Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

in the heart of Emporio, great view from the jacuzzi and terrace, very spacious suite. Host was very helpful with information, parking i struction, helped us carry our luggage.

Best decision ever. Not only the place is managed by the most friendly staff, which gives you a warm feeling during your stay but the location and the area are perfect for a quite holiday with a true Greek feeling. Renting a car with them was a Smart idea too!

A great, secluded place to spend your holidays, in one of the last traditional villages of Santorini. Squeaky clean, super quiet, smiling host. Highly recommended

Nalas suites is located in Emporio, a medieval castle-village which in contrast to the rest of the island, remains untouched by the development in tourism. Cars of course are not allowed inside the village, however there are parking areas at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes from the suites. We stayed for 3 amazing nights in Mastio suite and we literally enjoyed every minute. The room was so clean...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The seasonal manager Panos was our guiding light, going above and beyond, even driving us to the ferry which he did not need to do. The apartment was rustic (no AC) but felt very authentic. The fans made sleeping quite comfortable. The wifi was impressively strong and the location, though far from the noise of Fera is not more than an hour to any spot on the island...

Host George and Maria are very very friendly and kind, the breakfast they serve is the best on Santorini. Hotel is located on a very loud and dangerous road. The rooms are not as shown on their website, outdated, small and not clean. Mattress is on concrete platform. Shower head is completely brown with rust, taps full of lime.

Excellent choice in Santorini, clean and familiar environment. The Pool is a great extra! Go there and rent a Quad or a Car to visit the rest of the island. Not too far from Kamari Beach, probably the best beach of the island.

A beautiful traditional Santorinian house managed by the lovely Mila who could not do enough for us! From day one she was there to help and advise us (much appreciated when my husband lost his wallet and we needed her help to inform the local police). the house was beautifully decorated and absolutely everything was provided for us so we did not have to rush to the shops for loo rolls in the middle...

Kokos traditional houses is an amazing place to stay. The villa is super clean, the hot tub is amazing and anything you might need is ready for you. We loved our stay at the house, also because Mila and her family are a delight. They will go out of their way to help you. When we go back to Santorini we will definitely stay again at Kokos!

Amazing villas! Our villa was more than what we expected, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom unique and clean, distance to caldera only 15' by car and on top of all of that we also had some traditional food and welcome drinks waiting for us. I recommend staying at Kokos traditional house!

Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning. It is a short walk to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast.

We had a fantastic week at Santa Irina Luxury Lofts and were able to experience the cozy room as well as the loft suits. If you like to have complete privacy choose the cozy rooms as they are in a more secluded area. The lofts on the other hand offer more space and direct access to the pool. Just on my last night here and it's a lovely place. The family are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely. The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good. Both our room's suffered from swimming pool noise from the pumps early in the morning to people dragging sunbeds around seamed to Ecoh through the rooms . bed sheets missing one night. The apartment was with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom and you cannot go directly to the bathroom from each without crossing the other room. Otherwise the location is nice, they have a nice swimming pool.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Lovely clean rooms, beds are sooo comfy and aircon is amazing because you'll need it! 12 of us stayed here and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Spiros and Flora were the best! A tricky location but they've made the most of it and it's a super-short stroll from beach and bars. Great pool and surround; functional little apartments – we went en masse, which I recommend: just the right level of privacy and proximity for a few couples.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Hygiene is impeccable, with daily cleaning. Its geolocation offers calm and serenity. The whole island is easily accessible, whether you want to walk to some typical restaurants and black sand beaches. Or in Fira (15 minutes by car) and Oia (30 minutes by car). The place is very close to the black sand beach (3 min walking). The bus stop, car rental shop and the mini market are right next to you. You can also swim in the pool till 12 midnight, you can have an amazing breakfast next to the pool. The staff is very nice and clean. Its 40 min away from Oia but 15 min away from Thera and Santo Winery.

Such a lovely place, Rooms were, roomy and well appointed. For the plot the village is on, nothing seems crowded and all the rooms seem totally private, many unique. The landscaping and planting is beautiful. Pool, pool area and bar give a feel of luxury with how they are designed and furnished. Most of all the staff were so lovely, going the extra mile doesn't begin to describe how helpful and charming...

Marillia Village is a very beautiful complex near Perissa Beach. We had the apartment with private jacuzzi; the design is very modern and minimalist with a lot of space for a family of four like mine. The breakfast, which is varied and delicious, was a plus, along with the common swimming pool and jacuzzi. Suzan at the reception was very kind and helped us with every request. Definitely will come back

Very good hotel. Nice and comfortable room with outside jacuzzi. Breakfast are tasty but everyday it's the same set. Scrambled eggs are not from real eggs but from egg powder. Drinks at the pool bar are really good👍. Perfect place for couples. There is no attraction for children so they would get bored. Location is OK but next time I would choose Kamari not Perissa. Overall 4 out of 5. Recommended

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves. We adored our host, George, as he did everything he could to make us comfortable and have a fantastic stay. Very close to the beach/boulevard and some great restaurants. We'll be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is at a great location only a few minutes away from the beach or a bus stop. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. George who works at the reception was very kind and helpfull. He showed us around the hotel and helped us pick a tour as well as booking transfers or taxi's. They also offer breakfast and roomservice and their pool is very nice too...

We are staying here now. Beautiful, new property with amazing pool. Kind and helpful staff ~ great restaurant (Lava) down the road along with beach. Away from the party scene which, for us, was important.

House is located in a very good place, swimming pool is very nice and people are very kind. There is the possibility to reach the airport or the port with their minibus (25€). Bedroom was very small, bed too small and air condition doesn’t work properly. If you need just a place to leave your staff and travel the island, it’s good!

Lovely place and not too far from the beach. Only complaint is the shower is tiny and you either have to squat to shower cause theres no shower head mount in any of the rooms and there is no shower curtains its just built into the room so you send up soaking everything if ur standing up. Isn't a terrible issue but apart from that its a acceptable place to stay with its own pool and driveway to park...

I’ve booked a couple of massage last year @Urania Spa and having being so pleased I wanted to check this year too. I thought last year’s was super. Well…. This hotel offers a great experience with friendly staff. It is so BEAUTIFUL! They were nice enough to offer free late checkout until 3 p.m. if you ask. The hotel is clean, pool area well maintained, the distance to the beach is just a few meters. You can use the sun beds for free which is really nice. The food was very tasty both for breakfast and dinners. The only minus was coffee at breakfast which was not good. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time.

Two weeks are the KD Santo MiraMare resort on the southern coast of Santorini. Its a beautiful resort, great facilities, 4 pools and plenty of bars and restaurants within a 1-30 minute walk away along the coast. Everything the hotel can do for you, they do. Wonderful. Highly recommended hotel. We just spent 2 weeks as a family of 5 with 3 young kids. The hotel/resort is an oasis on the island. We booked with half board and couldn’t be more happy with the food. The service of staff was impeccable, they truly catered to all of our needs. Thank you staff for making this a memorable vacation for my family and I.

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout. Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental...

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

The food and atmosphere were phenomenal. We actually came back every night while we were there. However, what made the most of our experience there was the staff at this restaurant. If you're in the area during the season, I highly recommend this restaurant!

We really enjoyed our food here. Only issue is the service is way too quick. As soon as you finish your next plate is there but this isn’t specific to Terra Nero. The owner was a legend, very welcoming and attentive. Really recommend this place. Big menu too. Every variant of a waffle you could ever ask for.

It was so good food if it is Lunch or waffles,frozen yoguhrt ore ice cream and the Service was so social.
