our stay pleasant. We were very pleased with their service.
Nice and simple rooms close to the most important things and shopping area with beautiful view. Definitely recommend it and will book again in the future.
Very kind and helpful reception, nice place, good service. Thank you for being part of my first travel in Greece!
Also the maintenance staff was very helpful and provided us with an extra bed quickly since the fold out couch bed was not working properly. The parking (for a fee and worth it) was very close

Good hotel in a good location overlooking the beautiful bay. Only an hour's drive from the Airport. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful at check in and check out
I just spent 7 days in this hotel, this was my second time and it was great, the location is amazing if you want some quiet time but also the city is 10 minutes away
I stayed at Almira Mare this past August and it was the most amazing stay! I loved everything about this hotel! The views from my room were gorgeous. My room had everything I needed and it was extremely clean
The ocean is less than a minute walk, and that is where we swam every day. While sitting at the hotel restaurant or beach bar you can enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool was very nice. I would recommend staying here.
But the strong points is the staff, the ladies at the front desk will do to make you feel at home and treated as family. Thanks again for the great staying

The location was ideal, next to the waterfront and a stones throw away from the restaurants and bars
Poor location - if you want to see anything from your room window. Small room. Hotel is renovated. Bar is really nice. Rooms are clean and beds are good and comfortable.
If you are visiting Athens book some time at John's and the waterfront, there is a Gelato place next door with amazing freshly made ice cream and a bakery a little further down, with the best Baclava I have ever eaten
I can honestly say that I wish I had spent most my time at Chalkida and at John's Hotel, the hotel was far superior then this big named hotel I stayed at. (Wont say there name) The service from all staff was amazing
The chef was also very nice and their cocktails were sublime, the man that made them, has skills and didnt go light on the alcohol. The rooms and hotel were super clean
There was a young girl at the bar during the day, that was fantastic, good memory for how my wife liked her coffee and was super friendly

we only stayed for 2 nights but it was a pleasant stay and very quiet even though i expected it to be a little loud it was a beautiful location
It is located some meters next to the beach. It has place for car parking and you can reach the shops just by walking. The hotel has it own restaurant and it's bar
Excellent view! friendly stuff (almost no one speaks English though, but very eager to help anyway :-)), breakfast is very basic, and not always fresh, close to the beach. Good value for the money
Some times the waitress make noise and can interrupt you during your rest hours

All in all a great experience considering the price and location. Good for short stays, or if you just need a place to spend a couple of nights
The parking entrance is quite narrow. The best part is the great location & late check in till midnight
The room was basic, but clean and tidy. The bed was good and the service was excellent. On the cons would be the the wooden doors that provided no sound isolation and the sub-par view from the room
Kind and available staff, ready and open for everything. The hotel has got all the basics, including a fridge and air conditioning. It is. Also possible to. Give them the laundry for washing the clothes.
There was no provision of breakfast. Windows have absolutely zero noise cancelling features & our room was ground floor right on the foot path. If needed to continue l won't extend in this hotel
Nice place for It's price in the centre of Chalkida. Make sure you have hot water before you enter the room. The flash of the toilet doesn't work in my room, I had to call the water manually

The pool area is the highlight especially with the sun beds where you can relax all day. Finally, offering the breakfast until 12pm, with a brunch style (Aperol Spritz included) was really nice for a relaxing weekend
Really nice hotel set in a beautiful greenery with its private sandy beach, swimming pool, spa and playroom. The hotel is nicely renovated and the staff was very friendly. other than that we had a great stay
Beautiful location. Beach access. Building shows some mature signs but well maintained and well renovated. Bungalow room was very good, new and well equipped. Lots of levels and stairs.
My only complaint (not really the hotel’s fault other then the design) is the rooms are noisy with people slamming doors continuously or speaking loudly in the hallways when we were trying to sleep
There are lots of activities to try and as hotel guests we got a free hour on the inflatable assault course. The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help at any point
Our fave resort (so far!) in Greece. It’s absolutely beautiful throughout, with spacious rooms that have a quaint balcony with hammocks and a day bed

It is a silent place, very nice room..very large, it is an apartment...with tv in every room..great viee...with all u need for your holiday..it is ok for family and all type of taste...I like it very much...
Only stayed one night but very friendly and professions. Large rooms, modern and we'll kept. No tea or coffee so bring your own. Nice big breakfast selection.

The breakfast is delicious! Something we especially appreciated and liked the day we left was that even though we left quite early and before they started serving breakfast, they gave us takeout for the road
First of all the view is magnificent. You go out to the balcony and you have a plate of the sea in front of you. The room very clean and very polite, friendly and helpful all of the staff

It is and still looks like a Greek hotel from the 80s. The room was spacious but not the cleanest, for example there were still hairs in the sink from previous visitors. Service not the best.
