Kostakis Beach in Gerani

A lovely location. With a restaurant right on the beach. The prefect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the bar, followed by a lovely meal in the restaurant right on the beach

The hotel is very remote. If staying for more than one night I would suggest you definitely need a car. We stayed as a family of 4 for just one night. Our family room was enormous with a massive balcony area. The room was spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent. Beds comfortable with lots of clean bedding. Breakfast was more than adequate with a decent selection. The kids enjoyed the pool after breakfast for a couple of hours. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location basically right on the beach and away from the tourist center. The swimming pool is small and nice in the low season, but I don't know what it's like when the hotel is fully booked. Poor cuisine - food in the restaurant made from supermarket products, poorly prepared. A waiter in a restaurant speaks little English. The apartments have kitchens with minimal equipment - it is difficult to cook anything except tea, coffee or hard-boiled eggs. Garbage, mess and mess in front of the hotel - the owners keep the hotel premises tidy, but the driveway in front looks like a slum.

Not too long from airport we arrived at this remote cute gem with a field of goats chickens & sheep hidden beyond the cornfields. The welcome from Joanna was wonderful. The delightful cheerful personality of the Greeks is adorable. We were taken to our studio apartment. Wow..Great size for the 3 of us with beautiful sea view one side & pool view other. Accommodation very clean with good shower of regular hot water. Apartment has hair dryer. Fridge & cooker grill. Luxury bed mattress. I know they cost alot cause I used to sell them so they definitely dont skimp on qualitybedding. The bar welcome was great as the restaurant too. Yanis & Chrityna ? We're very welcoming & professional. Breakfast was pretty good for 10 euro. Local draft beer Esol excellent. Much cheaper than UK. Swimming pool eco friendly & spotless clean. Cute gardens & flowers & trees surrounding the pool.Great vacation for quiet couples & family. Local shop ideal and not far if you want is the town. Sea front few yards away. Sandy & stoney as its Greece afterall. The land varys on its depth. The portions of food are very generous compared to the UK so be mindful.This is a location for those who appreciate peace & natural surroundings. We will return next year. We've just came back from vacation at this hotel and I couldn't rate it less than 5 stars. Rooms in the hotel and the area around are renovated and really clean. New beds and sofas that are really comfortable and we had better sleep than at home. All the people working there are extremely helpful and kind. Very peaceful place, just by the beach, which is private, only the guests of the hotel use it and it's clean, no waste laying around. But if you are looking for more entertainment, you should choose different option, this is the best place for families, elder people or just for someone looking for peace and rest. We chose the option with breakfast only as we prefer to travel during the day and it was tasty and lots of options to choose from. The have fresh bread every morning delivered from the local bakery and I can definitely say that it was delicious. Big advantage of this place is also the pool with really clean water (they use modern purification system, no chlorine, birds are drinking from the pool!). At night beautiful frogs come by the pool and sing :) We really loved this place and we hope to come again another time. What is important is that we arrived very late at night (2:30 am) and we had our apartment waiting for us, we could rest after journey and do the check-in later, in the morning. Lovely small hotel with incredibly nice and fun staff. The restaurant is classic Greek and quite good. They also make great coffee variations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious but they could use some refurbishment here and there. Everything else you could need is within walking distance.

This Hotel is litterately placed on the Beach. Very fine, clean and good rooms. Very good pool next to the Beach. The staff is really polite and always serviceminded. A fine restaurant by the pool. Our best recomandations😃
