Perfect for a relaxing get away for a week. The surrounding countryside and sea views were beautiful, the room was really lovely, clean and modern. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Even though we had storms for part of our stay, it’s still one of my favourite holidays! The free shuttle to the beach is really handy if you don’t want to have the uphill walk back to the hotel from the beach...

Only just arrived, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Lunch was varied and good quality . Seems to be all English here, very remote and small complex but that adds to its quaintness. Think I will be very happy for the next week

Adult only, very secluded up a hill side .nice rooms if you like peace and quiet this may be for you .they offer a bus down to the beach

Very nice 'Village', very nice surroundings, very nice scenery, very nice staff. Once your in Keri Hotel then everything is catered for, you don't have to worry about anything it's all in one camp. But it's a bit remote so don't expect too much excitement but if u need to relieve yourself of the stresses from work and everyday living then this is the place to visit. Lovely location, short walk to the beach, plenty of local shops and friendly reception/owner of the building. Room was ok but full of ants, mattress and pillows were very hard and sometimes difficult to contact the host as he wouldn't always reply. Perfect accommodation for a cheap, standard stay on a budget.

Great little apartment with balcony overlooking the now dried lake. Just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Very low key resort just perfect for a family holiday. Everyone we meet there were really friendly.

Lovely family run apartments, The rooms are Cleaned daily along with a fresh supply of clean towels. There’s a small kitchen area which is well equipped if needed, located within a short walk for keri boat trips or the beach and fantastic restaurants. The perfect place to stay if you want a quite & relaxing holiday or a base to explore the island, well worth a visit.

Location is great if you're staying in the Keri area. Beach, Restaurants, Tours and Rentals are all just down the road. Price is reasonable and rooms are clean. Very laid back people running this place.

Great rural location but close to shops and many tavernas. Very nice and clean pool. Super hosts,very helpful and welcoming.

The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Kitchen provides all equipment to cook a meal, including coffee pot, and dining table fits six for dinner. No a/c needed because the villas are built from stones 40 cm thick at least. You just let the windows open and let the breeze do its job. Most importantly, the hospitality of Christo, his wife, and Marianna's is so warm that you don't want to leave...

Best hotel ever! Nice people, nice and clean hotel with air conditioning. If you need something like food, they will make it or say where you can get it. Anything like a reservation boat, car reservations,... they can do it for you! I will always come back to this hotel

Best value for money in the area! Couple of hundred meters from the beach; clean spacious studios, surrounded by olive and citrus trees, with AC, WiFi, TV, electric jobs, and excellent water flow from the taps/shower. The family running the business is the sweetest ever, and their English is impeccable. Very, very well done Soula!

Nice clean place, I'd say that it's great for the price range. Miranda and her family are very friendly and helpful, and her English is uncommonly great. The scenery from our room was breathtaking, cleaning was frequent, everything important in Keri is just a stroll away. The beds were a little too soft for my taste, but we had a good sleep nevertheless.

This is family is so lovely! Specially the grandmother! We had an amazing time here and felt like one of there kids! Only thing we think is not that great are the beds. Beside that awesome place!!

Great Spot! Huge rooms that are clean. Its family run so everyone is super sweet. Rooms are very spacious and all come with a private balcony. Its next to a diving center and beach. Everything is in walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and beach. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would stay again.

A fantastic place to stay. Clean and tidy, simple comfortable rooms, great for our family of four with children at 15 and 13yrs old. The owners are amazingly hospitable and we struggled to leave without wine, grapes, jam and just about everything else they make and grow. We will definitely be back! About 150m from beach, very close walk to Keri.

Family owned hotel , they usually service a traditional Greek breakfast which is really good. Rooms are simply as we know it in Greece but they absolutely clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

This was the best holiday experience I have ever had. Before traveling to Zakynthos I did my research online and by chance came across Avra Villa. However, for some reason, I was in disbelief a place as stunning as Avra would be available. I ended up staying at another place near Keri beach and I ended up going for a walk which led me to Avra Villa. When I viewed the villa in person it was even better...

The Avra Villa is one of the most magnificient places I've stayed at. It's a real paradise. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the villa is really nice and has everything you need to spend perfect holidays. You can benefit from lots of services. Melpo and Tasos are amazing hosts. They've been really kind and helpful during our entire stay. If I ever have the chance to, I'll come back for sure !

if you want a place that has all the amenities, yet far enough from the crowd then this is your place. Beautiful, tranquil and above all wonderful views over the ocean. The owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to enjoy life and relax.....brilliant..

My now wife and family stayed at Kalas for a week last May whilst getting married in Keri. We absolutely loved this villa and the picturesque setting provide some simply stunning photos for bride and bridesmaid whilst getting ready. Late review but we had a wonderful time. Beautiful, natural garden with fig and olive trees and chickens roaming. The pool is small but clean and private and the house is spacious with air conditioning so always comfortable. Very helpful family running the place and it was also very clean. Best experience in zakunthos. Clean rooms , nice bar with pool , perfect greek hospitality , wifi everywhere . Cocktails near the pool was the highlight for me .nice breakfast with lots of choises. Kyprianos was so polite and welcoming . Definitely coming back

This is our second stay for a week at kyprianos, we haven’t been back to zakynthos until there was availability! The grounds are stunning, the pool perfect size and always clean, and it never seems too busy for the amount of people who can be accommodated. Restuarant attached is beautiful and it’s only a 5 minute walk from the seafront where all the other restaurants are. Parking available easily....

Wonderful Family run Pension, nothing is too much trouble for Martha & Deni. Home cooked breakfast, evening meal available and cooked in the traditional Greek way by Mother. Location by the beach superb, can't say enough about how good this Pension is. Rooms basic but comfortable,all that you need for a great Holiday.

Lovely place! Everyone is so kind here in Greece. The sea is below our apartment and there is a restaurant as well where you can eat delicious greek food.
