Great little hotel in a quiet area of the Ionian coast. Well the outside of the hotel is simple however the rooms are modern, bright and spacious, with good amenities.
Sometimes though, hot water seemed to be an issue. Not a problem as it was the middle of the summer, however they need to look at it.
The beach in front of the hotel is long and quiet compared to other more popular coastal areas so it is great if you really want to relax. Not the wow effect of Parga or Lefkada which by the way are like 45-60min drive.
However the best asset of this hotel is its staff. Friendly, attantive and professional, they are always present and willing to help with a smile.

The food also is high quality, leaning on gourmet with modern twists to some typical Greek seafood dishes.

Enjoyed the breakfast with a system of choosing between several options cooked to order and served in a stylish way.

Fabulously magical place for a totally chillaxed break. We came end of season; the last week of Summer 2017. If you're looking for luxury and tranquillity this is it. Attentive, highly knowledgeable staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Food delicious; almost looked too beautiful to eat. Great range of quality wines and smashing cocktails. When can we book again for next season ? A word of warning; the area Kanali/Preveza v popular in high season when temperatures can be 45 degrees. Amazing ruins and historical monuments to visit nearby. Go outside high season if you are able when it's less hot and queues are shorter. Sesa Hotel is air-conditioned throughout. Glorious sandy beach with own private sun deck 2 mins across the road. We had room with sea view. Perfect to see sunrise; and sunset could be viewed from front terrace of hotel bar. Top marks to Tonia, Asper, Alex and all the caring staff for their attention to detail.

Sesa boutique hotel is an all in all great place to stay. It has a very modern, luxurious and clean cut design and feel to it. It also has its own pool, and of course pool bar, where you can find quality drinks and cocktails. If you stay here be sure to try the hotel's restaurant, gourmet deliciousness guaranteed!

Absolutely everything was perfect at Sesa. The customer service is wonderful, attentive and smiling. They allowed me to check-in early and check-out late. The beds are extremely comfortable and I probably had the best sleep in Greece. Also, I don't think I have ever said this about a hotel but I would come back solely for the food. The first day I had the octopus starter and prawn linguini main, both gorgeous, full of flavour and a real pleasure. On the second day I tried the ceviche and a white fish with chimichurri and other sauces, wonderful, light and again full of flavour. It is more expensive than any other local options, but it is worth it. There is a supermarket approx 10mins away if you need to buy large bottles of water and beers for a fraction of the price (3 beers and a 1.5L water came to 3EUR). The beach is very relaxing but it is quite hard to get in to the water as there are a lot of rocks, I would recommend bringing water shoes and being careful around the sea. One minor note is the pool hours close quite early and opens quite late in the day. You won't regret coming to this hotel, I know I will be back. Amazing hotel and Restaurant. By far the highest quality of food and rooms in the region. Very modern and clean rooms and the food is quite sophisticated! Especially when you compare the food to the other restaurants around or in preveza.
The service was also amazing. Everybody there tries to help you as good as they can at any time. The service is also well trained and professional.

The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious and they have a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Prices are a little bit higher then other places in Kanali. The view is awsome because the see is across the street.
