Porto Alegre Hotel

We spent a wonderful week at the Porto Alegre Hotel. The rooms are very well-kept and clean, and there's air conditioning. The hotel staff took great care of us and our room, making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel, which was very varied. There was something new to try every day. The view of the sea from the fourth-floor terrace during breakfast was breathtaking, making it hard to leave. The hotel has a beautiful pool with a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the sunsets. Porto Alegre has ample parking, so you don't have to worry about leaving your car. The hotel's location is ideal, with bus stops, shops, and restaurants right outside the entrance. You can leave your luggage in the hotel's storage room on the day of your departure. The owners are very kind and helpful and will help you with anything you need. Thank you so much. We stayed for 2 weeks and it's a beautiful well kept hotel. The hotel was always clean and smelling fresh which was incredible. The beds were super comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job with cleaning the room, balcony and bathroom, changing the sheets and ensuring we had fresh towels. The location is ideal because it's in walking distance to beaches, the bus line and several restaurants. Great vibes all around. The best part is the breakfast view.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was such an amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and attended to every need. The view of the ocean from the pool and breakfast was amazing as well. Very conveniently located next to a bus stop to get to other beaches. Definitely recommend Porto Allegre!

Having a lovely time at Porto Alegre Hotel.
The rooms are clean, the air-conditioning works well. (Discovered it works even better if you don't turn it down very low, 21 was ideal and even 23 at night face is a comfortable peaceful night sleep.) Our room is in the 3rd floor. Booked "Partial sea view" but this is really only visible leaning over the balcony. Our room is quite far back in the hotel away from both the sea and the road and is quiet. (311- large triple) The balcony is quite small.
Staff have been very helpful, booking a taxi from the airport as we arrived very late.
Breakfast has a nice mix of food and it's always topped up. (It's not real orange juice but it's tasty. The coffee is very good, , regards food the rice pudding is lovely)

Super friendly and supportive staff, who does their best!!! They arranged the top floor of the hotel for me where I could take part in an online job interview. Aaand I got the position!!!🥳

What a WONDERFUL PLACE, Excellent Service, Exceptionally Clean, and a Value for your Money. Small Boutique Hotel run by a Husband and Wife along with their Family. Great Breakfast included for your enjoyment. Very convenient location and great beaches nearby. The owners were very hospitable. ie . My wife kept them in conversation at breakfast . They were Wonderful.

Porto Alegre is a great hotel to stay near Chania. It has a pool free to use for its clients. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is on the top floor with an amazing view to the sea and it is included into your reservation. Location is also great, close to Chania and also close to other nice cities nearby. I would say that this hotel it truly exceeds it’s 3 stars.

Also worth to mention air conditioning in the room, free parking in case you rent a car and 24h reception.

The staff was very friendly and they provide anything you ask for in no time.

Definitely recommend this hotel.
