From the moment we arrived at Theros All Suite Hotel, we knew we were somewhere special. The atmosphere is pure serenity — calm, elegant, and beautifully designed in natural tones that perfectly capture the spirit of the Greek islands. Every corner feels thoughtful and harmonious (inc.the gym!). Our suite was stunning — with a Swim Up pool that made each morning feel like a little paradise. The attention to detail is remarkable: from the high-quality bedding and rain shower to the soft lighting and music throughout the hotel. The staff truly make this place unforgettable. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive — going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special thank you to Maria, who was always there with a big smile and the best recommendations for restaurants and places to explore around Kos. Her local tips made our trip even more memorable. And Sergio was fantastic — always ready to help with anything we needed, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented every morning, with fresh local ingredients and plenty of variety. Great lunch/dinner too. Location-wise, you can’t ask for more: a pleasant walk/short bike ride into Kos Town for restaurants and shops. It’s peaceful yet perfectly connected. The hotel is a true haven for relaxation — elegant, quiet, and full of heart. We left feeling completely recharged and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone seeking luxury & tranquility!

We spent 9 nights at the Theros All Suite Hotel in early October — and let’s just say, the timing was chef’s kiss! The weather was fantastic (except for one or two “maybe-let’s-stay-by-the-bar” days), the island wasn’t crowded, and the temperatures were absolutely perfect.

The hotel is about a 35-minute drive from the airport. We were greeted warmly, and to our pleasant surprise, our room was ready before 3 p.m. — always a good start to a holiday! The whole resort is beautifully designed, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and a generous pool area (actually, two big pools!). Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping staff deserve a special shout-out: friendly, funny, and clearly taking pride in their work.

Breakfast was another highlight — plentiful, with a buffet that would satisfy any appetite, plus the option to order something extra from the menu. Kos Town is just a 20-minute walk away, perfect for a post-breakfast stroll (or to walk off that extra pancake).

Now, to the not-so-perfect bits — because even paradise has a few cracks:

The gym and wellness area are beautifully done, but the fitness room is rather petite — especially when it rains and everyone suddenly discovers their passion for exercise. As for the spa prices, let’s just say they’re ambitious. €140 for a 1-hour massage in the off-season? Those therapists must have hands of pure gold! We didn’t test them, but we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

We also can’t judge the restaurants, as the menu prices rivaled the spa’s. Maybe next time.

And yes — while the hotel can’t control guest behavior, a bit more management presence wouldn’t hurt. Towels claiming pool loungers at sunrise and staying there unoccupied for hours? Come on, people. That’s the kind of behavior you expect in bad travel documentaries, not a 5-star resort. Apparently, there had been more complaints about this, because suddenly a small sign appeared above the towel station politely asking guests not to reserve the loungers. Sadly, it didn’t help at all — every morning, the same towel drama!

Bottom line: There’s still some room for improvement — a few easy tweaks, really — and it could go from “very good” to “absolutely fabulous.”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Theros! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and extremely kind, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire hotel was spotless, with every detail carefully thought through to create a truly relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was outstanding. The food was of very high quality, with a wide variety of options. Whether you’re looking for healthy choices or something to satisfy a craving, there’s something for everyone. It was calm, peaceful, and set the tone for the day.

Our room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. It felt like a private retreat where we could fully unwind.

The reception team was incredibly helpful, even arranging a table with the best possible view for us at a restaurant in Zia to watch the most stunning sunset (highly recommend!)

If you’re looking for a place to genuinely relax, enjoy the sun, and have everything you need right at your fingertips, this is the perfect choice. We left feeling completely recharged and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful holiday in Kos!

Absolutely incredible stay at Theros Hotel in Kos!
This place is pure luxury while still feeling like home. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully designed, the spa is outstanding, and the staff are warm, attentive, and truly top-class. The food is exceptional – fresh, high-end, and made with ingredients from their own gardens. You completely disconnect from stress here and leave feeling totally refreshed and renewed. Can’t recommend it enough – a true oasis!

It is hard to put into words how amazing and tranquil this hotel is. The hospitality, friendliness and good humour of the staff is second to none. The food and drink were the best we had in the whole of Kos. The rooms are modern, beautifully decorated and clean. Theros is effortlessly 5 star in the best possible way by providing guests with everything they need in a relaxing environment. There is no need to look elsewhere, we cannot recommend the hotel enough!

I stayed in the Private Pool Suite, which added an extra layer of luxury and privacy to the experience. Even though it was October, the weather was still wonderfully warm, making it perfect for enjoying the outdoor spaces. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel’s design beautifully blends modern luxury with local charm, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere throughout.

The Private Pool Suite was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, with a private pool that provided the perfect place to relax and soak in the sun. The suite’s layout and amenities were designed for ultimate comfort—the bed was incredibly cozy, and every detail, from the plush towels to the complimentary bath products, made my stay feel indulgent.

The hotel’s other facilities were equally impressive, particularly the main pool and spa areas. Even though I had my own private pool, I couldn’t resist spending time by the larger pool and indulging in a few spa treatments, which were some of the best I’ve experienced—utterly rejuvenating. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; every meal I had was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, with a variety of local and international dishes.

What truly sets Theros Hotel apart is the staff. They made my birthday feel extra special, with personal touches and exceptional service. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made a world of difference.

Everything was perfect.
We booked the private suite with a pool and stayed for five nights, including breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were cleaned daily by a friendly and attentive housekeeping team. The hotel itself has a modern, aesthetic design.

Olga and Elfi, with whom we had the most contact, were exceptionally professional and extraordinarily friendly. Their warm and welcoming nature made our stay even more enjoyable.

What an absolutely smashing place! I truly have nothing negative to say about this place. The rooms are lovely, I particularly loved the beds- the sheets, pillows, and mattress - it was hard to leave it! The hotel is located on the beach, where it is not crowded. It is a short walk to Kos town where there are ample restaurants, bars, and some historic sites to visit. I think the best part of my stay were the hotel pools: they are clean, cool enough that the temperature is refreshing, and not crowded. The hotel has put a limited number of sun beds by the pools, but even those are rarely at capacity. I sort of don’t want to write this positive review, because I don’t want it to become so popular I’ll have to book a room a year in advance. (If you’ve stayed at a Casa Cook hotel like me, just know this one has a similar design, but the service and cleanliness is definitely a step above.. and surprisingly also less expensive).

Nice rooms, high quality in everything. Private pool is nice and big enough. Breakfast always delicious and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner once at the restaurant, which we can also recommend (we had the sea bass and risotto). Drinks are great. Lunch menu and also room service available. 5 stars well deserved.

We had an amazing time at Theros! They had everything we could have wished for.

When we arrived we were treated with lots of friendliness and attentiveness straight away.
Our Swim-up Suite felt luxurious and private but the two main pools were also amazing.
The food served at breakfast and especially dinner was some of the best food we've ever had.
