Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

This hotel is nice little cosy stay, our favourite part was meeting George! He was the reception guy that was very helpful and supportive with any of our requests, in addition to that he is a very talented guitarist!

Host George and Maria are very very friendly and kind, the breakfast they serve is the best on Santorini. Hotel is located on a very loud and dangerous road. The rooms are not as shown on their website, outdated, small and not clean. Mattress is on concrete platform. Shower head is completely brown with rust, taps full of lime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The seasonal manager Panos was our guiding light, going above and beyond, even driving us to the ferry which he did not need to do. The apartment was rustic (no AC) but felt very authentic. The fans made sleeping quite comfortable. The wifi was impressively strong and the location, though far from the noise of Fera is not more than an hour to any spot on the island...

Excellent choice in Santorini, clean and familiar environment. The Pool is a great extra! Go there and rent a Quad or a Car to visit the rest of the island. Not too far from Kamari Beach, probably the best beach of the island.

A beautiful traditional Santorinian house managed by the lovely Mila who could not do enough for us! Kokos traditional houses is an amazing place to stay. The villa is super clean, the hot tub is amazing and anything you might need is ready for you. We loved our stay at the house, also because Mila and her family are a delight. They will go out of their way to help you. When we go back to Santorini we will definitely stay again at Kokos!

Amazing villas! Our villa was more than what we expected, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom unique and clean, distance to caldera only 15' by car and on top of all of that we also had some traditional food and welcome drinks waiting for us. I recommend staying at Kokos traditional house!

A relaxing hotel with beautiful rooms in the heart of Perissa, where you can also find the best beach on the island at a walking distance. They make getting to the hotel from the airport stress-free and hotel staff are there to guide you through things you’d like to experience. We were a big group and we were all so happy with our stay at Margarenia. The staff are very happy and helpful. The rooms are very good. The beds comfortable. The pool was very good. It was the best experience. It's like an oasis in the desert!

Stayed here recently for our cousin's wedding. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean, with good facilities available. Location was great, ten minute walk to the beach, and very close to the bus stop to head further on the island. Margarite was unbelievable throughout our stay and couldnt have been more helpful. The rooms are not very big but have everything you need and are tastefully decorated. They serve very good snacks and drinks in the pool/breakfast area at ridiculous low prices (for Santorini). Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one week at the Aegeeis Hotel. The team was really nice and obliging, they helped organize a transfer from and to the port/airport for only 30€, they gave us all the information regarding bus schedules, car/quad renting and important sights to visit. I was shocked to discover this is a 2 star hotel. I would definitely place it at a 3 star, pushing 4! Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning. It is a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast.

We had a fantastic week at Santa Irina Luxury Lofts and were able to experience the cozy room as well as the loft suits. If you like to have complete privacy choose the cozy rooms as they are in a more secluded area. The lofts on the other hand offer more space and direct access to the pool. Just on my last night here and it's a lovely place. The family are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely. The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good. The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and...

Great location for beach, customer service was excellent. Rooms are OK had to change but 2nd was much better. Excellent pool although shaded in parts by trees. Highly recommend although wouldn't say for young children as no footpath from front of hotel leading to beach and very busy roads. Other than this highly recommend for price and location.

Rooms are ok. Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds. All staff very friendly & helpful but should stop people reserving the few sunbeds the night before. One very selfish couple placed towels on 1st day & didn't remove them.

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees. The hotel staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. They helped with recommendations, taxis, planning days out, skinned knees.... And are very kind to children. Rooms are a bit dated. The pool area is really lovely with loads of greenery. The pool itself is great for a swim but not for kids as very deep. But it has a area for kids with a slide. The service was great nothing was to much trouble. Definitely recommend think hotel

Both our room's suffered from swimming pool noise from the pumps early in the morning to people dragging sunbeds around seamed to Ecoh through the rooms . bed sheets missing one night. The breakfast wasn't very good at all , you was always waiting for something , wether it was a cup or a bowl, glass,fried eggs .and being buffet style.people behave like pig's rushing to get what they wanted before anyone...

A little gem. Was a clean little apartment at a very good price, in a convenient but affordable part of the island. Was definitely more tranquil than being near the beach with all the tourists and beach bars. I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The sea is within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants for every taste!

Location is super OK, the hosts were nice and discreet, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day. If I go to Perissa again, I will surely stay there. The kitchen was fairly equipped, if you need anything more (we wanted one more glass and one more cup) , you just ask.

The apartment was with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom and you cannot go directly to the bathroom from each without crossing the other room. Otherwise the location is nice, they have a nice swimming pool.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Lovely clean rooms, beds are sooo comfy and aircon is amazing because you'll need it! 12 of us stayed here and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The place is very close to the black sand beach (3 min walking). The bus stop, car rental shop and the mini market are right next to you. You can also swim in the pool till 12 midnight, you can have an amazing breakfast next to the pool. The staff is very nice and clean. Its 40 min away from Oia but 15 min away from Thera and Santo Winery.
