Kristall Suites in Kato Stalos

Our stay at this accommodation was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. The beach is ideal for families with children.The hosts are always on the property, and there are security cameras on-site. The room also has a safe. There are shops and cafes nearby. Although Google Maps shows limited access by bus, the nearest bus stop, "Galina stop," is just 50 meters away. It's a 30-minute bus ride to the city center, with buses running every 20 minutes. It's also convenient to get from the airport to the city center by bus—buses run every 45 minutes. We were very satisfied with our stay at this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristall Suites, a lovely family-owned business. Christina welcomed us warmly even before check-in time and, since the room wasn’t booked after us, she kindly let us check out later. We even offered to pay a late checkout fee, but she refused - such thoughtful hospitality really stood out.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the sea where you could hear the waves. The location is perfect too - right on the beach with sunbeds reserved for guests and good tavernas and shops nearby.

Overall, Kristall Suites combines comfort, an unbeatable location, and the genuine warmth of a family-run hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Kristall Suites with our two small kids in September 2025, and we can only say good things about our experience!

The location is perfect – right on the beach – and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it ideal for a family vacation.

The suites are spotless, cleaned daily, and very well maintained. Parking is also available, which made everything even more convenient.

What really made our stay special were the owners – it’s a family-owned place, and they are extremely caring, helpful, and genuinely loving toward their guests. They made us feel truly welcome and at home.

We would absolutely love to come back and can highly recommend Kristall Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay by the beach.

We stayed here in 2024. Kristina the manager / owner was nothing but lovely.
We stayed in the ground floor sea view room and somehow there had been a mix up with bookings and so Kristina asked if we would move We did - upstairs to a bigger room at no further.
We moved with the help of the lady cleaner and Kristina.
We have been staying at a hotel close no by since 2006 - will only stay here going forward. Love this place. Walked by it so many times. Will always try to book here first.

We stayed here when we had our wedding in Chania with some of our closest friends and family. Everyone at Kristall was very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. They even surprised us by decorating the terrace and the garden for the moment our photographer would come for our “getting ready” photo session.

We loved the view from our room, loved the shade in the terrace and, of course, the beach acces. It was nice and comfortable especially for the families that were there with their children.

This is the best hotel I've ever been to. We had a family vacation, there was a room with a side view of the sea, the views from the room are simply amazing, the hotel is very beautiful and stylish, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A pleasant and polite hostess, told me where it is better to have dinner, where to buy groceries. Large spacious room, has everything you need, convenient location, bus stop, shops and taverns nearby, excellent sandy beach. The rest was magical. I recommend. 10 out of 10

A great place to stay on Chania. Friendly staff, beautiful, big and clean rooms and nice view from the windows, including the beach and two remarkable trees. Recommended!

Nice small apartment well equipped located near the beach.

- A bit noisy due to the road nearby

The best place we have found to relax and enjoy the beach with a child.
Lovely host, clean and nice rooms and it is right on the beach. Will come back next year.
