Disappointing Experience with Extra Charges and Poor Service.

I was quite disappointed to discover that the hotel charges an extra 50 euros for access to the spa, especially considering that the word "spa" is part of the hotel's name.

I believe that a few complimentary spa sessions should be included as part of the overall experience, especially for a hotel that markets itself this way.

This additional charge is just one example of how the hotel seems intent on squeezing every euro possible from its guests. The restaurants, snacks, and even the on-site stores are all significantly overpriced, with some items costing 50% to 100% more than they would outside the hotel.

To make matters worse, there were only two coffee machines available, and one was frequently out of order, requiring staff attention. This left just one working machine for all the guests, leading to huge lines in the morning.

I often had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get my morning coffee. While you could ask a waiter for coffee, it felt like an eternity before it actually arrived.The 30-euro fee for using the tennis courts was another unpleasant surprise. These excessive charges and the poor service really detracted from what could have been a relaxing stay.

So, overall, it’s a good hotel, but not the experience I was expecting. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to return, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends or family.

P.S: it's far from the city center. You must have a car to get there and out of there.

Unique Experience, Highly Recommended, considering that it was not our first time to visit resorts in Greece, Europe and Asia!! Firstly, the facilities are exceptional and excellent especially for families with kids, but on the same this resort can provide also nice and relaxing vacations also for couples! The daily events were very nice! I think the most important is to congratulate the staff(ALL) who were very kind, polite and hard working! In addition, i must congratulate the Chefs and all staff in Kritamo and Elia Restaurants! The tastes of the foods, including the sweets, the appearance etc were excellent (6 out of 5 stars) ! The service in the restaurant was also excellent and all staff was trying their best to serve all guests! Of course the receptionists and the staff in the beach were also excellent! For the above reasons, if i am allowed, i feel that the management shall seriously to reward all personnel for their efforts because without them the final result would not be the same. I hope that i have not forgot anything and i am looking forward to visit the hotel next time! Once more, Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is highly recommended for everyone! Thanks for everything!

The beach and sea are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are nice with a generally clean environment. However, the coffee cups could use better attention to cleanliness. Breakfast service could be improved due to the long wait times caused by a shortage of coffee machines. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for a family stay.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing food, kids Club is the best I have seen, the most kind staff and not enough hours in the day to enjoy it all. I come back every year and it just gets better and better. A first class Spa with Thermal pools, Sauna, etc (see the picture) to relax and detox. There are also great walks to do in the area while enjoying the most beautiful sunrise above Mount Athos.

The definition of 5*. One of the very best I have ever visited in terms of facilities, room style and decor, restaurant and resting areas. As clean as it gets with helpful staff all around. Lots to chose from if you want to relax or have an active holiday. Variety of restaurants with Portofino top of my list plus bars and drinks everywhere you go.
