Location: 15 km from airport, 8 km from Rhodes town, 4 km from the town of Faliraki, in the district of Kalithea, on the coast. The bus stop is opposite the hotel.
Evening entertainment: the city of Rhodes (8 km), village of Faliraki (4 km).
Consists of a main building (with lift) and two additional buildings (with elevators).
The hotel has 327 rooms. There are rooms for people with reduced mobility, the territory of the complex is equipped with ramps, wheelchair on request.

The hotel itself was spotless, beautiful, and peaceful. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Every meal was so delicious and well-prepared that I honestly ran out of good things to say. It felt like everything was done with care and attention.
Even though it’s been years, I still think about that trip and miss the place dearly. I truly wish I could go back one day — honestly, I wish I lived there. Thank you, Elysium, for the beautiful memories that have stayed with me all this time. I hope to return again someday!

Unfortunately I had a room next to neighbor rooms under construction and the noise was a bit disturbing, but you offered me different solution with access to the spa and breakfast at the rooftop. This place is beautiful, the water, the pools and the FOOD. But nothing compares to your service and your hospitality. From the reception, waiters, cleaning staff and towel guys.And the different entertainments with soulful music. Really, my solo trip was much better knowing that I was staying at this place.
Thanks again - and next time I will stay here for two weeks

The rooms and the hotel are in a very good conditions- appreciated!
Very nice and always kind Service, never experienced any strange moment, awesome.
The food is OK -
tasty breakfast with a big variaty (awesome omlet, sparkling wine - but the bacon was always dry and cold).
Dinner depends on the days - (in the greek Salad the Tomatoes are taller as my thumb, as a consequence I only eat Tomatoes)
The cooking of meat and some sweets is always fresh and tasty - all in all some Restaurants might be doing an equvialent/ better job for dinner / Lunch
Biggest issue today:
During sunset at the Beach Bar (closing 1830) they already Apply seat protections from 1730 onwards - as a consequence no new guess arrive and those who are still there got a feeling of being unwanted... sorry, that's a no go
Once I am selecting my place for drink / food at any bar the Service is available without delay (perfect!)
But if you want to order more the initiative is up on you - nobody is asking if you want another drink, or they forget the drinks and you are nor able to ask again, because no one is showing up - (I want spend to spend more money but there is nobody who wants to take it?)
Nevertheless all in all a very nice hotel!!
Apparently, this is a known issue and I *should* have been offered a quieter room, the first time I complained. Alas, not every one at the reception knows that and messaging via the hotel's app did not work either, no one ever responded.
As a compensation I was given a spa voucher, to use while I waited for my transfer on my last day, which was nice.
Meanwhile, unfortunately, my luggage was brought back to the room, to which I had already handed in the keys! So when I wanted to leave, my luggage was not where I had left it with the porter and we searched frantically! He started to explain to me how it could have been stolen by other guests, before it occurred to me to ask the reception staff, if they moved it.
Here again, I encountered very unfriendly, very unhelpful staff. Asking me multiple times whether I was sure it was not where I had left it, never even saying sorry for the scare and inconvenience.
I find this particularly unfortunate, because some of the staff in this hotel, really make an effort and are especially friendly and helpful. It is a real pity that they have some colleagues that made me wish I had never come.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A great experience overall, highly recommending this place to anyone looking for comfort and have a great time.
We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, including multiple cakes and happy birthday cards/messages.
Overall, an amazing hotel and will definitely be returning!!!!
