Spa visit- during my weeks visit to the Kresten Royal I visited the spa twice. I had a lovely back, neck and Shoulder massage from Vaso and I was so impressed I rebooked for a further Full body massage with a body wrap and facial. We had a room with a pool and only used the pool twice. It was dirty and even when cleaned out it was still gross with dead bugs floating around and dirt and sand on the floor. See attached photos.
