Very pleasant and quiet hotel with a wonderful view of the sea in a quiet environment, close to the sea, everything very clean, spacious rooms with balconies, parking space, bar next to swimming pool, nice and very helpful people

My experience regarding the rooms, service, COVID protocols and location has been very pleasant. The beach is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel with clean loungers and umbrella. I recommend staying at the hotel!

Although I have travelled to this area in Greece many times, I had never stayed at Ionian Theoxenia. This hotel is one of the best in the area

We had a fabulous stay at Katerina. Lovely little pool, sea views from our balcony. Our studio had everything we needed, and the food at the restaurant was delicious

The breakfast was great - self service with a big variety and a great taste. There are 2 swimming pools, nice and clean, one smaller for little kids and one bigger

Our host, Angelo was super nice and funny, made us feel like friends immediately. The Pool and the breakfast were great, too. Very nice and clean rooms, shaded parking lots!!

Location is great since Preveza, Lefkada or Parga is very close for visiting, and the beach of Kanali is sandy and very comfortable to stay the whole day, only there is a big stones in the see so you must be carefull when going to swim, but there is a parts with sandy entering

We were very pleased with this accomodation. The entire staff, including the owner were really kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and we also got a free use of a baby cot for our little one

Visited the place for the kids to have fun in their water park. You spent 10 euros per person for all the facilities or 5 for jacuzzi and pools

The waterpark at the hotel is great, the only thing is that since it is open not only for hotel guests, it gets a bit crowded at certain hours during the day. However, the staff looks after the safety and it is all OK

We have been here twice in the last 3 years. The hotel facilities have improved since we were here in 2019. The staff are polite, rooms are cleaned daily, sheets changed. The breakfast was great, there was a variety

The hotel is close to Mango beach bar, walking distance. You can also go by car to any of the near beach bars

My only pet peeve is that the showers could have been a bit better: they worked, but they were quite ugly and cramped. Food in the restaurant was quite good. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing to write home about

The hotel is great for families, it has a nice set of water amenities. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The rooms were decent on par with what you would expect for a three star hotel

It also has its own pool, and of course pool bar, where you can find quality drinks and cocktails. If you stay here be sure to try the hotel's restaurant, gourmet deliciousness guaranteed!

Warm and friendly staff, very welcoming, comfortable beds, sunbeds on the beach just across the very quiet road. Nice to be there out of season - very quiet

One minor note is the pool hours close quite early and opens quite late in the day. You won't regret coming to this hotel, I know I will be back. Thank you so much to the whole team that made my holiday a real pleasure

Great little hotel in a quiet area of the Ionian coast. Well the outside of the hotel is simple however the rooms are modern, bright and spacious, with good amenities. Sometimes though, hot water seemed to be an issue

Not a problem as it was the middle of the summer, however they need to look at it. The beach in front of the hotel is long and quiet compared to other more popular coastal areas so it is great if you really want to relax

The facilities are exceptional: rooms are spacious and comfy, the food is to die for and the cocktails are just perfect to end the day by the pool! The staff is very friendly and helpful too

One of the most beautiful and minimal (thus relaxing) places to be in Preveza prefecture. Top that with great service, quality, and location convenience and you've got yourself a winner.

HOOGA is perfect in every possible way. It is located 10 min away from the city centre of Preveza and Monolithi beach is reachable on foot

The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars, I recommend

The village Mitikas is also very welcoming, with nice beaches which were not crowded at all during our stay. The beach next to the hotel has sun beds and umbrellas too

We came in a week day so there was almost no one in the hotel. Although we didn't enjoy the pool because of our many trips around the lafkada I really wanted to swim there

Air conditioning in every room. We all had a great time in the pool even though there are several nice beaches nearby (that we also visited). I totally recommend it for couples or families

Nice hotel, bed was rather hard though which was unexpected. Bar had very little cash so we had to use lots of change to by drinks.

The staff did a pretty good job of checking 120 people in a very short space of time, so top marks for that. But dinner was a cold buffet, some of which had once been hot food

Lovely hotel, nice bed, shower, pool and breakfast however lacked a few key things such as 2 glasses in the room, 2 forks and a couple of little strange things like this.

