Avoid this hotel at all costs! First of all, it was a complete scam. The reality was nowhere near the advertisements and pictures online, which was a huge letdown. When we arrived, we discovered that we were five minutes away from the actual hotel and far from the pool. The rooms were filthy, with mold covering the ceilings, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or bleached in months, with stains all over the lid. The towels and bedsheets were also dirty, and the shower was so tiny that it left the entire bathroom flooded after use.
To make matters worse, the food was terrible, leading my partner to get food poisoning. It was cold, repetitive, and the staff were incredibly rude. Because of these issues, we had to switch hotels and leave early. Don't waste your money on this disgusting place; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

IT was a very nice stay the staff were great especially the bartenders and the hotel reps and the guy at reception. We enjoyed the pool drinks and activities there were to offer what I would say though is lunch is not great but breakfast and the evening meal were great along with the snacks on offer I would highly recommend this hotel it’s perfect for family Freida and couples I can’t wait to visit again soon hope this review helps and enjoy your stay.

Please dont stay here. We stayed here in August 2024. The rooms were horrible. When we arrived there was ants in the bed and almost everthing was either dirty or broken. The rooms are not what the photos on the website advertise. When we spoke to the staff and the manager about their misleading advertisement and bad experience we've had, they said they couldnt do anything for us and when we asked for a refund they said that is wasn't their fault and shrugged us off. The food was horrible too. Bad enough to give you a tummy ache after one meal. It was definitely a rubbish 21st birthday celebration for me.

Our first room was well below of what I expected and it was not as advertised by tui which was disappointing, however, by we were offered an upgrade to a room with a pool view and this was much better, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels given. The food was good but as with most all inclusive i got sick of it by the end of the 10 day period. Staff are all great and polite and the animation team were spot on and were very polite. They have various entertainment nights which is good, greek night was great. The hotel is about 15 minute walk into faliraki and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went to Rhodes and lindos using the local bus service which was fine and much cheaper than the bus or pre booked tour, don't believe it when reps etc tell you the bus service is unreliable, they have ticket offices at the main stops at Rhodes old town and lindos who are great and help you with the bus tickets etc. All in all a great holiday but ensure that if you book you get a decent room as this was only major moan.

Before coming here, I saw the reviews and was a bit concerned, however my experience here was amazing. The staff is lovely, good selection of food daily, good drinks at the bar with lovely bartender, nice pool, good rooms, good location. Great value for money, very much recommend!

This is a lovely intimate Hotel in a beautifully quiet location.
The beach is gorgeous and only a ten minute walk as is the town centre of Faliraki with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The rooms are of a generous size with plenty of storage and air conditioning. Cleaners go in every day to make beds, clean and refresh towels.
The food was lovely with a great choice of different dishes on a daily basis.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Stefania was especially helpful and so friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble and as she is so good at speaking English, she was able to answer lots of questions about the local area which was great.
The reception staff were also very helpful.
We would definitely like to go back here for a holiday.

Location is close to beach and buses, was clean and staff friendly however the food was a big let down, out of 10 dishes about 1 was adequate (the pancakes and croissants at breakfast) Dinners were worse as spaghetti bolognaise tasted like it had cinnamon in it and there were no safe foods like chips or bread rolls. Soup was tasty though. Also there was a wild goat roaming around the hotel at night which almost gave us a heart attack. Lights don’t switch on till complete darkness so for 30 mins each evening parts of the hotel are in pitch black making it quite scary to get around. Pool area was pretty with nice Mountain View’s and room was clean and modern although the shower leakage was a problem (whole bathroom would be soaked).

Other reviews on here are harsh. Food is lovely, so are the staff, service is great; they take your plate away as soon as you’ve finished. Rooms are nice, but old fashioned but considering the price they’re amazing. It’s a 15 min walk from the centre, pool is gorgeous. Defo recommend

Worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. Like sleeping on a sun lounger. My sons room had a view outside of the lift, In an internal corridor, not a frosted window just curtains that you had to keep shut. Everything else about the hotel was brilliant especially the really lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful.

Very good food, diverse, vegetarian and vegan options at every meal. The staff is amazing, although not everyone can speak English. The drinks and bar staff are really good. The rooms are clean and the sheets and towels are changed almost daily (not on Sundays). Very nice experience
