I stayed at the hotel for five days, and everything was excellent! I've never stayed in a place where the hotel staff were so nice and went to such great lengths to make you feel at home. Really lovely people, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money

The hotel has the great and helpful staff. The room was clean and modern. We had view right on the sea. Right from the hotel are stairs to the sea. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.

Mixed feelings about the hotel. The location is great and that helps them very much, vlose to the sea and a high view. But apart from that its a little strange. At arrival you pay nearly 50 euro's tax and get informed that you have no airconditioning unless you pay nearly 20 euro's a night for it (with temperatures of 38+ degree's outside), and this all comes after you think that you have your whole hotel booked and ready to go. Plus the communication to the reception it limited, no phone and it closes all night long.

We spent a week at Denise Beach Hotel and it was absolutely dreamy! The staff is kind and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied!
The room was thoroughly cleaned and modern and the hotel quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the pools and the free sunbeds.
Ideal location, right in front of the sea and with easy access to everything!
Free parking is provided and it was much appreciated!
The food at Cielo was delicious and the drinks and cocktails top quality! They even offer room service with a QR code system, that we found very progressive!

Stayed for 7 nights. Overall satisfied but wouldn’t go for this hotel again.

Paid more for the sea view room and gotta admit that that was awesome and really beautiful. The locality of the hotel is also great, you have a direct access into the sea. If you walk a bit you can access a beach. The staff was really friendly and always helpful. We also got a free parking, which was nice since we rented a car.

What I had an issue with was that the bathroom was not clean and I kept finding hair that wasn’t mine on CLEAN towels. If you get the rooms closer to the sea, count with the fact that the restaurant is closing at 23:00 and it is quite loud until about 23:30 everyday. What was also disappointing for me was that the sunbeds closer to the sea were for 10 EUR per peson even for the hotel guests. You can get a sunbed for free at the beach just few meters away.

Upgraded to sea view room- view ams location was unreal however the room was an absolute catfish. Had random wires in the floor, dirty hairs in the shower which were not cleaned during the duration of our trip. Mould in bathroom and damaged mirrors. Spoke to reception regarding issues was immediately dismissed and told it was recently upgraded. They were rude when addressing issues and said to contact service provider as they don't care. Shower constantly flooded and turned hot/cold every 30s. Photos are clearly outdated- for the price would not recommend. Upgraded for my birthday and was very disappointed. Pools were tiny and freezing with very limited sunbeds.

If you want a hotel on the sea dude, then this is it. Cannot imagine anything else when looking for quick access to water. Employees were more than helpful and kind and, overall, more than friendly. Food is ok for breakfast and dinner and amazing brunch and lunch. The guys at the bar were awesome, responding and assisting with my weird request while sharing a smile. Great experience and I will recommend this destination. Stayed in the apartment building across the street but that wasn't an issue. Rooms were of decent size, AC available at extr a cost. The balcony offers a great sea view, has 2 chairs, a table and a clothes drying rack. For the 3 stories there is even an elevator if you feel lazy. Maybe a bit of improvement in the bathroom would be the only suggestion I can think of.

Very nice and comfy if you get the sea views rooms.
Small bathrooms but big enough to do your things.
They gave me a sea views room and it's beautiful.
They have 2 different swimmingpools, car park, restaurant(bit expensive but good quality food), and direct access to the sea. It feels like a private beach.
Friendly staff.
Bit noisy at night, very close to party places.
But good place in general 8,5/10

Staff is really helpful and friendly. The location is great. There are 2 swimming pools. You can access the beach directly from the hotel, which there are stairs leading you to it. The only downside are the rooms who are in need of refurbishment and more thorough cleaning throughout. The bathroom is tiny and needs more cleaning. Make sure your booking includes AC, otherwise is €10/day. The breakfast is decent and varied. The restaurant food and cocktails are lovely.
