Esperos Palace Resort

We were initially disappointed/not feeling well as we sat in the outside restaurant area for breakfast and dinner and we felt the personal there was exceptionally unfriendly, I have never experienced something like this before in Greece.

But then we sat in the part which is serviced by Emilia. This woman deserves her own category when it comes to rating, absolute goddess. She made as feel extremely comfortable, she even noticed our preferences for drinks in the morning and would prepare them as soon as she sees us sit without us ordering (this is exceptional attention and care) she was exceptionally friendly and we would really miss her, and a very good reason for us to return next year.

I hope that, whoever from the staff of the hotel, reads that shows it to her (Emilia) and other reviews that praise her as she deserves it. Not to mention that her tables were always full.

The rest of the staff in the inside area were also exceptionally friendly.

Reception staff, hospitality staff were always very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are nice and cleaned regularly, our only issues was that the bed was two beds on wheels which kept on drifting apart pretty often.
As mentioned in the reviews the prices of drinks at dinner are a bit high.

When it comes to the beach facilities:
- The beach is really clean
- A couple of pools and you can also use the facilities of the other Esperos hotels
- The Lazy River and the Garden area were a very good addition for getting some shade and chill
- The sea is stony and has cliffs, but because of the vegetation on those cliffs a lot of pretty and different fish can be seen

Entertainment program:
- We are a young couple and usually we find hotel entertainment programs a bit boring or not targeted at us, but here we sincerely enjoyed the ABBA night and traditional Greek folk dance night

- Yoga teacher - Anastasia was really good, which makes me regret not listening to my partner as I went to her only on the last day of our vacation

Food:

- The buffet had good variety and different themed nights, but traditional Greek food was always available which is a plus.

Overall we are really happy with our experience and would very likely return.

Absolutely no complaints. Great, clean hotel. They have entertainment and activities daily. Very responsive team in the reception. We had a room facing the street and it was OK. I imagine the sea view people heard the loud music from the bar. They have car rental at a very good price. No need to book ahead of time. Mind it we went in October. The high season might be different. But I recommend going low season. Every day was sunny with about 24 C and no crowds at the beach and the restaurant. Food was amazing. Every day something different.

This was a great experience. First class service. Excellent food buffet with great variety and changing menu daily. Very clean facility. All of staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant manager Nitsa was very good at her profession. Helpful and caring. i would recommend this facility.

As the name suggests, the hotel truly feels like a palace—we loved it! The place and rooms are spacious. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team (the ladies from the 2nd floor will know—room 277 says thank you!). They were always nice, polite, and had big smiles. The staff at the Ambrosia restaurant were also wonderful—always quick and efficient.

The hotel has a lazy river, which was the best thing ever! You don’t need to worry about bringing inflatables, as they provide some for you to use. Beach towels are also provided, and you can change them every other day.

The hotel has a small supermarket on the -1 level, which has everything you need. Just keep in mind that you’ll need flip-flops or swimming shoes (also you can buy these in the small hotel supermarket), as the beach is rocky and a bit tricky to get to the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas were free in 2024, which was great.

Overall, we had a fantastic time. Thank you, Esperos Palace Resort, and well done to the amazing team who works there—they deserve a pay rise!

ine of the best all inclusive I have been to
very clean, well maintained , and literally right on the beach with nothing separating the beach and the pool

40 min bus ride to the old town and an hours walk to faliraki.
more sandier stretches of the beach are about a 5 to 20 min walk down

a lot of traditional Greek food available in the all inclusive restaurant, and very fresh high quality food.
we are vegetarian so the chefs made us fresh and good food in the moment for us which was very much appreciated.

very nice entertainment in the evenings, don't miss the Greek dance show! lots of sports and exercise classes on throughout the day. also they gave complimentary juices on arrival which was appreciated after a long day of travelling

My wife and I stayed for 1 week....late summer 2023 ....and we loved every minute! Rooms, beds and bathrooms are all very nice and there's plenty of storage. Restaurant is just super with exellent choices of food. All staff was so friendly and serviceminded.

The Hotel has an excellent Service, whether it be the Guys bringing you Cocktails to the Beach, the reception or the Restaurant. We've just booked bed and breakfast and I mainly ate fruits and baked good as you cant really enjoy the Sausages or anything else from the Buffet. the bread was ok and the jam and cheese was also good. You've got an inhouse Supermarkt, more than enough sunbeds (with the above mentioned food and Drinks Service), as well as all the fun water Sport activities you can imagined right at the Beach. jetski, waterski, boat rental(w/o permit), parasailing etc. You have multiple choices where to eat and the menue in the Castelo (The Burger Project) was nice. There are activities all week and more or less every hour of the day.

Can fulheartidly recommend this Resort.

We've been coming here for years) the kitchen, the beach, the rooms are all fine.. Only annoying, Russian-speaking barkers!!!! But this is a question for the safety of the hotel, they behave very intrusively. We enjoyed both car rentals and tours only through the hotel. Reliable and calm! We will come again!;) We are satisfied with everything. Moscow
