The balcony with free access to the street. I asked for bottled water and they didn't have any. We asked for ice cubes and they didn't have any. Breakfast very poor compared to other hotels I have visited. You write down breakfast at 08:00 in the morning and prepare it from 08:15 onwards. You don't serve iced coffee, only hot.

Terribly unprofessional behavior. After a phone call (May), I had booked a double room (for the middle of August), and the gentleman I contacted informed me that it is possible to cancel for free until the end of June, without having to send any advance payment earlier. Specifically, he told me that he would call me at the end of June to confirm or cancel the reservation. July 3rd and without any effort from him to contact me, I contacted him to confirm the reservation. With great relief he informed me that he had canceled the reservation as he had allegedly sent a message to which I did not reply. Of course he hadn't sent any messages, which proved to be the funniest way since when I asked him to send me a screenshot as proof of communication, he said he deletes the messages. The real reason why he canceled the reservation was revealed by himself as he informed me that he can't do anything because the hotel is booked for those days with a large group. He was also more than willing to recommend other accommodations, which of course would require me to pay gold for dates in mid-August (which I thought I would have avoided having made my reservation from May). So the gentleman, in order to serve the group and by extension to make more money, chose to suspend our vacation. The biggest mistake of course was that I trusted the honorarium that I expected there would be and did not send an advance payment from the beginning.
