Villa Melina is located pretty „close“ to the center, basically maybe 5 mins walk. The Villa itself is wonderful and reminds you more of Italy then Greece. There is a huge pool where you can swim at any time

Very atmospheric, family run hotel. The owner Adonis and son Giorgios make you feel very welcome. Great pool area, breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again

We had a little issue with the pool and the level of chlorine in it, but all in all we had a wonderful time and the owners were very nice

It was located in a quiet part of the town and only a 5/10 minute stroll from the harbour front. The pool was brilliant, there were times where it was only the 2 of us using it

Villa Melina has many rooms of all kinds spread over the entire area of the building and around the pool. The villa itself is very beautiful. And the price is reasonable for what you get

A good hotel with Breakfast, Pool and nice Personal. They are old spring beds and not comfortable (for me and a friend). Furthermore the fridge was off

The location is quite "central" as well; Kantouni/Panormos is quiet, but close to Pothia (8 min by scooter), the views and restaurants of Masouri (5 min by scooter), and walking distance to nightlife at Kantouni/Linaria beach (5 min on foot to Kantina Beach bar or Albus)

Gave us a great price for the bikes and the room, picked us up from the port, was si helpful. Also you are close to the main supermarket so you can stock up every morning. Definitely will come back

Had an amazing stay at the climbing house! And definitely will be back. Stefanos and his wife are very warm and kind hosts. Wonderful studios and probably the best accommodation on the island

Highly recommend to rent out scooters or a car from Stefanos, contact him ahead of time for a possible transfer from the Port to the studio when you arrive and depart

a convenient spot close to a supermarket and the town of Massouri is only a 10 minute scooter ride. All the facilities worked

An old but cozy hotel with nice swimming pool (very useful especially in the windy days) and not common breakfast with crepes, handmade bread, fruits and local products

Very beautiful and cozy place with the view of the sea, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to the center of the village with restaurants and a supermarket

Platis gialos beach is 5 mins walk, a big shop 15 mins, but a car is definitely a necessity

Everything is great about this hotel, enough space, and you have many choices for going dinner even if you aren't all-inclusive. There are 4 pools and one beautiful beach, one playground which is kidfriendly

I was worried about my 3 year old going up and down them so we stayed in the bedroom on the bottom floor. The rooftop jacuzzi is a lovely bonus and has great views. I would stay here again when the kids are a bit older

Easy walking distance for all the restaurants and the fabulous beach and ocean. Absolutely stunning sunsets, we enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommended and we look forward to a future visit

I wouldn't say it's perfect for families with small children as the staircase is marble and the very top staircase is a bit steep with very little bannister

Our experience was just great and we loved it. Just some advice for future guests: You don't need to bring beach towels. You get these to rent free of charge at the reception desk or Spa

We have spent one week in this hotel. We stayed in nice and new apartment. The rooms were really clean and bed were comfy. The stuff in this hotel is extremely kind

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

At the reception a got sometimes the feeling that my questions were annoying to the stuff and a minimum of information was given. The bathroom should need a deep cleaning

I also recommend the exercise class during the day ! They have yoga and pilates and the trainer is great ! I definitely recommended ☺️

Smaller, quieter, but very nice **** hotel. Large pool for swimming, a wading pool for toddlers, an outdoor hot tub, wading pool with fountains. Poolside Bar, where he plays most of the day music

The neighborhood is only twice the hotel, otherwise wasteland. About 3 km to the larger town of Mastichári. Beach, public and small, sun loungers and parasols free of charge. Access to the sea is not ideal for children

Just one little complain about missing beach chairs and sunshades. But it was made up with very friendly staff (e. girls at dining room were awsome). 😉 It's an amazing place and they have a great food

The food in the dining room without any problems, everyone chooses. Shopping possibilities about 200 meters, on one other side from the hotel, where is the shop where you buy the basic things

The Chef and those responsible for food are very attentive and always take care of every detail in their service. an excellent place I recommend it 100%

The only object of criticism is that the children's pool does not have a canopy so that children can play at least in partial shade, the children are in the open sun, and this is unpleasant

Since the umbrellas by the pool are small, there is no shade, and the playground can be equipped with triangular rags (solar sails)

I liked everything very much, the quality remained the same and really on top (I was here in 2015) Even in the days of Corona, the staff made a lot of efforts. We can recommend this hotel for families

All families with children thought so, for one family it was even a reason not to return. If the leadership is smart and would like to continue to accept families here, something must be invented

Nice atmosphere, rather quite and relaxed. Tennis (hard court), windsurfing, catamaran, kite-surfing at the beach. Buffet has good selection, yet I had better food in hotels

Virus prevention is present in the background and absolutely not disturbing! The hotel is remembering guests even after 5 years! I like to walk the long beach every day (multiple km !), take a bath in the sea to cool down

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach

There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room

One of the best experiences we ever had. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival

Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing

Really good place to stay at. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The food quality is really good and fresh, everyday you have other choises. Next time we go again to Smy Kos Beach!

Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel

I had the best time staying at this hotel for the last week! They were very accomadating and made sure we had the best time! There was a good selection of food to choose from so you will find something that you will like! The rooms and the cleanliness was very well done!

