There is also a modest and unpretentious restaurant service but sufficient if you don't feel like going to look for a restaurant at the marina. Really good and Nice staff. I lived in the suite and it was a great room. 10 min walk to the city and ap 5 min to the beach.

This was an ok place to stay. The good: large, bright, modern rooms, comfortable beds. The bad: Internet was not working in the room and even in the balcony we had to always manually reconnect which was very annoying. The bathroom smelled like sewage in room D9. Rooms were really modern and spacious, room was cleaned every day too. I recommend the hotel for couples looking for a relaxing, romantic break in a beautiful seaside location. Staff are very hospitable. Food in the restaurant had daily specials and everything I ate was tasty. Hotel has it's on fruit trees and serves fresh fruit, both local and international dishes.

Beautiful Hotel, very friendly staff. Good if you are traveling with kids (children's chair, kids pool, cats, ... ). Just one minute to the next beach and 5 minutes to a sandy beach.

The bald receptionist (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. If this was a 3 star hotel I would have given it 5 star rating. It claims to be a 5 star resort though and for that they still have a long way to go. We stayed a week and felt the countless flaws in this place on many occasions. Reception staff and most of the waiters are too arrogant and truly not customer friendly. The cleaning staff run around with their brooms as you’re sitting at your dining table...

If you want to go to a BEAUTIFUL hotel and to have amazing food and just relax, this is the place to go! My partner and I are both vegetarians and the options were endless at the buffet and we are so happy we chose the half-pension! Staff was super lovely. Service very very good. The only positive stars go to the housekeeping, who did their job perfectly. "Side sea view rooms" mean that you have a view to the nearby lounge bar - no real sea view. Dining service was a total disaster, both from the food quality and service point of view. Great hotel near the heart of the island (Pigadia). Has a large parking lot for your car or bike, as well as many accommodations for strollers/wheelchairs. Within 20 minutes walking distance to the city, and 5 minute drive. Right on the water allows you easy access to the beach or one of the 3 amazing pools

I stayed in Konstantinos Palace a few years and I was impressed. Clean rooms with a nice view, clean common spaces, great food and a very polite stuff. I stayed again this summer and I was happy to see that the hotel still maintains a premium quality in its standards and services. Well recommended.