There is a lovely pool area and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Greek hospitality and weather. It's only a short walk (3/4 minutes) to the beach

We stayed here for only one night, but we wish it was more. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and modern and Dionysis (the owner) and his family made us very welcome

We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with our 1 year old baby and it was perfect. The hotel is brand new and super clean with all measures taken in covid time

Breakfast on the roof terrace is the same everyday but there’s a nice amount of variety. Location is fantastic being very close to the most popular restaurants and a short 10 or 20 minute walk from beach options

Great large rooms all well appointed, lovely people, Georg and Penelopi can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. All I can say is arrive as a guest and leave as a friend

But does the stay involve more nights you can easily walk to the beach 700 meters away - or the city about 1 kilometres away. I can only give my best recommendation

It is (I guess) the best hotel near the airport. The distance is a few minutes. That make the hotel perfect when arriving late or leaving early

Nicely located with direct beach access and really close to the city, you can take a nice walk to the port. The rooms are super clean, cozy and nicely designed. Kitchen has everything one needs

It is a family run business that has a lot of experience in hospitality and thanks to our lovely hosts who recommended and helped us book many activities while we were there, we enjoyed a great trip to see dolphins in Amvrakokos Bay(the bay in Preveza), we rented a boat in Lefkada island, which is 1h drive from Melydron and we discovered all the secret nice beaches in the area

Beautiful apartments and beautiful view, very peaceful. I had the most amazing service from Christianna and Dina and the rest of the staff too. Felt like I was in heaven, everything was in close proximity too

It has amazing view as it is located by the seaside and every morning, we would enjoy breakfast (and their home make cookies and Greek coffee) while looking at the peaceful sea

It is 15-minute walk from Preveza downtown and in the evening you can have a nice walk to enjoy delicious food at their local taverns in Preveza port

The beach is nice and popular, but very windy. Lots of kite surfers, amazing view. It's kind of special because it's different. Still, there are better beaches on the island.

Nice beach, a bit windy, ideal for windsurfers. There is beach bar that provides the umbrella and 2 sunbeds for free (you only pay for your coffee / drink). Clean, near the city center.

Nice place to stay in order to be close to the city with easy access in both sides of the island.The beach is ideal for windsurfers and kite-surfers since after 12:00 the area is very windy.

Sandy, very windy, great for kite-/windsurfing beach. If you r not fond of these sea sports, then I wouldn't suggest a visit on a windy day.

The guidance and advice (what to do, where to go), arrangements, and the extent to what was offered, were unmatched even by the Aman Tokyo which hitherto I had regarded as the best I have ever encountered

Charming small hotel at the very center of Lefkada town. Very specious rooms with nice balcony with amazing view of the marina. Breakfast was lovely as well and the coffee was superb.

Pool area is clean, neat, and a wonderful secluded spot to chill during the late morning/early afternoon away from the crowds. Refreshments are reasonably priced, and the 5 EURO breakfast is deffo value for money

This is a great hotel, wonderfully located, beautifully designed and one of the best places we have ever stayed. I can nit find enough words to praise the staff, receptionists, managers that I have met there

I enjoyed our room with balcony facing the main street, really nice to sit and relax on in the evening. The balcony doors are triple glazed, therefore excellent and blocking out heat and external sound

This hotel is absolutely perfect - the location, the comfort, right in the heart of all the Lefkada action - relaxing and clean pool to cool off after a hot summer day spent at the beach or on a cruise around the island, short walk to shops and restaurants and the Instagram picture worthy spots in town for sunset

This hotel lets you sit by the pool for a small fee (€10- includes a coffee) and serves drinks and a small menu of snack food. Beautiful pool area with plenty of shade, lounge chairs, and tables

There is a great swimming pool which you can use as a base before and after checking in/out which was helpful given we had to wait for our next plans

They are the only hotel located in the town with a pool making this a family and friend zone for people of all ages

Located around the hotel are many car rentals, eating places, activities and attractions to visit, and many shops. Overall I was very happy with everything and would recommend to anyone visiting somewhere near by

The place is smaller than the pictures show. It is ok for 4, but crowded for 6. The main bedroom (top floor) hard no door, so beware. Cleaning was only done in 3 of our 7 days stay

This would be ok, were we not in Greece, where you cannot flush toilet paper and have to put it in the bin. Other than this, the place was ok, especially for the price

Villa is suitable for 4 people. For 6 would be a bit crowded. Good access and you can park a car right in front. Yet the view is nothing special.

Everything from the stay and the location was exquisite. The villa is much more beautiful in person and has exceeded all of my expectations. A very safe and secluded space to enjoy with family & friends on vacation

As well, the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful & attentive to our needs, as guests. The location couldn't have been better, main strip of delicious restaurants and lively night life in close proximity
