Esperos Palace Resort & Spa in Faliraki

I cannot speak more highly of Esperos Palace Resort. We had such a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and had comfortable beds, the grounds and resort were spotless, the amenities & pools were excellent, the food was delicious, and everything felt so welcoming and comfortable. What really made the difference was the staff as everyone was so kind and attentive. A special thank you to Andreas at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and us with helped with a late checkout. The hotel is also fantastic for kids, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. We left with such great memories and can’t wait to hopefully come back next year. Thank you so much.

Thank you very much, we had a great stay at the hotel. Very positive atmosphere, super friendly staff and very clean place overall. Also to mention, food was amazing! Great variety of fresh salads, fish dishes, meat and so on. Special compliment to the pastry shef - so much to choose from and every evening something new!

Please note, there are few dinning options in the hotel.
1. Main Restaurant "Ambrosia" - that's where you have your breakfast and dinner.
All buffet style, however on some days you can request a Shef-special, which cookes specifically for you by the shef. Dishes to choose from are displayed by the entrance to the Restaurant.
In the morning, there is a self-service at the champagne bar. Breakfast - is a buffet style.

2. Restaurant "Castello" offered AleCart Menu. However, as part of your package you can book a "Burger Project" - that should be booked in advance to avoid overlooking.

Hotel has lovely grounds with "lazy river" pool, large bar bool and only few steps to the beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

Entertainment is quite pleasant. However split on some days between sister Hotel Esperos Mare which is located at the same grounds and linked with the corridor.

All staff members speak German and English besides native Greek languages.

Hotel has SPA facilities which means and my daughter gladly used. We had full body massage at the same time in one room by 2 therapists Martha and Vivian.

At the hotel beach is a water activities centre where you can book loads of different things according to the age range.

Hotel location is perfect - It's only 5 min walk to the largest WaterPark in Rhodes - Faliraki Water Park. Just a few bus stops to the Kallithea Springs and 20 min on public bus to the old town of Rhodes.
From the beach in 2 stops you can book a Speed boat to island Symi.

As a feedback, I would highlight few things that I found odd and might need a closer look at:

1. Me and my 9y old daughter were given a Room 152, which is located straight above of smoking area. Yes, balcony doors are helping, however if you leave them open - smoke comes to the room. As not a smoking family - it did slightly trigger us. In the future I would suggest avoid taking this room if you are not a smoker or staying withkids.

2. I was surprised being denied by my ask of complimentary upgrade to the sea view room. It's clearly noted on the booking confirmation that complimentary upgrade question to availability. Surely on the last second week before season closing there are free rooms with a sea view left. Sadly we didn't get it.

Overall nice hotel and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in August 2025.
The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations! The pool, private beach, and the lazy river were simply brilliant. At the beach, you can enjoy water sports, a volleyball net, and even a call button that brings a waiter directly to you if you need anything.

The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best we’ve ever had. As for dinner, we personally couldn’t find suitable options due to kosher dietary restrictions, although I’m sure most guests would enjoy it.

The hotel also has a small supermarket that covers all your needs, and parking is free and spacious.

The only thing missing was a proper gym. For a 4-night stay, it was disappointing not to have even a basic free weights station or bench – there were only 4 machines in total: 2 treadmills and 2 bikes.

The rooms were spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job every single day.

Overall, it’s a dreamy hotel that we will definitely want to return to.

The hotel is worth the money

A very welcoming, clean and nice hotel. + on the beach, snorkling is ok right off the beach, great pool area, nice rooms, great breakfast, attentive staff, bus stop right outside. - the gym is way too hot for working out during the day and should be in a seperate area with AC or at least open earlier and close later to avlid the hot hours. Yoga and pilates classes take place outdoors in an area with limited shade and should be earlier or later as well. Not always experienced yoga instructors but always with a lot of energy. As a family vacation for beach and pool activities the Hotel was great. As for wellness/fitness both adults and teenagers expected a lot more and for that this hotel is not an option. Although it has great potential to be if adjustmemts are made.

We stayed in a twin room with sea view. The room was clean, the air conditioner was silent. The food (breakfast and dinner) was great, the store inside the hotel was very helpful and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only thing we missed was the sand, because the beach is pebbled and there are also rocks in the sea. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

Very clean ,excellent food and very friendly helpful staff. Very good pool always got a sunbed no matter what time of day, Excellent Hotel. Would need to be a moaner to pick fault. Hotel cleaned every day. Pool tables,mini golf, outdoor chess. A very good holiday. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel, clean and very modern. The staff are the highlight of this hotel they are incredibly friendly and attentive, down to simple things like remembering drinks orders and being always ready to help. Some stand out members of staff are Nikos, Sotiris, Eletheria and Emilia all of which have gone above and beyond during our stay.

Excellent hotel, clean and immaculate everywhere. Staff very friendly and polite. Food had great choice every day and was 1st class. Must do the burger experience but go hungry.. I would definitely stay again probably not best hotel for children as there isn’t much to do. Targeted to couples and older guest which was a big bonus for us. Well done staff 5*
