Kouros Exclusive Hotel & Suites - Adults Only in Faliraki

We had the absolute best time here! We love this hotel and will definitely be back. The staff was nice and attentive, the hotel was beautiful, the food at the restaurants was delightful. The overall vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The guests were respectful and we never had to fight for a spot to layout by the pool. The pool bar was great and it had many choices for food and drinks. There are many places nearby within walking distance or a cheap taxi away like Anthony Quinn Bay. Also has free parking. Pool towels are €20 cash deposit.

The Kouros Hotel is one of the better venues in the area.
The design is very nicely done but not very clever.
There are rooms with a private pool that have no real privacy.
One would expect a "private pool" to be private but the entrance to the garden/pool is open and anyone taking a dip is fully visible.
The private pool becomes somewhat useless.

The rooms are well decorated with a large TV screen (no streaming options which nowadays is something that should be "standard")
An electronic "safe", large enough for a standard laptop and important paperwork like passports etc.
A fridge, coffee maker etc.

Shower is nice but the hand shower can only be set in One position (fairly high) rendering it pretty useless for smaller people that don't want to get their hair wet.

The LOCKs are extremely old fashioned with a normal key (not a key card) which I recommend swapping ASAP.

The WiFi is open, free and of a decent speed.

The entrance and reception are nicely decorated.

The hotel is within a walking distance from the beach 5 mins, but for a decent restaurant other than the one beloning to the Hotel, a car or taxi is preferable (at least a 10 min walk to the area with some restaurants, the better ones, 15 mins)

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the massage was exceptional — professional, thorough, and perfectly tailored to my needs. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality massage therapy and a peaceful escape

We stayed in room 401 on the top floor of the hotel room side of the complex . The reception and suites with private pools and a central pool are one side of the road , & the 3 blocks of hotel rooms are the other along with the main pool , breakfast area , pool bar and Terra Med restaurant. We liked the middle top floor room as got the sun from afternoon till sunset & this was a deeper balcony with 2 chairs and a large bean bag . Could maybe do with an umbrella as no roof , so no shade . The room was plenty big enough & bed was very comfortable. There is a divided wardrobe/bathroom area but only hanging space , there are no drawers for storage . Also no dressing table . The toilet has a glass door so not soundproof ! Cleaned daily .The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had , so much choice and variation every day . Although very comfy sunbeds , only a few got sun for the most of the day & couldn’t move the large beds. We preferred the few on the grass that could be moved . Beach is only a short walk away & a few restaurants nearby . The main centre of Faliraki is a level 10-15 minute walk . We didn’t use the pool bar as felt it was expensive and breakfast left us full up anyway . Did treat ourselves one night in the Terra Med restaurant. Stay we’re all very polite .

Lovely hotel and situated in a quiet area but convenient enough to reach areas of interest.
We stopped in the premium private pool room. The room was amazing and high class decorated. The pool outside area however was disappointing. The sunlight only reaches a quarter of the area first thing and is shaded for the use of the sun-bed. It could do with some sun loungers as I had to grab an indoor chair to sunbathe with and situate right on the edge.
Breakfast was tasty and plenty of variety.
Restaurant food was gorgeous the first time we ate there.
Had a massage which was very good but not for the faint hearted! He finds all your knots. Told me to relax a couple of times bless him.
Overall, I would recommend staying at Kouros but I wouldn’t pay the extra for the room we had and maybe opt for a swim up one instead.

We had a pleasant stay in Kouros exclusive. We had been here for a week (end september/beginning october). The hotel was still filled up, but even though it's very calm at the main swimming pool en there are enough different kind of very nice sunbeds. In the afternoon the staff walks by to spray some facemist, such a nice detail to make you feel welcome!
The hotel's atmosphere is in a lovely boohoo style. We had the room with the hot tub, wich was more an icebath at first, but after fixing it was oke! We stayed in the renovated (old) part, wich is fine! But misses the luxurious feel you see on the pictures of for example the swim up rooms on the new side (but that's also why you pay a little les). Only thing that we didn't know in advance was that you are not allowed in the new swimming pool on the other side if your room is not up there.
Down side was that the room is very noisy (you hear the motor from the hot tub on your balcony at night) and could have had better maintenance (table was broken, shower drain didn't work well, outside pillows had stains).
Too bad there isn't a fitness area in the hotel. Really missed that, forgot to check it in advance.
The hotel's breakfast is a feast to look forward to every morning. Also the Terra Med restaurant en Pleoni lunchbar serve delicious food! Down side is the fact smoking is still allowed here everywhere in the breakfast, lunch and dinner area..(not nice when eating)
All the staff is very friendly and working hard.
Also loved the house cat and peacocks walking around!
The location is great if you, like us, love a quiet week away. The Kathara beach bar is a 5 minute walk and a lovely place to stay at the beach (with very clear water!). There are enough simple restaurants in walking distance. It's great to have a rental car so you can visit the Butterfly Valley, Anthony Quinn Bay and Rhodos old town. Besides that the area isn't very pretty, but that's also not were we came for so.
Overall I think the best hotel in the area to relax!

Stunning hotel - so well thought out in terms of layout. There are so many places to hang out / chill out. It has such a lovely flow. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were lovely, with really comfy beds. The hotel is in a quiet part of the island, but walkable to loads of restaurants and only 3 mins walk to the beach. It is perfect. The Spa is an absolute gem. I had a 90 min massage with Janus and he is a genius. What an absolute treat and so reasonably prices.

We had a relaxing stay at this property. After some minor issues with our room at the start of our stay, we ended up having a wonderful trip. The issues were quickly rectified by the staff. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed a week at Kouros Exclusive in October 2025 and loved our stay. The hotel is modern, the staff are always very friendly and professional and the location is quiet but not remote. We stayed at a loft suite, which was very well-appointment and had a very comfy bed. The balcony overlooked the streetside but it was quiet during the day and evening and pleasant for taking the sun or having an aperitif before heading out. There is plenty of room around the pools to spread out and relax, plus the beach (including Mandomata nudist beach) is within easy walking distance. We used the half-board option where we were treated to different menu every night. Note that this option does not include any drinks like wine, beers or water. These all have to be paid separately. All in all we loved our stay here and would happily visit again.

Had an unforgettable week in Kouros , we had the suite with the jacuzzi but we spent time in the main pool half of our days there. We had time to get to know both the bartender and the waiter (yes both of them called Panagiotis) they did everything to make us feel pampered. The staff in general was impeccable! Last day we had an amazing 90’ full body massage with Yiannis and I still feel his hands on my back! He is the proud owner of the hotel cat Zina! Don’t miss her.
