The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help. Moved here from a poor hotel and was very pleased. The man on reception helped find us a room and we were always greeted with a smile. Room spotless , aircon, fridge , powerful shower, balcony and plenty of sockets. Quiet hotel with a lovely pool! Would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The stuff is so nice, every one making sure you have a beautiful stay. Two pools, great buffet breakfast, very nice bar and restaurant. Sakys makes delicious drinks, make sure you try his capirinias 🙂. Elsa working at breakfast and on the beach is wonderful treating this hotel as her own home and you as her own quests. We stayed here for a week in August. Bed and breakfast- plenty to choose from with the breakfast. Our room was pretty basic, but still had what we needed. Air con was a saviour, without it would have been unbearable. Shower was a touch hit and miss, cold then hot then cold again- but not really a big deal. The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water.

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous. Beautiful views of the mountains behind Perissa and some very friendly cats on site.

I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. Very good smoothies, good food, nice hosts and lovely cats 🐈😻! The sunbeds are free if you also eat in here and the beach is very nice. You also have a fresh water shower on the beach to wash the salt off your body, because the sea is very salty.

Friendly staff. Service was very slow (we were one table of 2) even though they were very nice. The food was nothing extraordinary. However the octopus was so dry i could not eat it and had to get a gyro instead. We had been recommended this area for seafood but this was maybe not the right place. There are plenty more options in front of the beach.
