We had an average family vacation in this hotel. At first sight, it looks luxurious, but the service and especially the beach do not deserve even a 3 star rating.

The positive points: room service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the kids’ playground was nice. There was also evening animation, but it was very basic and nothing special compared to other lower star hotels.

Unfortunately, most of the experience was disappointing and overpriced. Most of the children in the hotel (including ours) we were 3 families together, got a stomach virus, and even we as adults were affected - something that has never happened to us in other places we’ve traveled. The breakfast was the same every day, and the dinner did not meet the level of a five star hotel (except for one evening when there was a good variety of seafood).

The biggest issue was the beach. For non-club members, it is divided into 3-4 levels, with limited space for guests. I had to wake up early every day to find chairs on the lower level, but twice the hotel staff removed my belongings. This is a serious problem, especially for families with kids who want to play by the sea and it is not practical to go up and down the stairs constantly.

Overall, aside from the room service, we were disappointed and feel the hotel does not live up to its advertised standard.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. I went for a massage, and during the session, my gold earrings were taken. When I confronted the massage therapist, she handed me only the back part of both earring, saying that both had been broken, and the strange thing was in the same spot and that she couldn’t find the other pieces. This was extremely suspicious, as I had been wearing them right before the massage, and there’s no way both earrings could have broken at the same time without me noticing.

It was clear that something wasn’t right, and I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I expected a relaxing and trustworthy environment, but instead, I felt robbed and disrespected. I hope the management takes this seriously so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I don’t remember the name of her but she was kind of overweight and her blackhead was shaved! Also when she gave me the earrings she did it behind reception and nobody heard her… I was doubting in leaving a review because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but thinking in all that happened, is extremely strange that both earrings were broken. This was around the 1/10. Please be careful if you go for a massage take all your gold!!!!!

Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful vacation. We booked a room with a stunning view and a private pool. We were impressed by the spa with thermal springs, the clean, tidy beach, and the hotel has its own marina, where we easily rented a yacht. The whole family enjoyed our vacation!

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The view was stunning. The service was excellent. Cleanliness was everywhere. The menu was varied and catered for all needs. Each dish is listed based on capacity or lack of any special requirements (gluten, lactose, etc.). The staff on the beach was friendly and prompt. The rooms were cleaned efficiently and quickly. The reception responded quickly to all requests and was always helpful. The grounds were large and well-maintained. Everything was very well thought out, especially if you're with a child and scribbling. The spa cosmetics were very high-quality, and the staff was attentive. We even fell asleep during the massage. Thank you for the center with pools of different temperatures. There's a very large children's swimming area. There's also a thermal pool outside, just like in the spa. Entry into the sea is on special rubber mats so you don't feel discomfort from the occasional falling stones. The children's area is huge, Madagascar-themed. There are also lots of entertainers, cars, and children's activities. The adults' pool is also well-separated and provides a tranquil setting if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Thank you for making our vacation even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at Miraggio Thermal Spa! The rooms are absolutely huge, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the pool is massive and so much fun.

What really stood out was the outstanding service throughout the entire hotel – everyone is warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The spa itself is top-class and offers a truly luxurious experience.

One small highlight: we went on a boat trip and needed 10 towels early in the morning before the pool had even opened. Theodora at reception immediately made a few calls, and within 5 minutes we had all the towels we needed. That level of care and efficiency says it all!

Highly recommended – this place is a true gem. We will definitely be coming back.

We spent a wonderful seven days at Miraggio Resort and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. The hotel is truly luxurious, with an excellent beach, impeccable service, and outstanding standards of cleanliness. While it is on the expensive side, it fully justifies its price by delivering everything one would expect from a high-end resort. For anyone thinking about choosing this destination, I can only give my highest recommendation. I would gladly return again.

We just returned from an amazing 5-day family stay at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, and everything was absolutely perfect! This was our second time here (our first was 2 years ago), and the experience was even better than we remembered. The resort looks stunning, the services are fantastic, and the food is simply unbelievable, our full board meal plan was worth every moment. The hotel also offers plenty of activities for kids, which made it ideal for our family. We don’t have enough words to recommend this place, we’ll definitely be coming back again next year!
