The hotel is a bit outdated, rooms are smaller than on the picture. The swimingpool is on the streetsite so if you don't mind the nose of cars ,than it is fine. Don't order at the bar, it is a rip off

Very elegant location, close to the sea, with a beautiful and clean pool. Staff very nice and polite. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with everything you need to stay. Excellent breakfast with every kind of food, vegetables, cheese, ham, bread, eggs, milk, coffee, etc... I loved so much have a breakfast on top in the terrace roof. Sorry for stay only one night.

Really nice hotel with a wonderful weiw. Nice staff exept fot the reception staff. A bit hard madressess but otherwise I really recommend this hotel but the staff in the eeception really needs to step it up!

The hotel offers a very pretty setting, it is well located and overlooks the sea. The nearest beach is very small and covered with small pebbles, but there are other sandy beaches nearby. The service staff is top however that of the reception not very welcoming which lowers my note. The food is good and plentiful.

Top Hotel makes the best of its name! It has a fabulous sea view. I really enjoyed watching the sunset while eating the delightful "galaktoboureko". Myself and my husband stayed at Cretan Dream last October for 2 weeks on the recommendation of friends . They were 100% correct!! Staying at Cretan Dream is truly an amazing experience. The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the small town right next to the resort is nice. The food at the resort is amazing, especially their Greek buffets on Saturdays. The owner of the place is extremely thoughtful and will bend over backwards for any of his customers, which he did for us multiple times throughout our stay. I can't wait to go back.

Rooms generally all have the same layout, shower area generally pours out to the toilet and so generally will have issues trying to keep a dry floor. We booked through Amex however arrived and were informed that our booking was not on their system. We had a room with garden view and we enjoyed a lot the evenings in the balcony. The hotel is on a hill and the evenings are really enjoyable since it feels a bit chilly. "Kristal suites Kato stallos". It is a rare find self catering Hotel in Kato Stalos district sea side. The recently revamped interior is absolutely "exquisite" all around and the lovely fine sanded beach right in the front of the hotel. It has a warm homely atmosphere as it is run by a hospitable family, mother and daughter.

Excellent location - just off the main road by shops and bus stop into Chania and Agia Marina. Good pool, not too busy. The pool bar plays very loud dance music all day (9:30am - the evening). If you want to relax by the pool, this is not the place for you. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost. There was not a large selection of food. Nice hotell, nice helpful staff. Refrigerator and cooking plate in the room. Wifi only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool and one small swimming pool for children. Supermarket is just across the street. Bus to Chania takes 10-15 minutes, price pr. June 2018 is 1.90 €.

Good organization, rooms cleaned every day and kindly staff. Close to the Sea, it's the only with a bar in the beach. Maybe to much expensive the bar at the swimming pool

I would give 6* if I could. Pristine conditions both indoors and outdoors. Delicious and rich breakfast in the morning with the sea view is something you won't ever forget. Definitely go for those. Highlight was the loveable staff though. They always wear smile and make you feel like at home. If you ever visit Crete, book your stay here. You will not regret it.

Fair for its price, but standard is pretty low. Wifi wasn't working, bathroom was unpleasant, beds uncomfortable and so on. At least apartment itself was pretty bit with two balconies.
