We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Nikos. The food was delicious and varied, with four different themed evenings. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with great pools and plenty of space – it never feels crowded. It’s not a huge, impersonal complex, but rather a charming place with low-rise buildings, nice rooms, and a lovely garden full of plants all around. Everything was beautifully maintained. Warm greetings from Klaudia from Poland and special regards to the funny bartenders!

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach. Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex.

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Lovely stay yet again. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent. The beautiful sandy beach with bar and toilets is a short walk with free sun beds for Gaia Palace guests.Not much locally around if you like a walk round a resort but a bus or short taxi ride into either Mastichari or Marmari is easy enough.
Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings. Overall good value and hopefully we will be returning next year.

I can only recommend this very nice hotel. Everything is perfect and it was worth every penny for this fantastic holiday. The nice and sandy beach is not too far away, about seven minutes to walk. The buffet offers more than enough, morning noon and night, the bar staff on both of the bars is just amazing, the pools are great, friendly staff all around, it's super clean all the time, what else can I say? I'll be back!
Just one thing, don't behave like a troglodyte guys! It's some of the tourists who are not even able to clean after themselves after a good time at the pool areas which of course attracts the ants and pisses other people off!

Lovely clean hotel. We went all-inclusive so had a good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds and pools so it never looked busy. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday I would recommend staying here.

We had a lovely family holiday at this resort. Very spacious rooms and grounds. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect retreat.
All staff friendly and helpful. Food very nice and not repetitive.
We stayed in a large family room consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and big balcony overlooking a decent sized pool for our accommodation block. There are 3 such pools separate to the huge main pool. 10 min walk to a great beach.
Animation team work hard to entertain kids and adults. 2 weekly quizzes plus a great singer/guitarist duo once a week.
Would definitely return.

The Gaia Palace is a lovely hotel one of three sister hotels in the same area, although we only went into the grounds of the other two, the Palace appeared to be the best, the grounds at the Palace are very nice and well kept. The public areas of the hotel are kept very clean. As we stayed towards the end of the season, the staff had really started to reduce, leaving two young people covering reception, they did not have a day off in the 10 days we were there, even though they were working long hours they they stayed really friendly and always helpful. All staff were polite. There is a bus from the hotel at 9.30 into Kos town each morning except Sunday. This is a good fly and flop hotel as long as you can put up with the food and drink. There is a car hire company in the hotel Reception area, although the young lady here was lovely and very helpful, you will find it is cheaper to book with the same company on line, we save €75 one a three day rental, we picked the car up from the office 5 minutes walk away and then left the keys with the hotel reception when we had finished with it. The hotel deserves 5 star review but due to the disappointing food and drink we had to only give it three.

Very decent hotel and facilities. What makes this stand out is the staff, they are all very friendly, welcoming and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. We had a medical emergency which is everyone's worst nightmare when over seas and they supported throughout. Very much appreciated and will be remembered.
The food is lovely with a modest selection and we ate well at every meal but the ONLY issue we had was that the drinks were very watered down, so much so that it no longer resembled the drink it was supposed to be, this is for soft and alcoholic drinks which is a pity as that took the cherry off the cake.
I really feel bad to write this review as I do think this is a great hotel with truly fantastic staff but management's decision to dilute the drinks undermines all of the hard work the staff on the floor do and takes away the perks of having an all inclusive holiday.
It's a real shame.

Once again Gaia palace did not fail to deliver another perfect holiday. The hotel is so clean and well looked after. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and the food is delicious. But above all the best thing about this hotel is the the staff and how much they care for the guests and each other. They are the friendliest most wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are the reason we return year after year along with many of our friends we have met here who return year after year and agree it is the best place to stay in Kos if not the world! Special thanks as always to all the staff for making our holiday so perfect and the biggest thank you to Nitsa (hotel manager) who is the most helpful lovely and wonderful human we have ever met, so professional, kind and hardworking with a truly lovely soul. We cannot to see you all again next year - big love from us 💖❤️💕

Got back from a wonderful family holiday on Tuesday! Gaia Palace Hotel really made our Summer! The rooms were lovely and the cleaners did a brilliant job of maintaining them. The hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL - so much greenery and so well kept. Everything on site is an easy walking distance and there are multiple pools (which were a hit). The location is peaceful and quiet, as is the overall atmosphere. Every member of staff across the hotel were great especially the restaurant and bar staff (a special shoutout to the guy overseeing the daytime buffets - I didn't catch his name - who was always ready with a hello and a smile and super efficient with restocking). The food was delicious and there's SO much choice. The beach is just a short walk too and a great way to spend the day and watch the sunrise. All round perfect week away and a little bit disappointed to be home so soon. We will definitely be back!
