Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

We stayed eight nights in the studio flat on the second floor, furnished in a simple but pleasant way and equipped with an external balcony overlooking the very busy street, the swimming pool and the sea in the distance. We stayed at this property for a week. Very friendly staff, available to all our requests. The gentleman at the reception was super nice. They greeted us by giving us a bottle of wine and one of oil, a nice and unexpected gesture. We had the suite which was very clean with a large balcony from which you could see the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The seasonal manager Panos was our guiding light, going above and beyond, even driving us to the ferry which he did not need to do. Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning. It is a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast.

We had a fantastic week at Santa Irina Luxury Lofts and were able to experience the cozy room as well as the loft suits. If you like to have complete privacy choose the cozy rooms as they are in a more secluded area. The lofts on the other hand offer more space and direct access to the pool. I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees. I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The place is very close to the black sand beach (3 min walking). The bus stop, car rental shop and the mini market are right next to you. Lovely lovely stay, the towels changed everyday, variety of choices at breakfast, pool a good, relaxing temperature. It is a very quiet and serene area to relax and unwind. The rooms are always kept clean and smelling fresh and the food is delicious! There are a few skinny stray cats which we have given water and some food, that they enjoyed so much. A super clean hotel! Beautiful rooms, excellent service. Everybody was very kind and helpful, ready to assist us anytime. Our room was cleaned up thoroughly every day. George, the receptionist, was one of a kind! Would definitely recommend it!

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

They make you feel like part of the family, it's a very friendly place, clean, beautiful views, nice swimming pool. It's simply perfect!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves. We adored our host, George, as he did everything he could to make us comfortable and have a fantastic stay. Very close to the beach/boulevard and some great restaurants. We'll be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is at a great location only a few minutes away from the beach or a bus stop. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. George who works at the reception was very kind and helpfull. He showed us around the hotel and helped us pick a tour as well as booking transfers or taxi's. They also offer breakfast and roomservice and their pool is very nice too...

Short walk from the beach. The pool and room are nice and Mary was so helpful and wonderful with our transfers from the port and helping us get around. Definitely recommend

We are staying here now. Beautiful, new property with amazing pool. Kind and helpful staff ~ great restaurant (Lava) down the road along with beach. Away from the party scene which, for us, was important.

I've only stayed one night at Santa Irini but felt very welcomed and happy. The one person's room was big enough but a little outdated (i.ex. shower). I had a terrace outside the room with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice. They also have an amazing bakery within the property open from early morning till late night. I've got a little gift when I was leaving too ! :) Would definitely go back !

Very nice location with an extremely friendly staff. Keeping in mind the price paid Santa Irini has a very good price to quality ratio. The room was big enough for a family of 3, they changed sheets and towels every 2 days, it's fairly clean. The pool it's a very nice addition for an afternoon in which you feel lazy. That being said, the room and especially the bathroom are in dire need of a makeover...

Really polite staff, they helped us to organize a transfer to and from airport.(even oour flight was deleyed there was no problem). Bus station is across the hotel. They are on the main street, close to bars and 10minutes walk to the beach. They have also bakery with amazing smooth juices and cookies. Pool is always clean, not cold water and small number of the people in. Great hotel as for family...

We have been in a couple of hotels and the truth is that we are super delighted in this hotel, perhaps it is not a luxury hotel but it has all the needs to enjoy a wonderful stay, we had some problems here in Santorini and the owners helped us in All the time with everything, in this hotel We have not felt cheated !!! The pool is very large and clean, family environment and very friendly to be honest...
