Big disappointment! It's only our second day of stay and I already know that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room stopped in the PRL, which is still possible to survive. However, the conditions in the bathroom are below any dignity, it makes me disgusted and very uncomfortable. The room is at the level of a 2-star hotel and the bathroom is at the level of a hotel without a star. Additionally, only towels are playing by the pool, they have been lying on the sun loungers since morning, their owner does not appear all day and the staff does absolutely nothing about it. A long-awaited vacation and a big disappointment. I will advise everyone and everywhere against this hotel!

FAO Hotel Management I am writing to share my concerns regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we booked through Jet2 Holidays as part of an all-inclusive package. We chose this destination to celebrate our son's second birthday on the 15th of June. We arrived on the 13th of June, anticipating a memorable holiday for our family. However, our experience so far has been far from satisfactory. We were disappointed to find that the hotel did not meet our expectations based on the price we paid – over £2,000 plus an additional €70 for the climate charge for a 7-night stay. While I intend to update this feedback throughout the course of our stay, I felt it important to share my initial thoughts on our experience thus far. To put it simply, the quality of service, food, and room conditions have been below par, especially considering the cost. If you are seeking a better value for your money, both in terms of service and quality, I would suggest considering alternative destinations like Turkey, where you can find similar facilities at a lower price point, and without the additional climate charge. Regarding the room we were assigned (Room 7004 – Superior Family Room), it is dated and in need of refurbishment. The condition of the room was far from what we expected, and it appears to be stuck in the past decade. Upon inspection, we found rust on the doors and mirrors, and the bed had baby spiders and insects. This suggests a lack of proper cleaning prior to our arrival, which is concerning. It is worth noting that the photographs of the rooms provided by the hotel management online reflect exactly what we received, which, in our case, was disappointing. When we inquired at reception about the possibility of moving to a different room, we were told that all other rooms were fully booked. However, it was later suggested that once guests checked out, they would attempt to offer us a better room. This was not a promising response, and I feel it was misleading. In addition, the mini fridge in our room contained two bottles of water, two cans of beer, and three sandwiches. Unfortunately, the fridge was set to a low temperature (3°C), and the sandwiches were soaked when we arrived. The bed itself was uncomfortable, incredibly squeaky, and difficult to sleep on. I only managed to get a few hours of sleep around 3 am. The breakfast experience was similarly underwhelming. The variety was limited, and the plates were often wet. While the staff were friendly and attentive, there were no coffee machines available for guests to make their own coffee, which was a bit inconvenient. The bacon served was also undercooked, as other guests have noted. As we approach the second day of our holiday, I am feeling disappointed and regretful about our decision to stay at this hotel.