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach

Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings

Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex

The resort is so big you have to get a buggy almost everywhere. The buggies are nearly never available. The pool was lovely and the spar was great. However the water for the spar was freezing

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent

They even organized us a scooter, after we had some problems with a company. The apartment was really comfy and clean. No room service, but you can always ask for towels or other things you need at the reception

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

In the beginning of the resort (the kids swimming pool) there is a very bad smell( I don't know how people stay there). If you are a sea lover than if you are lucky and have a room close to the sea than it's OK

Pools Three pools, one for kids, one deeper, just one with music. Kid says the best swimming pool he has ever been to. Garden Place is very green and well-kept, beautiful

Also you could tell the drinks were watered down especially the alcohol after 9pm I could taste the difference in the wine. Rooms cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels although the maids do tend to call early

Main pool was busy during the day but there did seem to be enough sun beds although it did look abit cramped to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything especially the reception staff

We visited this hotel for 1 week as a family. The location is great, in the Tigaki area of Kos. You can walk to the beach or use the pools at the hotel grounds and find many restaurants on the streets around

Overall it was a nice, clean hotel in an excellent location it’s just the food was disappointing. I also would recommend to try the music bingo at the nightly entertainment as it was a big hit with my family!

We arrived late in the night and they had a picnic made up for us which was lovely and unexpected! Unfortunately the food wasn’t the best however they did have something different every night

The beach is a 5 min walk and 10 euros for 2 sun beds and umbrella. Also the lady had plenty of beach toys for the kids to choose from for the day

Great little hotel, with nice pool area and friendly snack bar by the pool. Bar attached at the front does the best cocktails. Rooms are clean. Air conditioning is extra.

The rooms are cool- didn't need AC in August. Good semi rural location close to restaurants, car rental, supermarket, bus stop for Kos Town. 10 minute walk to a great beach

We have just come back from our holiday after spending two weeks at Marianna, this hotel is lovely very clean and in a great location just a short walk from bars and restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets, the food in the pool bar and cafe is very good and very reasonably priced, we had a few drinks in the cocktail bar which is also very good, we were in room 214 which has a nice large balcony from...

Some of the snacks lean towards full meals and are huge! Whilst in Tigaki for long periods, half my days are spent around the pool and drinking many lattes, banana milk shakes and mountain tea ! There is a great bar st the front of the hotel open in the evenings

The pool bar restaurant was superb and the night bar was excellent the barman could not do enough always making small cocktails for you to enjoy

As a big party we were always able to find enough beds around one of the pools in close proximity to one another. The pool towels were changed every other day at reception

They were cleaned every day and towels changed. There was no soap in the bathrooms. I don’t expect shower gel but a small square of soap to wash your hands after using the toilet should be standard and it wasn’t

POOLS There are 2 lovely large pools with smaller kiddie pools and sort of jacuzzi area. The sun beds were plentiful and you could always get a bed after 9am no issues

But this didn’t affect us as we were happy to wait until the evening before hitting the hard stuff! In the bar area and restaurant there is self serve wine and beer pumps as well as soft drink dispensers with fizzy and fruit juices

The accommodation at the hotel was perfect, everything was absolutely fine. The hotel has a beautiful garden, the service and food are excellent. I recommend the hotel to people who like peace and quiet and want to relax

It’s literally at the end of the drive to the hotel. It’s set in a tranquil quiet setting with nothing around it. The main high street is a nice 10 minute stroll with bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops a plenty

Fantastic holiday what a lovely place to stay. clean well kept complex friendly staff. Theres a lovely bar and pool snack bar that server good food. theres is a shop bike hire and bar next door

Very flat so lots of push bikes everywhere. You could ride right in to Koss town or catch bus just outside hotel for couple of euro

Our favourite which we went to several times both at lunch time and evening was Dana opposite the dancing fountain on the front

10 minutes stroll on Sea front there is the main area of Tigaki with plenty of resteraunts and tavernas

Everyone is super helpful and goes out of their way to please their clients. Pool area is very nice, clean. There is a lot of space, too, so there was always a lot of sunbeds to choose from

3 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast, big pool. We needed more plates and drinking glasses for our apartment, ended up drinking Gin Tonic with a mug. Transfer to and from Kos airport at 35€

Plus: fair price, nice and clean rooms, pool, not far from beach, supermarket and car rentals

Excellent pool, rooms were ok but my self catering was a fridge a kettle a microwave and a 2 piece hob but no pans 1 knife abd 2 forks, the daily constant yawlings of their young son next to the pool bar was a real annoyance

Very nice place, ideal for price and comfortable, closely from beach and windsurfing station, shops, but very quiet, nice seaview, even first floor, very hospitable host, big room, balcon, clean room and bed, small kitchen with one burner, but your can use barbeque, swimming pool in other hotel, placed nearly, but your can use it everyday without problems

Good location, nice beach, very friendly people. Basic accommodation, fair price. Good free WIFI in apartment. Use of great swimmingpool of neighbour Jack apartments!

Can I give five stars twice? Eva and Bill were the nicest hosts we've ever met, they were friendly, helpful and we even got fresh fruit almost every single day as presents. Thanks for everything!

The apartments are pretty standard, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two beds and a nice terrace. The whole apartment was very clean when we arrived

The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and is also close to a local supermarket. The landlords are also very friendly and always ready to help

All in all, while the apartment is not so big, it is still great value for money

We did not stay at the hotel but did use the pool and snack bar on a few occasions. All I can say was it was clean abd well kept. However most of all the staff were very friendly and accomdating

It's free to use their pool and sunbeds as long as you spend a minimum of €30 at the bar/beach bar, which works out cheaper than paying for beds on the beach and food/drinks at a taverna

Stopped off here for a dip in the pool and some lunch at the beach bar. Food is really nice, bar staff super friendly and the drinks are icy cold

The food and drinks were really good and well priced. We had a very positive experience and the young lad, I think he was the son was great. Picking mint from the plants for our drinks and taking care preparing them

Just got back from an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in Greece! The views were absolutely stunning, the souvlaki was the best I've ever had, and the hotel was really clean
