Honestly I do not understand the bad reviews this place gets. It's a 2 star budget hotel in a great location. I was really worried after reading some reviews but honestly it was bang on. Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. I'd stay again. A nice and peacful little hotel whot great staff.. They pick us up in the middle of the night at the airport and offeret us one extra room whit out paying for it. Nice enviromemt and roomfacility for the best price. A big supermarket is near by .We recomend it! Would love to stay there again

Friendly, family run hotel, just a short walk from Perissa and Perivolos beaches. Easy access to other parts of the island by public transport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended

Had an amazing stay, the family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a choice of suite upon arrival, can’t fault the place. Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. We stayed at this property for a week. Very friendly staff, available to all our requests. The gentleman at the reception was super nice. They greeted us by giving us a bottle of wine and one of oil, a nice and unexpected gesture. We had the suite which was very clean with a large balcony from which you could see the sea. A beautiful traditional Santorinian house managed by the lovely Mila who could not do enough for us! Kokos traditional houses is an amazing place to stay. The villa is super clean, the hot tub is amazing and anything you might need is ready for you. We loved our stay at the house, also because Mila and her family are a delight. They will go out of their way to help you. When we go back to Santorini we will definitely stay again at Kokos!

Amazing villas! Our villa was more than what we expected, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom unique and clean, distance to caldera only 15' by car and on top of all of that we also had some traditional food and welcome drinks waiting for us. I recommend staying at Kokos traditional house!

Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning. It is a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast.

Rooms are ok. Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds. All staff very friendly & helpful but should stop people reserving the few sunbeds the night before. One very selfish couple placed towels on 1st day & didn't remove them.

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees. The hotel staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. They helped with recommendations, taxis, planning days out, skinned knees.... And are very kind to children. We are staying here now. Beautiful, new property with amazing pool. Kind and helpful staff ~ great restaurant (Lava) down the road along with beach. Away from the party scene which, for us, was important.

I've only stayed one night at Santa Irini but felt very welcomed and happy. The one person's room was big enough but a little outdated (i.ex. shower). I had a terrace outside the room with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice. They also have an amazing bakery within the property open from early morning till late night. I've got a little gift when I was leaving too ! :) Would definitely go back !

Very nice location with an extremely friendly staff. Keeping in mind the price paid Santa Irini has a very good price to quality ratio. The room was big enough for a family of 3, they changed sheets and towels every 2 days, it's fairly clean. The pool it's a very nice addition for an afternoon in which you feel lazy. Nice bakery with great service

House is located in a very good place, swimming pool is very nice and people are very kind. There is the possibility to reach the airport or the port with their minibus (25€). Bedroom was very small, bed too small and air condition doesn’t work properly. If you need just a place to leave your staff and travel the island, it’s good!

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Good place to stay if you consider the price and go in with lowered expectations. The value of Villa Clio probably can't be beat for Santorini but you must take this into consideration when booking. Simple, clean with some charm. Staff incredibly helpful, have knowledge of busses, local excursions and can help arrange transfers or hire cars. Rooms simple but clean. Beds comfortable. Balconies a nice evening bonus. Pool area well kept with some charm. Breakfast is served here and for €7 is a good deal.

Very good value for the price. This is a budget hotel but we thought that the clean rooms and quiet location are definitely a bargain. Paid 1/4 the price of nearby hotels and we didn't mind the 5 minute walk to Perissa Beach. Helpful personnel. We booked this place because they let us arrive at 02:30 am and ordered a taxi to pick us up from the airport.

Simple, but cute. Villa Clio is a budget place, but very nice at the same time. Swimming pool area is charming, rooms have spacious terraces and the whole place is super clean and nice. Ambience is very greek and beautiful- flowers, mountain views and stylish wooden pergolas. Location is great as well- very close to the beach and convenience store. Higly recommend!

The food and atmosphere were phenomenal. We actually came back every night while we were there. However, what made the most of our experience there was the staff at this restaurant. If you're in the area during the season, I highly recommend this restaurant!

We really enjoyed our food here. Only issue is the service is way too quick. As soon as you finish your next plate is there but this isn’t specific to Terra Nero. The owner was a legend, very welcoming and attentive. Really recommend this place. Big menu too. Every variant of a waffle you could ever ask for.

It was so good food if it is Lunch or waffles,frozen yoguhrt ore ice cream and the Service was so social.
