Theoxenia Caldera Hotel

Lovely Boutique hotel. We booked the room overlooking the Caldera #8. Best views ! The room is adequate for 2 people. Newly remodeled shower room. We love the vibe. The location is perfect for exploring. It is in the middle of town.

All the staff was amazing. They were All so friendly and helpful.

Good clean rooms with balcony. Staff members were very cooperative . Location very good , you will get everything in walking distance in the heart of Fira . Nice personalized breakfast on the roof with an amazing view of the Aegean Sea !

Would score much higher if possible!

Our first visit here on the island .
Arrived on Saturday night , met by the receptionist who took us the last few meters to the hotel .
Shown to our suite , over looking the caldera , stunning view, lovely clean room, room service everyday proving toiletries etc .
Celebrating my partners birthday on our second day was given cake , wine and fruit .
Far exceeded our expectations wonderful touch, could not thank the hotel staff enough.
Fantastic visit Santorini , made all the more special by staying in such a wonderful hotel .

Stayed in room 9.

My fiancée and myself stayed here this past week and were delighted at this hotel. The room was fine with the bed being alright. The shower was spectacular though. The real stunner was the location in the heart of Fira, 4 minutes walking from the bus station, 5 minutes to Cable cars, minutes walking to all stores and restaurants. The biggest bonus is the breakfast in the morning on the rooftop. The Caldera views are unmatched. I cannot impress upon you how incredible the views are. The breakfast is simple but delicious with a great spread every morning. The value of this hotel is unmatched and was our favorite in our time on vacation. Not to mention the wonderful employees of the hotel that are warm and welcoming accommodating our early arrival and late leave.

Excellent location right in the middle of Fira, with an attentive staff and a pretty good continental breakfast. The views are lovely, of course. Only qualm is that the bed could have been more comfortable and the shower pressure was rather weak, but for the price, it was still a great deal.

After other budget visits here, treated myself to a room with a view & hit the jackpot with this small boutique hotel. Stunning panoramic views steps from my door, a full & tasty breakfast served to my room every morning, pleasant staff & owner & a central position that couldn't be bettered - step straight onto the main street, yet not noisy.
There is also a small but pretty cool water spa with the literal view to die for. Highly recommended, but just be aware, to reach that view, many steps, so if you carry weighty luggage or get breathless, then be aware. Though as Santorini is on a mountainous landscape and many streets are cobbled, a certain level of fitness ( & good footwear) are required to fully enjoy this magical place. Treat yourself.

Nice view, good service. Especially the excellent breakfast delivered to the room.
