The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. We are having a lovely stay in our hotel in Santorini, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything you need to know they have the answers to make the trip as easy and relaxing as it should be.

Highly recommend! The hotel is so beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. We had a great brew each morning and dinner recommendations each evening. It was too cold for the personal pool but I’m sure it’s lovely in the summer. We walked the beach road and enjoyed the view.

In general, it was a good hotel, however do not waste your money on the private pool with the room. It was freezing, we are from England and are used to the cold but it was impossible to enjoy. We used it once for about 3 minutes and that was it. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and generally a nice hotel. Just don't waste your money on going for a room with a pool.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The perfect location which is less than 2 minutes away from the famous black beach, right next to the bus stop. The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water.

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. I booked our first trip to Santorini for my husband’s birthday, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30 in the evening to a very friendly and warm reception, I am disabled so we were given a ground floor room with a beautiful all in shower and large balcony. We stayed at the amaryllis hotel for 5 nights and it was a clean and cosy family run hotel. We had a ground floor room that overlooked the pool which was very clean and airy and plenty of space (could of done with a long mirror) . The breakfast had a few changes each day and lots of choice. I love staying at The Best. Vasilis, the owner, is so kind and always willing to chat or provide insight. This was my third time visiting the island and I like Perissa because it is less crowded than other parts of the island. Overall, another lovely trip, and I’ll stay here again next time.

Great family run hotel a five minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. Each room has its own terrace with seats and a clothesline. There is a lovely pool area. Maria and Vasilis make you feel like you have known them forever.
