This hotel is an absolute gem, offering everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer number of sparkling clean pools, providing plenty of space for relaxation and fun.
Our rooms were immaculate, always kept spotless by the diligent housekeeping staff. The food and drink selection was incredibly diverse, with a vast array of delicious options to satisfy every palate, no matter the time of day.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Every single member we encountered was genuinely friendly, always smiling, and never seemed remotely bothered by any request. They went above and beyond to fulfill our every wish, making us feel truly valued and pampered. We can't recommend this all-inclusive paradise enough!
The rooms are clean, modern, and feel brand new. The service is exceptional. Every staff member is kind and helpful at all times.
I especially want to mention Angela from guest relations, who went above and beyond to assist us and made our vacation absolutely perfect! Highly recommended.
What truly made our holiday unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service especially from Mary, who looked after us with genuine care and warmth every single day.
Mary was there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, always greeting us with a big smile and making sure everything was just right. She remembered our preferences, offered fantastic recommendations, and went out of her way to make every meal feel special. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive she really is a credit to the hotel.
The food at Helea was delicious, with great variety and high quality across all the restaurants. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of Rhodes.

My room was a sanctuary of comfort, boasting plush bedding, stylish décor and breathtaking views of the coastline. Every detail was carefully considered, from the high-end toiletries to the state-of-the-art entertainment system. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary wines and welcome basket filled with local treats.
