Great hotel for a family holiday. The beach is pebbly, common medium and fine pebbles. The entrance to the sea is sandy with pebbles. The hotel has a large green area and new elegant and spacious rooms. The property offers a busy entertainment programme. A variety of shops, bars, restaurants are 1 km away.

Location: 6.5 km from the airport of Rhodes, 10 km from the historic centre of Rhodes town, in Ialyssos.
Consists of two 4 and 6-storey buildings.
The hotel has 350 rooms.
Beach: own sand-pebble beach (narrow open coast) in 10 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach 200 m.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible, always ready to assist with any requests, making our stay very pleasant. The location is great, close to the city, which made exploring easy while still enjoying the tranquility of the hotel.
The entertainment program was varied and fun, offering something for everyone, from sports activities to evening shows. The food was delicious with a wide selection, although it could be a bit more traditional to give guests a more authentic taste of the local cuisine.
Overall, a great experience with excellent service, a prime location, and enjoyable activities. Highly recommended!

I really liked this hotel. Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied. Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice. I will back to this great hotel! I really enjoyed my vacation.

Fantastic Family Holiday!!
Just come back from 12 night trip, and hotel was absolutely fantastic. Staff really helpful and friendly, rooms always very clean, food was lovely, and outside pool area was brilliant. First place I’ve gone to where there is an abundance of outside seating and sun beds - you don’t have to be down at 9am with a towel to reserve a spot.
It’s right on the beach, so you can relax by the sea with a drink. I’d probably advise giving the resort of Ialysos a miss - nothing special and bit of your typical strip. Hotel does run a shuttle bus to Rhodes Town and the old town at night is absolutely beautiful.
The one thing I would change with the hotel is they all rooms seem to have twin beds pushed together - would much rather a double.
Overall I’d highly recommend, great value and will be back again.

Our stay at Electra Palace was fantastic from start to finish. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The range of activities was great—we loved the sunrise yoga, guided hikes, and various water sports. The activities team was friendly and professional, always ensuring we had fun and stayed safe. A special thanks to Despina for her helpful tips and warm hospitality.
The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast had plenty of options, and lunch and dinner featured fresh, gourmet dishes. The themed dining nights with different international cuisines were a special treat.
The evening shows were also excellent, providing great entertainment after a day full of activities.
Overall, Electra Palace gave us an amazing experience with its top-notch activities, food, and shows. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful in all aspects. The rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated and have everything you’d need. They provide beach towels too which is very helpful. The outside area by the pool is beautiful and there is many options for beds and seats so always somewhere to sit. The bars both inside and out have lots of options and kind staff. The food in every restaurant was amazing. Lots of variety and options. The wine gastro bar was a personal favourite. The set menu there was not vegetarian but the restaurant manager came up with a vegetarian dish so I could still come to that restaurant. No complains whatsoever. Highly recommend

Stayed here with my friends for five days, we had a wonderful time. First of all, the food was really good, Greek food with a twist. Also, the bar was really nice. We enjoyed drinking and chilling at the beach and the bar during sunsets. The pool was very spacious and clean. Staff here were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely revisit soon.

As I write this, I am waiting for a taxi to leave, and am struggling over the scores I have given. There is so much to like here but 1 or 2 (and in this case, 3) employees can really have an over sized impact. I have for suggestions for this hotel in increasing seriousness. 1. Put more towel hooks in the bathroom. Much easier to hang the towels up than last then on the closed toilet. 2. Install plastic walks that extend into the water over the rocks. These are flexible devices that act like mats that can bend with the waves. Makes it so much easier to get in and out of the water. 3. Tell your bar staff that customers can get any non alcoholic drink in any sized cup. It was strange to be told that we could not get 7 up in a plastic cocktail glass but could only get it in a plastic high ball glass. What's the difference to you? 4. Remind your staff, especially the food staff (which admittedly have the hardest job but do interact with the guests the most) that their primarily job is to make the guests comfortable and feel like they are not inconveniencing them. It was super strange to have a breakfast server show her frustration that my mother needed a moment to decide which seat to sit in. That happened a few times. I thought the place was delightful and 97% of the staff were great. But these strange encounters where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff for doing normal guest things will be hard to forget. A little training on this point can go a long way.

Stayed here for a week in June just before it got busy with kids.
Rooms very clean and spacious enough as never in them apart from sleep. Cleaner on 5th floor 5135 very good and pleasant. Sea view from balcony... very special.
Restaurants all good, Greek one the best, Italian could have been better but still good.
All inclusive decent enough spirits.
Vlad on entertainment was great.
Straight on the beach and walking distance to other places.
Good car rental company on site.
Well worth a visit for anyone.

The only nice thing about the hotel is its location. The food is horrible, it is literally inedible. The only nice meal is the breakfast. The dinner is horrible. No matter what do not book at the Italian or the Greek restaurants in the hotel, it’s torture. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel at all. It’s totally overrated. It cannot be a five star hotel as advertised. It is definitely three stars or less in terms of service or quality and facilities. Most of the staff are friendly however, some are really arrogant and unprofessional. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The towels were not changed although the dirty ones were left on the floor. Water, coffee and basics were not added after it was consumed from the coffee tray. I don’t recommend booking this hotel at all. You’ll find better hotels in the same area with the same location with lower price and better services.

The animation team was very inviting and Vlad always made an effort getting people involved with the activities. The activities were fun and included all ages.
The rest of the staff were also very inviting and helpful from reception to the bartenders, the hotel had lots of facilities to offer which was lovely we were put in a beach view room despite paying for a pool view but we didn’t mind as the room and view was lovely. I would definitely recommend to others.
