I visited in late August. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve visited many countries and stayed at many hotels! The hotel is so clean and tidy, the room service is amazing, all the staff in the hotel are super friendly and warm! The chefs that freshly cook the food each day, and the waiters/waitresses are such a hard working team. Not a single fault to say about the hotel! 5 stars! I will definitely visit again!

We picked this resort ultra last minute. It was full even though we were offseason. All in all we were satisfied. Rooms are a bit “older”, have everything, but no luxury. Restaurant is cool offers high variety of foods. Water is gorgeous (they have a blue flag). And the resort itself has a lot of nature and greenery! Very accessible (stroller/wheelchair). The only other downside would be that you are in the middle of nowhere. So if you want to feel a little vibe, go out to a city you have to use the car.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing—super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to the team at dinner and breakfast, who went above and beyond to make our meals enjoyable. The food was delicious, with new options every day that kept things exciting. On top of that, the hotel was spotless—everything was super clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel is great. It is located two kilometers from the nearby town of Kriopigi, which can only be reached by bus at certain times, as there is no footpath. The rooms are nice and spacious and cleaned daily. The restaurant is large with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a large selection of delicious food, but the menu is almost the same every day. The hotel has a private beach, which is convenient for guests, but it is quite rocky. The water is crystal clear and you can spot passages of fish around you, but there are large rocks and sea urchins along the bottom. The hotel has a large and incredibly beautiful garden where you can take a long walk. The staff is always smiling, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is great and you will be enchanted by your stay.

Kassandra Palace was a lovely place to stay. We had excellent treatment from the staff from the moment we arrived until we left. We received an upgraded room and welcome champagne glasses. Every staff member spoke fantastic English and offered great recommendations on restaurants, activities, and towns to visit. You'd be doing yourself a great disservice in never leaving the resort though. The meals we had there were fine, but the food in surrounding villages was superb. They can help with taxis for transportation around Kassandra. The beach is a little rocky, but manageable. It was a much larger resort than we realized and family friendly. I highly recommend staying here, we had an amazing stay!

True score would be 4.5 but since that's not an option I felt that 4 would be too harsh. Why not a pure 5? Because the rooms are a bit run down and should be refreshed and renovated. We were staying in a deluxe family suite and while the rooms were really spacious they were not in a perfect state. Still they were far from bad. Also the blinds did not really block out the sun completely which is a problem for some people.
Other than that everything was perfect. Every common area was i a perfect state: The pool, beach, dining area, hotel lobby, kids playroom. The hotel gardens were absolutely beautiful. The food was great and the staff was extremely polite. Overall a great holiday experience!

Beach: 3/5 (beach is small, with rough sand, and with lots of stones in the shallow water)
Food: 5/5 (versatile and delicious)
Room: 3/5 (not spacious, with small bathroom, and old furniture)
Service: 5/5 (staff is very kind)
One thing I didn't like was the inability to pay the full price in cash - only 500e. I wasn't informed about that in advance.
Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in if you book very early and secure a reasonable price. Otherwise, it is probably overpriced b/c the room and the beach definitely don't give an impression of a 5-star hotel.

Kassandra Palace is one of those great places you want to visit, at least once in a couple of years. The service is really good and even if the rooms are equipped some time ago and do not have a hint of luxury, everything else at this resort will keep you interested for years to come.
The food is excellent and the variety is really good. The beach is nice and the pools offer something for the kids. There are hammocks and restaurants. Here you can have a decent walk in the evening. There is a kids service and a small spa center, a small shop and a playroom. Something for everyone.

This hotel is great if you have children. Our children have grown up so prefer adult only hotels it was my mistake. The food was average I'm not keen on buffet style I don't find it hygienic.
The beach was very stony and uncomfortable you needed shoes on.
