Spa visit- during my weeks visit to the Kresten Royal I visited the spa twice. I had a lovely back, neck and Shoulder massage from Vaso and I was so impressed I rebooked for a further Full body massage with a body wrap and facial. I would highly recommend a visit to the spa and ask for Vaso! She’s wonderful!

The hotel is generally in decent condition, and the rooms were clean, which we appreciated. However, it’s clear that the hotel is no longer new, and in some areas, it’s starting to show its age. The restaurant experience was a bit mixed. We had to queue to be seated, as staff were responsible for assigning tables. The staff were friendly, but seemed either understaffed or somewhat disorganized, leading to unnecessary waiting. The best part of the hotel was definitely the saltwater pool area – very nice and inviting. However, it was difficult to find available sun loungers in the middle of the day, which was a downside. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, but there were a few who didn’t provide the level of service you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. A major disappointment was the experience with the towel rental in the spa area, which apparently is operated separately from the hotel. We rented six towels at €10 each, but lost the receipt during our stay and were therefore unable to get a refund. The staff in the spa were outright rude and overly pushy in trying to sell spa treatments – not a pleasant experience at all.

The start of the holiday was not what we planned, we arrived at 11:30pm to be told we had a free upgrade to a Junior Suite with Private pool.. Now if like me when booking the hotel you would have seen this option for an extra £1400 per room plus i am booking 2x rooms. So unless you are doing well on Only Fans that extra cost of nearly 3k is not happening but somehow it’s planted in your brain about how good it would have been to have a private pool. (Pic of private pool to hook you in 😉)So with this in mind we now feel important when we are told we have an upgrade with a private pool, on the ride in the buggy to the room( extra vip feel) I am whispering to my wife saying this is a no brainer it’s worth an extra £1500 maybe we can make it work as it has 2x single beds & a double bed so if the room is huge maybe we will have space.. so I’m hooked in 🎣 big time, from booking this Hotel 6 weeks ago looking at that upgrade to the Private Pool & now we have it! We feel so important right now plus we can save £100 euros in room tax as only one room. 🎣 We have made it!! What a great start to our Holiday!! What an absolute @@@@@@@ scam, I asked if the room had a double bed and 2x single beds and was told yes, it didn’t, a pull out bed as per pic and a double bed made up of 2x singles with a double duvet and double sheets so when splitting the bed u had sheets for one bed. Now midnight and fuming 😡 back up to reception to say not acceptable can I have the rooms I actually paid for which I’m then told there are not available until the morning, come back at 10am and sleep on the VIP upgrade as u might change your mind as no doubt sir u r tired. Yep I certainly f-ing was.. (According to other guests if u stand your ground u will get your rooms immediately) Actually felt sorry for the guy on reception when we checked in, it was like he was reading from a script & looked uncomfortable.. So went back to the room as all the luggage had now been shuttled to the room as well. Was on to a Tui advisor at 2am & he was saying sometimes it happens, a glitch in the system so maybe TUI are in on the free upgrade deal as well. If they can cram you all into one room and you have paid for 2x rooms they are saving money as they can book out the other room. Now this may work if you have younger kids but mine are 16 & 18 later this year hence why 2x rooms for privacy & space.. So at 7:30am back to reception asking to speak to the Manager who was not available, they said come back at 10am so went back at 9:30am & before I had chance to speak we were handed new key cards & been told we have been upgraded due to the inconvenience caused. This hotel loves an upgrade. They picked us up & shuttled us & our luggage to the new rooms. Not sure if it was actually upgrade or not but the location was next to the Aura Restaurant & Pool & 2x rooms next to each other so perfect.. So near on 12hrs later we are settled but why this had to happen?? This is where the negativity ends as aft

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and it was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in . We checked in at 11:30 PM last Monday, arriving hungry after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the food situation was immediately disappointing. When we asked about dinner options, we were shown a tray of cold coleslaw wraps that didn’t look particularly appetizing. A staff member then directed us to another room where “late night snacks” were supposedly available. When we got there, everything was empty. We later learned that the snack room is stocked once only at 10 PM with a limited selection: cold ham and cheese bites, mini pizzas (each barely half the size of my palm), sandwiches, and more of those same coleslaw wraps. Once these run out, they are not replenished — so if you arrive after 10 PM, you’re out of luck. We were taken to our room and were immediately disappointed. It was the most basic and rundown room I’ve ever seen. The so-called “double bed” was just two single beds pushed together, which was both uncomfortable and impractical. The bathroom was equally underwhelming — the glasses had what looked like dried spit on them, the bathtub was stained, and so were the towels. I then saw ant crawling across the table and saw ants everywhere: on the floor, the tables, the walls, even in the bathroom. I was absolutely disgusted. My partner called reception to report it, but they seemed to know exactly what we were talking about, which made it clear this wasn’t a new issue. They sent someone over with bug spray, and while he did spray the ants, he left the dead ants scattered across the floor. We then phoned reception again to ask if we could switch rooms, but were told flatly, “No, we’re full.” I explained that there were still ants all over the floor and that I really didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. Their response was, “What do you want us to do?” — which came across as incredibly rude and dismissive, with no apology or concern. I had to specifically ask for someone to come and clean the room. Still feeling very hungry, we decided to call reception to order room service, especially since it was advertised as being available 24/7. However, when someone finally answered, they said, “What do you want now?” — which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, we were then told that room service actually closes at 10PM so we went to sleep without having eaten since early afternoon. ROOM: 1. The room was not cleaned properly at all throughout our stay. 2. The bedding was never changed during our stay. On our last day, we noticed a small card next to the bed that, on the reverse side, said to place it on the bed if you wanted the sheets changed — something that was never explained to us. 3. Our balcony was covered in bird droppings that were never cleaned, and any plates or cups we brought to the room were left untouched for days. 4. The door had no proper lock, which made us feel unsafe. 5. The ceiling was

