Bellevue On The Beach Suites

Just enjoyed 4 days stay in July 2025.
This boutique hotel is blessed with great staff including Theo, Dimitri and Michael who made our stay memorable.
The suites are very comfortable and all areas are kept very clean.
The hotel is located straight in front of the beach with magnificent views across to Turkey and also has a pool at ground level and rooftop.
We hope to return soon.

Great rooms, great personalized service by all of the stuff, very good breakfast, view is unbeatable. Pool is small but this is known upfront not a surprise.

The hotels location was excellent, walking distance to Old Town, beach and Rhodes Town. The hotel service was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable of the area, very helpful and a clean hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of food. I would recommend this accommodation.

This place is amazing. the views are incredible, the food is delicious, the beds are comfortable (and clean) and is really close to the beach and the old town. I highly recommend having breakfast on the balcony as the views are spectacular. but what makes this place incomparable are the staff. the staff are wonderful people and are very sweet. especially Dimitris and Theodoros. they do everything they can to make your stay even more enjoyable and special. whether you are staying here as a family, solo, friends or with kids. this place is incredible and made my experience in rhodes even better.

Superior client services all around from communication directly with the manager Katerina before our arrival to superb cocktails and exceptional breakfast featuring multiple delicious options to great beach bar recommendations and a warm rooftop pool, spacious luxurious accommodations including spa quality bathroom products, slippers, plush robes and even flip flops as well as large beach towels. I wouldn't change a thing. Every staff member was kind and eager to help!

Excellent hotel on the sea front 10 mins walk to the old town. Brilliant service from all the staff who really make the hotel a wonderful place to stay. The reason for only 4 stars thought a 100 euros was a bit much for a 2pm late check out. I know it’s a small hotel but after a seven day stay. 100 euros for 3 hours really

We stayed at Bellevue On The Beach Suites 8–15 June, as a family of four (two adults and two grown-up children). The two-bedroom suite was ideal, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a small kitchenette, and a long balcony with a stunning sea view. The real highlight was the staff. Warm, genuine and attentive throughout our stay. Demitri, Theodor and the rest of the team made us feel welcome from the first day, always happy to help with restaurant tips, places to visit or simply offering a friendly chat. Breakfast was a standout feature. No buffet – instead you choose from around 15 freshly made dishes prepared by the chef, like eggs Benedict, Greek yoghurt with honey, salmon pancakes and oatmeal with fruit and nuts. It’s generous, high quality and can even be delivered to your room at no extra cost. We enjoyed both pools – the rooftop one on the 6th floor with a panoramic view and the ground floor pool. Both were heated and felt like peaceful alternatives to the beach, which is just across the street. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We never needed taxis or buses while on Rhodes – we preferred walking to the Old Town and other places nearby. The hotel felt worth every euro. Yes, it’s a five-star property and priced accordingly, but the value you get is excellent. We also liked the size of the hotel – not too large, not too busy. The best part? The whole concept. Fantastic staff, great accommodation, quality facilities and a perfect location. It all came together into a near-perfect experience. If we were to mention anything, it would be the lack of drying options on the balcony and slightly patchy Wi-Fi out there – but those are minor details in an otherwise exceptional stay.

This boutique hotel is a 5 out of 5! We are so thrilled that we booked this place. We had stunning views of the ocean! Rooms are impeccable. Customer service is outstanding. Hard to beat the service we received. Breakfast was also included. You could eat anything off the impressive menu and as much as you wanted. This hotel is top notch. Thank you for treating us like Royalty!!

From the moment you walk through the doors ; till your last day they offer such wonderful service . We were welcomed with a drink of our choice, Aperol Spritzer while Theodore explained all the details. Our room was amazing with a living room between our good sized bedrooms. They have 6 one bedroom suites and 6 two bedroom suites. Our room had a balcony with ocean view along with 2 lounges plus a table and 2 chairs. A delicious breakfast which you order off their wide ranging menu was included every day . The staff is top notch; they pampered you like a VIP. Location is a 10! , walkable to everything in minutes.Old town is about a 10-12 min walk. Book this boutique hotel with confidence. We will definitely be back. P.S. don’t miss Louis restaurant for dinner about a 4 minute walk and about a couple of minutes is the Ibiscus hotel with live music for another dinner night.
