Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort

This is our second year staying at this wonderful hotel, and this time we came back with our 1 year and 4-month-old daughter. Everything is amazing – the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The food is varied, catering to all tastes, and absolutely delicious. They even have a kids’ menu.

The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping ladies come in daily – they do a great job maintaining everything spotless.

The hotel has a large garden with a dreamlike decor – palm trees, many olive trees, beautiful flowers, a pool for adults as well as one for children, and a very well-maintained private beach with turquoise water. The beach bar is lovely, and the à la carte restaurants look fabulous.

One thing I really loved was the animation team – they invite you straight from the beach to join different activities like aqua gym, flexibility classes, and even fun Greek language lessons. Harris was absolutely amazing!

We also saw staff members on the beach gathering children to play in the sand with beach toys – such a thoughtful touch.

Spent 3 nights and I’ll by saying it is overall a gorgeous resort-the grounds are amazing, pool is huge and spacious, all the equipment is top quality and the beach is amazing. Service is probably the best I’ve ever had a resort-everyone is so friendly. Withheld 1 star due to: 1) AC in room was not strong enough. 2) you are unable to get basic non-alcoholic drinks (even water) without paying twice what you’d pay at a restaurant in a major city like Thessaloniki. I know it’s not all inclusive drinks but they should allow free flowing soda and water as a basic.

This is our third time here, and everything is still just as great — they haven’t let the quality slip. The beach is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the entrance to the water has been improved by removing the rocks. The food is as good as always, and the rooms have been upgraded with new furniture in the bedrooms. The bathroom tiles have also been renovated. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The Resort was excellent! The garden is perfect! Food is varied, very tasty … top cuisine! Beautiful sandy beach! The staff is great! Kassandra Palace is very suitable for children, there’s playhouse and outdoor playground. Highly recommend!

The hotel is fabulous. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The food is very good, with lots of options. The staff is very friendly. By the way, the coffee at breakfast was so good. Even though the rooms clearly need upgrading, they are so clean you hardly notice it. What was also very important to me is that food and drinks outside the half-board menu are reasonably priced. The pool is absolutely fabulous. I've been to a number of five-star hotels in the area, and none of them had such an amazing pool. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my holiday at Kassandra Palace.

I visited in late August. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve visited many countries and stayed at many hotels! The hotel is so clean and tidy, the room service is amazing, all the staff in the hotel are super friendly and warm! The chefs that freshly cook the food each day, and the waiters/waitresses are such a hard working team. Not a single fault to say about the hotel! 5 stars! I will definitely visit again!

We picked this resort ultra last minute. It was full even though we were offseason. All in all we were satisfied. Rooms are a bit “older”, have everything, but no luxury. Restaurant is cool offers high variety of foods. Water is gorgeous (they have a blue flag). And the resort itself has a lot of nature and greenery! Very accessible (stroller/wheelchair). The only other downside would be that you are in the middle of nowhere. So if you want to feel a little vibe, go out to a city you have to use the car.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing—super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to the team at dinner and breakfast, who went above and beyond to make our meals enjoyable. The food was delicious, with new options every day that kept things exciting. On top of that, the hotel was spotless—everything was super clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel is great. It is located two kilometers from the nearby town of Kriopigi, which can only be reached by bus at certain times, as there is no footpath. The rooms are nice and spacious and cleaned daily. The restaurant is large with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a large selection of delicious food, but the menu is almost the same every day. The hotel has a private beach, which is convenient for guests, but it is quite rocky. The water is crystal clear and you can spot passages of fish around you, but there are large rocks and sea urchins along the bottom. The hotel has a large and incredibly beautiful garden where you can take a long walk. The staff is always smiling, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is great and you will be enchanted by your stay.
