The hotel is clean, pool area well maintained, the distance to the beach is just a few meters. You can use the sun beds for free which is really nice. The food was very tasty both for breakfast and dinners. The only minus was coffee at breakfast which was not good. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time.

Two weeks are the KD Santo MiraMare resort on the southern coast of Santorini. Highly recommended hotel. We just spent 2 weeks as a family of 5 with 3 young kids. The hotel/resort is an oasis on the island. We booked with half board and couldn’t be more happy with the food. Excellent beach, not crowded and well equipped. They propose 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 20 euro, which are off-set with the cost of your consumed foods and drinks at the bar. We went here to spend the day by the beach. Very beautiful beach, no cost for sun beds as long as you get any drinks or food. They only charge €5 for towels if you don’t have your own. The food is outstanding and they definitely have the biggest portions. We tried the traditional pork gyros and was amazing. This beach is clean and beautiful and worth every penny.

Both our room's suffered from swimming pool noise from the pumps early in the morning to people dragging sunbeds around seamed to Ecoh through the rooms . bed sheets missing one night. A simple but charming place, we’ve enjoyed the quaint nature of this hotel and it has been a great location for local exploring and also catching the bus, or renting a car to go and view other areas of the island. Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars. Bus is very much not on schedule, so be prepared for long waits.

Love this beach. Out of season it is quiet and very chilled. Fallen asleep twice here after enjoying a few beers and food at places along the front.

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves. We adored our host, George, as he did everything he could to make us comfortable and have a fantastic stay.