Amazing hotel with great facilities. They upgraded us to a junior suite for our honeymoon. The great Spa team were amazing, they gave me a lovely massage, special shoutout to Dina who was so nice. A lovely selection of pools with very friendly bar staff. The food is OK and has a good selection. Overall would definitely come back!

This is our third time staying at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort, and honestly, it never disappoints. Anyone who’s booked Greek hotels before knows—it can be a bit of a lottery. But this one - is a jackpot. A true 5-star experience in every sense. The setting is absolutely luxurious, from the elegant design to the ultra-comfy sunbeds that you’ll never have to fight over. The pool is massive—you won’t find people stacked like sardines here and there’s plenty of space to chill, swim, and soak in the sun. One side offers a serene, resort-style pool vibe, and the other - a breathtaking sea view from a cliff that’s straight out of a postcard. The food is another standout—fresh, varied, and consistently delicious. You’ll actually look forward to every meal even if you are not hungry. The staff is professional, and genuinely welcoming. It feels like a luxurious home, with cocktails and sunshine. We keep coming back because we know what we’re getting: top-notch service, peace of mind, and that “I never want to leave” feeling. If you’re after a real five-star escape in Greece - this is it!

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights short visit before flying off to New York. We had a junior suite with a private pool. The room was clean and beautiful. Housekeeping were amazing. Fresh towels and fresh bedding everyday. Fresh water left each day. The buffet had loads of options and the staff were amazing and super friendly. We also went into old town in Rhodes short taxi ride arranged by reception only €15 each way. You can pay my card or cash in the taxi as well. We had lunch in the centre of old town the food was amazing and really tasty. The hotel in overall was very nice loads of sun beds, loads of places to sit and eat. Definitely coming back next year for longer.

We've just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and saw how beautiful the complex is. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and there was always seating outside and in.

We really enjoyed the food and drink. Bar staff learnt what drinks we liked and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, even at peak times.

If I had to make a tiny criticism it would be that buffet dishes and clean plates needed to be replenished quicker.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay due to a cold wind, but we managed to find sheltered places and the indoor pool was put to good use by the children. Obviously there was nothing the hotel could do so not a criticism, just a reminder that during April, you're not guaranteed perfect weather. We took the opportunity to visit the old town a couple of times. The hotel reception booked taxis and it was easy to find one to take us back. The return journey was always about 5 euros cheaper though!

The afternoon gyros, pizza, wraps and crepes were brilliant and we ate lunch there more often than in the dining room.

All in all a very enjoyable stay and this is the first hotel we've stayed at that within one day we all agreed we'd return sooner rather than later.

I feel like this holiday should not have been sold as the hotel was not 100% set up and ready for guests. Outdoor seating, sunbeds and cushions not in place. Still under maintenance to a water feature at the side of the main restaurant. Pool at bottom was filthy. Replacement tiles lay on the poolside at the top pool to side of restaurant. Roofs were being fixed. Surely all these types of maintenance jobs should occur out of season and hotel set up be complete and ready to welcome even the first guests. I found the mattress on which my son slept (sofa bed) to be covered in mould spores which I feel is 100% problematic to health. It smelled damp and musty. I watched staff place sunbed cushion pads out on sunbeds which were covered in black mould on the underside, again problematic to health. There are some aspects of this hotel which could be deemed 5* such as its outward appearance and view it offers but beyond this it’s definitely not. Our room was rarely cleaned, same sheets for 10 days. Found someone else’s false eye lashes on my sheets. Towels are marked. Lack of info from staff regarding advertised entertainment which never occurred. I admit the weather was bad but surely this should be rearranged and venue reorganised and advertised for guests ability to experience otherwise there is nothing much to do apart from a few pool tables, highly priced massages, indoor pool and gym. We had a mini fridge filled with 5 soft drinks and a bottle of water on arrival which was pleasant after a long journey, this can be refilled at your expense. Shop on sight which is beneficial as there is really nothing close by as the season is only beginning and nothing has opened as yet. The weather was really bad and the hotel leaked badly from all extended parts where flat roofs meet. This was taken care of by staff laying down towels to absorb the water which lay in place for a while. Disappointed as had really high expectations.
